低RCS宽带磁电偶极子贴片天线设计张晨;曹祥玉;高军;李思佳;黄河【摘要】该文设计了一种低雷达散射截面(RCS)的宽带磁电偶极子贴片天线,其中印刷在介质板上的金属贴片为电偶极子,3个金属过孔连接辐射贴片与金属地板构成磁偶极子。
整个天线采用“T”型渐变馈电结构同时激励电偶极子与磁偶极子,天线的频带范围为7.81~13.65 GHz,覆盖了整个X波段。
实测和仿真结果表明,通过在磁电偶极子贴片天线底面采用开槽技术并优化开槽的形状、大小、位置等变量,在天线工作频带范围内实现了RCS的减缩,最大缩减量达到了17.9 dB,同时天线保持了增益稳定不变,E面、H面方向图一致的特性。
%A low Radar Cross Section (RCS) and broadband Magneto-Electric (ME) dipole patch antenna from 7.81 GHz to 13.65 GHz covering the whole X band is designed and fabricated. Metal patches printed on the substrate form the electric dipoles, three metallic vias connected to the radiation patches and the metal ground account for the magnetic dipole radiation. The whole antenna is connected with a T-shaped feed structure which excites electric and magnetic dipoles simultaneously. Numericaland experimental results incident that the RCS of the ME dipole patch antenna can be reduced inthe whole bandwidth which the largest value is up to 17.9 dB by cutting slots on the ground and optimizing the size, shape, position of the slots. 一种新型毫米波磁电偶极子天线阵列设计陆贵文;李明鉴【摘要】该文将磁电偶极子天线作为辐射阵子,并应用一种共面波导馈电网络,研究并设计了一种新型4×4毫米波天线阵列。
这种设计不仅具有很宽的阻抗带宽和增益带宽,而且价格低廉易于生产。
仿真和测试结果表明,此天线阵列的相对阻抗带宽为54.5%,3 dB增益带宽为37.1%,在工作频带内(40.2~70.0 GHz),最大增益为18.1 dBi。
而基于其他技术设计的4×4毫米波天线阵列(如微带天线、偶极子天线)工作频带宽度一般在20%左右,增益一般在16~17 dBi。
所以该文提出的天线阵列设计具有明显的优势。
另外,仿真设计结果和实测的电参数数据有较好的一致性。
%This paper presents a new 4×4 millimeter-wave antenna array, which adopts the magneto-electric dipole as the radiating element and a type of coplanar waveguide feed network to excite the array. This design not only provides very wide impedance and gain bandwidths, but also has features of low cost and ease in fabrication. The simulated and measured results reveal that this array exhibits a wide impedance bandwidth of 54.5% and a wide 3 dB gain bandwidth of 37.1%. Over the operating frequency band (40.2~70.0 GHz), the maximum gain is 18.1 dBi. However, other 4×4 millimeter-wave antenna arrays, designed based on microstrip patch antenna or electric dipole antenna, have the operating bandwidth of about 20% and the gain of 16~17 dBi. Hence, the proposed antenna has an obvious advantage. 可用于物联网的高隔离度双频MIMO天线张梦怡;王田【摘要】A high isolation dual frequency Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) antenna is designed, which covers 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wireless Local Area Network (LAN) bands and can be used in mobile Internet of Things(IOT). The antenna contains two identical radiating element antennas,which are fed with microstrip feed. The unit antenna uses a monopole antenna as a basic radiator,which contains a long and a short monopole antenna that resonates in the low frequency and high frequency bands,respectively. The isolation between the unit antennas is improved by loading the T-type isolator in the middle of the two unit antennas. The antenna's radiator,feed and T-type isolators are printed on the same microwave plate, thus facilitating the production and processing of the antenna. dB阻抗带宽为21.7%,并在工作频带内保持6 dBi的辐射增益.关键词超表面;小型化天线;容性加载;特征模分析中图分类号TN820文献标志码A0引言近年来,超表面天线因其高增益和宽带等优点引起了广泛的关注.文献[1]详细比较了超表面天线和贴片天线的性能,与传统的贴片天线相比,超表面天线在增益和带宽方面都具有明显的优势.但是,超表面天线的整体尺寸通常大于传统的贴片天线,这导致了超表面天线在阵列设计和集成上存在一定的困难.因此,在保持高性能的同时设计结构紧凑且低剖面的超表面天线十分必要.传统超材料天线通常作为反射板[2-3],但超表面天线则是将超材料结构作为辐射体.文献[4]中将4×4的正方形贴片超材料结构作为辐射单元,并采用缝隙进行馈电.比较发现,提出的新型超表面天线的|S11|低于-10 dB的工作带宽为28%,且带内增益都均超过了6 dBi,明显优于传统贴片天线.这是由于超表面天线的面积几乎充满了整个辐射口径,从而提高了天线的增益.但是超表面阵面尺寸为0.73λ0×0.73λ0×0.06λ0,远大于传统贴片天线的0.5λ0×0.5λ0.为了减小阵面的尺寸,文献[1]提出了采用工字形单元结构代替方形贴片单元来减小天线尺寸,2×2阵列的尺寸可以减小为0.4λ0×0.37λ0×0.05λ0,但是天线带宽降低到13%且增益减小到6.1~7.8 dBi.文献[5]提出了采用双层超表面的结构来减小天线尺寸,天线上层为2×2大方形贴片阵列,下层为6×6小方形贴片阵列,通过双层结构阵面尺寸可以减小为0.46λ0×0.46λ0×0.06λ0,天线带宽仍可保持27.4%,增益减小到6.5~7.6 dBi.但是该天线加上馈电结构一共有3层,大大增加了天线的复杂度.为了解决尺寸过大问题,本文提出了一种新型的通过支节加载的小型化超表面天线.采用单层超表面结构,通过在方形贴片上加载支节,引入寄生电容,使得天线的工作频率可以通过条带插入深度的改变来进行调节.插入越深,工作频率越低,则天线电尺寸越小,最终4×4超表面阵面的尺寸可以减小到0.49λ0×0.49λ0×0.044λ0.天线样品测量的-10 dB阻抗带宽为21.7%,并且在整个工作频带内可以保持6 dBi的辐射增益.1小型化超表面单元理论分析图1a所示为传统的方形贴片的超表面单元[4],超表面单元尺寸0.183λ0×183λ0×0.047λ0,该尺寸较大且不利于天线阵列的设计.本文通过引入支节增加等效电容的方法,来降低天线的谐振频率,进而减小超表面单元的电尺寸.在图1a所示的超表面单元的基础上,沿着x,y方向同时加载金属条带1和2,如图1b所示.为了保持单元结构的对称性,支节1和2的尺寸需保持相同.作为一个周期结构,通常采用周期边界来对超表面单元进行分析,并通过零反射相位点来表征超表面单元的工作频点[6-7].图2给出了金属条带1和2的长度L1对超表面单元反射相位的影响.当L1由1 mm增长为4.4 mm时,超表面单元所对应的零反射相位点的工作频率从4 GHz下降至3.2 GHz.因为引入的等效电容随条带长度的增加而增加,超表面单元的工作频率也随之降低,故此起到减小超表面单元电尺寸的作用.当插入深度达到4.4 mm,超表面单元的尺寸可以减小为0.112λ0×112λ0×0.035λ0,比经典方形贴片的尺寸减小62%.研究表明,支节和贴片之间的缝隙s和支节宽度W1对于超表面单元的工作频率影响很小,因此主要是通过插入支节的深度来调节天线的工作频率.2小型化超表面阵列特征模分析由上述分析可知,可以通过金属条带的加载,得到尺寸仅为0.112λ0×112λ0×0.035λ0的小型化超表面单元,在此单元的基础上,构建了一个4×4的超表面阵列作为天线辐射单元,如图3a所示.为了进一步分析所提出的超表面阵列,通过特征模分析(CMA)的方法对该超表面结构的固有模式进行分析[8-9].超表面结构固有的模式可以通过仿真软件CST MWS中集成的CMA工具进行分析,CST中的邊界条件如图3b所示[10].选取3.5 GHz为工作频率,该超表面阵列前6种特征模式(模式1—模式6)的模式强度如图4所示.这6种模式虽然工作在不同的频带下,但是具有相似的变化趋势,每个模式在工作频率下对应的表面电流分布和辐射方向图如图5和6所示.如图5所示,这6种特征模式(模式1—模式6)在超表面的电流分布用黑色箭头标出,分别标记为J1~J6.模式1和模式2对应的表面电流分布J1和J2在每个单元上的电流都保持方向相同,因此J1和J2的电流分布对应的模式可以激励出沿z轴的辐射方向图,如图6a和6b 所示.而如图5c—5f所示,模式3表面电流分布J3在平面上呈中心对称,模式4和5的表面电流分布J4和J5在平面上沿对角线轴对称,模式6的表面电流分布J6在平面上沿y轴对称.由于J3~J6在超表面上的电流分布沿中心线呈反向的状态,会产生抵消作用,所以J3~J6对应模式下的辐射方向图在z方向上会出现凹点,如图6c—6f所示.因此J1和J2所激励的模式1和模式2是期望的主工作模式,而J3~J6所激励的模式3—模式6是需要抑制的高阶模式.基于上述超表面单元的参数分析,超表面单元的宽度W0和单元之间的间隙g决定了天线的初始谐振频率.随着W0的增加或间隙宽度g的减小,天线的工作频率降低,轴比带宽增加.通过仿真优化,本节将选取超表面单元的宽度W0=10 mm,间隙g=0.5 mm.在保持单元宽度W0和单元间隙g不变的情况下,支节插入深度L1变化对天线性能的影响也可以通过CMA的方法进行分析.图7给出了支节插入深度L1对超表面阵列模式1和模式2模式强度的影响.当L1从2 mm增加到4.4 mm时,由于引入电容的增加,模式1和模式2的谐振频率都从4.71 GHz下降到3.7 GHz,频率的降低也就意味着表面阵列尺寸的减小.但模式1和模式2的带宽均随着频率的降低而变窄.此外,也对未加载条带的超表面阵列进行了比较.加载条带之后,表面阵列的工作频率可以从5.3 GHz降低到3.7 GHz,即超表面阵列的尺寸可以从0.71λ0×0.71λ0×0.056λ0减小为0.51λ0×0.51λ0×0.04λ0.综上所述,天线的工作频率可以通过改变条带插入深度L1进行调节,长度越长,工作频率越低,天线电尺寸越小.3小型化超表面天线设计由分析可知,只有在超表面阵列上激励起模式1或者模式2时,才能实现定向辐射的特性.如图8所示,本文提出了一个由2层介质基板组成的超表面天线,2层基板为罗杰斯4003C (节点常数为3.55),厚度分别为h1和h2.上基板表面为4×4小型化超表面阵列用作天线的辐射单元,而金属地板放置在上下介质层之间.为了激励起这2个模式中的一个,通过在金属地的中心沿y轴方向蚀刻一条长度为Ls和宽度为Ws的缝隙给上层超表面进行馈电,并且在下基板的底部印刷具有终端开路结构的50 Ω微带线作为馈电线.根据以上分析和仿真优化,天线其他尺寸的取值如表1中所示.根据表1给出的设计参数,使用HFSS软件仿真即可得到所提出的天线的反射系数和增益特性.如图9所示,天线的-10 dB带宽为17.4%(3.21~3.82 GHz),完全覆盖了针对5G通信的3.5 GHz频带,并且在此带宽内天线的增益为6.15~7.69 dBi.此外,该天线的阵面尺寸仅有0.49λ0×0.49λ0×0.044λ0(3.5 GHz处),是没有引入条带加载的正方形超表面阵列[4]的45%(5.5 GHz处尺寸为0.73λ0×0.73λ0×0.06λ0),因此天线尺寸显著减小.4仿真结果与性能比较为了验证所提出天线的可行性与性能,对图8中的条带加载型小型化超表面天线进行加工,实物图如图10a所示,用50 Ω的SMA射频转接头作为同轴馈电端.该天线的反射系数|S11|是用罗德施瓦茨(ROHDE&SCHWARZ)公司的矢量网络分析仪(VNA)测量的,而天线的增益和方向图等辐射特性的测试工作是在香港城市大学的Satimo近场暗室里完成的,如圖10b所示.实测的|S11|、增益和方向图及仿真结果如图11所示.实测得到的-10 dB阻抗带宽为21.7%(3.18~3.94
