Washing agents may have a negative effect on the long-term functionality of the product. Potting:•If the product is potted in the costumer application, the potting material might shrink or expand during and after hardening. Shrinking could lead to an incomplete seal, allowing contaminants into the core. Expansion could damage the components. We recommend a manual inspection after potting to avoid these effects. Storage Conditions:• A storage of Würth Elektronik products for longer than 12 months is not recommended. Within other effects, the terminals may suffer degradation, resulting in bad solderability. Therefore, all products shall be used within the period of 12 months based on the day of shipment.•Do not expose the components to direct sunlight.•The storage conditions in the original packaging are defined according to DIN EN 61760-2.•The storage conditions stated in the original packaging apply to the storage time and not to the transportation time of the components. Packaging:•The packaging specifications apply only to purchase orders comprising whole packaging units. If the ordered quantity exceeds or is lower than the specified packaging unit, packaging in accordance with the packaging specifications cannot be ensured. 新型红外雷达感应模块(电源)产品概述:新型红外雷达感应模块(电源)是利用PIR 热释电与多普勒效应相结合原理设计而成的人体移动信号侦测器,它以非接触方式扫描人体PIR热释电信号的位置是否发生移动,继而产生相应的开关操作。
该产品具有抗射频干扰能力强、不怕风吹草动、树叶摇曳、电风扇转动、空调冷热气体流动、浴室浴霸温度骤变......不受温度、湿度、强光、噪音、气流、尘埃等外界因数影响,能透过一定厚度的塑胶、玻璃、木制品等金属以外的物体,而对其侦测能力没有影响,能够非常方便的应用到设备控制、环境辅助光源控制、地下停车场、仓库、通道、走廊、洗手间等室内外的照明及防盗报警、视频监控、自动化设备控制等各种领域。
功能特点:新型红外雷达感应模块(电源)采用发射、接收为一体的平面天线和PIR热释电红外解码系统BISS0001形成的红外雷达移动波侦测新技术,通过多普勒扫描,侦测人体、车辆的动态信号,对灯具、报警装置等进行有效控制。

一模块的组成

如图一所示,各部分分别是:
1 衬套

二安装
拆开模块的出厂包装,图一所示的1,2,7,8部分应该是紧固的。
将模块的底板用螺杆或焊接与安装基础连接,上压板与计量容器的支腿用螺杆或焊接连接。
三调节
将上紧固螺母(2)和下紧固螺母(7)松开,将连接螺杆向上调节,使连接螺杆的外六角头下部与上压板凹槽底部有2mm左右的间隙;将下紧固螺母拧紧,固定连接螺杆的位置;
调节上紧固螺母的位置,使衬套完全退出上压板的通孔,调节完成后的各部分位置如图二所示,并要保证连接螺杆与上压板通孔之间保持间隙(如图三圈内所示)

四建议
在现场安装中,由于安装的位置不能非常的精确,在安装完成后的调整过程中往往计量容器的位置会发生偏移,导致图三中圈内所示的间隙无法保证,连接螺杆与上压板之间接触,直接导致称量数据的误差,而且由于计量容器的支腿与上压板连接后无法取出连接螺杆,只能采取气割等手段切断连接螺杆,所以建议在支腿上进行如图四所示的设计,方便在安装位置发生偏差时取出连接螺杆。

本文档编制依据为开发部门开发文档,并加入了工程部门施工经验和意见。

1.2.文档主要内容本文档包括我公司三类主要传感器的安装方式:微型地埋线圈、桥梁型地埋线圈、超声波探头。
对于每类传感器,主要介绍传感器在道路上的安装位置选择、安装结构和工艺以及电气连接。
2.微型地埋线圈2.1.安装位置选择常规安装通常情况下,一个车道内需要安装四个微型线圈以完成对车辆的检测。
四枚线圈分别为AM、AS、BM、BS。
其中,AM和AS处于同一横向位置,BM和BS处于同一横向位置,两组线圈呈前后布设,形成两个检测断面。
两个M线圈安装于道路中线附近,是主要的检测线圈,两个S线圈则安装于道路边线,超车方向上,用于检测因超车而离开道路主线的车辆。
以常规车道3.75米为例,S线圈安装于超车道分隔线(左侧车道线)以右800毫米处,M线圈安装于S线圈以右1400毫米处。
如果车道宽度不是标准的3750毫米,则可以酌情调整S和M的位置。

四、高频感应模块的功能与特点:
1、智能感应:当有人进入本产品的探测范围,高频感应模块输出端 Vout 输出 TTL 高电平,经过一个延时周期(10-120秒可设定),输出端恢复到 TTL 低电平。
2、智能延时:感应模块启动后,在延时时间段内,如有人体活动,模块输出端 Vout 将持续输出 TTL 高电平,直到人离开并经过一个延时周期后输出低电平。
3、光敏控制(可选项):根据外界的光线强度,控制模块的输出状态,达到节能效果。
4、与红外产品比较:高频感应模块感应距离更远,角度广,无死区,不受环境温度、灰尘等影响。

1、智能感应:当有人进入本产品的探测范围,微波雷达感应模块输出端Vout输出TTL高
电平,经过一个延时周期(工作延时),输出端恢复到TTL低电平。
2、智能延时:感应模块启动后,在延时时间段内,如有人体活动,模块输出端Vout将持
续输出TTL高电平,直到人离开并经过一个延时周期(工作延时)后输出低电平。
3、使能端可接声/光敏控制信号或其它控制信号,打开/关闭雷达感应。
4、与红外产品比较:高频感应模块感应距离更远,角度广,无死区,不受环境温度、灰尘
等影响。
