2 教师的发音应保持与磁带一致，在以后的教学过程中要注意多模仿磁带的发音，让学生学到很纯正的英语语音。
3 在评价的过程中，教师应多注意给予学生及时的评价，即使是回答错误了的学生，都应该给学生足够的自信心，让学生保持英语学习的积极性，保持学生英语学习的兴趣。
宋学刚老师评课：1 在以后的教学中，教师应多听录音，一定要注意教师的发音必须要与磁带保持一致，语音语调都要模仿磁带，教师应该说一口纯正的英语。
2 关于课堂评价：在给予每个回答问题的学生应该给予及时的评价，要表扬回答问题的每一个学生，可以用sticker给予学生鼓励，即使是回答问题错了的学生都应该给予学生鼓励，注意在以后的教学中，要促进学生英语学习的兴趣及回答问题的积极性。
3 关于课堂操练：在操练课堂重点句型的过程中，记住要用不同的声调来操练重点句型，切忌用同一种语音语调来操练新知。
4 在教授新单词的过程中，注意教授新词的过程：先慢（表情要夸张，还要注意嘴型）-----正常速度----达到录音的速度-----正确的语音语调的速度。
5 在课堂引入的过程中：教师可以这样引入：如果有学生说出apple的时候，教师就顺势说出how many apples? One apple two apples three apples. 然后在让学生touch the thing in the bag. 然后让学生在试着摸一摸里面还有什么东西，如果是egg, 就用how many eggs? One egg 来引出本单元。
6 PPT 要更简洁点罗雪丹老师评课：1 OK, Now 在课堂用语中用的太多以后要注意。
2 在教授单词 a train 的时候大组读了就没有及时的反馈，应抽几个学困生来回答。

Unit 5 Numbers教学说明：1.通过第一课的学习，孩子们对英语有了初步的了解，对英语学习有了较浓厚的兴趣。

教学关注点：a. I’m May .这句句中的“I’m”的发音学生有些困难，教师示范时要夸张一点，鼓励学生开口说，不要怕说错。
b. 三个角色的对话，对于一年级学生容易搞混，所以先要分角色练习。
c．培养学生在家听磁带的良好学习习惯。
鼓励他们与爸爸、妈妈用学到的英语进行对话，交流。
设计思路：1．把Let’s talk 部分提前上是因为这部分内容可以让新同学尽快互相熟悉。
2．三个傀儡作为教学的辅助工具，使孩子更好地理解每个角色所说的话，而且让孩子们套在手上玩玩、说说，寓教于乐。
3．第二教时，可以让学生扮演成一家人，孩子向爸爸或妈妈介绍新朋友。
教学反思：1.游戏是孩子最容易接受的学习方式，要利用好这一手段，达到学习的目的。
2．培养孩子善于倾听别人的讲话。
个别学生说话时要让其他学生带着任务去听。

二、教材分析《先锋英语》Book IA，Unit 5 这一单元的主题是Numbers，学习数字、交通工具、玩具、表达名词的复数，一首数字歌和学习四个以字母暗线编排的新单词insect, ink, jacket和jeep，以及含有这四个单词的一首儿歌等内容。
由于内容较多，本单元计划安排五课时。
Lesson 1 为这一单元的第一课时，主要学习数字one～five，以及与数字有关的表达How many。
对于数字1～5的英语说法，大多数孩子较为熟悉，应注意正音，特别是three |θri:| 较难掌握。
在有意义的情意中，学习How many句型，理解数字与“多少”的联系，为后面学习名词的复数形式作铺垫。
《英语课程标准》（实验稿）强调课程从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发，倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径，发展学生的综合语言运用能力。
结合我区小学英语“自主协同式”教学模式，本课教学力求让学生在协同玩演和拓展运用的过程中，达到交流熟用语言的目的，并在学生学习过程中及时进行评价，将老师的评价与学生的评价有机结合，培养和激发学生学习的积极性，促进学生综合语言运用能力和健康人格的发展，帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心。
三、学校及学生状况分析我校属城市小学，电教设施配备齐全，教学条件较好。
但是教学班额太大，每班六十多人；课时较少，每周两节；极不利于语言教学。
一部分孩子在幼儿园或学前班接触过少量英语，大多数孩子属初识英语。
这些一年级的孩子天真、活泼、大胆、热情、积极，对英语学习兴趣浓烈，他们喜欢说、唱、玩、演、做游戏、比赛等活动，且乐于表现自己。
