Module4 Things we doUnit 11《Chinese festivals》第一课时教案教材分析本节内容选自沪版英语教材五年级（下），本单元的话题是中国的传统节日，主要介绍了古今中外节日的种类、由来、以及人们的活动和习俗。
使学生不仅增进了对哦我国传统节日的理解，而且对外国的节日也有所了解和感悟，提高学生的文化素质，进而拓展社会文化背景、增加跨国文化知识。
从内容上看，所涉及的人物、活动众多，教师应分层设计活动帮助学生理解，掌握课文内容。
首先，从视听入手，让学生整体感知课文内容。
然后指导学生阅读，通过问答的形式加强学生的口语练习。
于都后阶段是真实运用语篇的重要环节。
通过同学间的对话表演来训练他们的口语表达能力。
通过对后面的小故事使学生将所学的语言得到有效延伸。
根据课程标准对本节课的要求，针对小学生的心理特点和认知水平，结合教材，本着面向全体学生，基于学全面发展的原则，确定本节课的教学目标。
1.掌握单词及词组：festival，important, call, dumpling, relative, firework, monster, end, village, last, firecracker, red packet, mooncake, at the end of等词汇与词组的听、说、读、写四种技能，能理解并学会运用。
2.理解课文内容并能较流利地用英语表达自己的观点和意见。
教学重点:1.理解课文内容，流利诵读课文，在教师的帮助下尝试复数文中出现的节日。
2.能够很好的认识中国的传统节日以及背后的悠久历史。
学生分析本单元首先介绍的就是中国的传统节日--春节，对于本土学生能后容易理解和学习。
而且对“节日”这个话题既熟悉又比较感兴趣，因此可以激发学生的求知欲，更深层次的理解本课内容。
但是也存在部分学生的学习习惯不太好，学生学习的自觉性和方法欠缺，教师应加强对学生的英语学习兴趣的培养和学习方法的指导。
Module 4Unit 11 Chinese festivals 我国五千多年的传统文化，博大精深，传统节日也非常多并且特色各异，春节，元宵节，端午节等等，各种传统习俗。
作为炎黄子孙，我们有责任了解传统节日，并发扬光大。
【知识目标】1.学习本课重点单festival, important, call, end, village, last 。
2.了解课本中提到的我国节日的英文时间，说法及背景。
【能力目标】能够用新时代辩证的眼光来看待其中一些节日，外国节日不能过分追逐。
对我国优秀传统节日要发扬。
【情感目标】了解我国不同的节日，学习英语的同时也要知道我国传统节日如何用英语表达。
作为课外活动与拓展，在课后可以充当小记者对周围人们进行一次关于我国传统节日的采访实践活动。
【教学重点】1,、目标单词及重要短语的掌握2、学会描述不同节日的节日活动。
【教学难点】对不同传统节日的月份和相关传统文化活动的理解。
