一、和谐构建,激活英语课堂气氛英语教学的生命在于课堂,课堂教学的生命在于激趣、创新。
中学生敢想敢说、好动,求新求异的愿望强烈,因此,教师必须因势利导。
上课时,教师尽可能多地用风趣幽默、充满诱因或悬念的语言,配以丰富的表情和手势组织课堂教学,创设各种各样的情景,培养学生的兴趣,让学生大胆地用英语发言、并积极思维。
1.培养兴趣在教学过程中,教师应达到“课开始,兴趣生;课进行,兴趣浓;课结束,兴趣存”的效果。
托尔斯泰说过:“成功的教学所需的不是强制,而是激发学生的兴趣。
”每个班级总有一部分学习英语有障碍的同学,引导那些根本不学英语又喜欢玩游戏的学生来学英语不是一件容易事,只能智取,不能盲干。
有一天,笔者打开电脑,让他们见识“红色警戒”、“星际争霸”等游戏。
那令人震撼的音效、人性化的交互式操作,很快就让他们融入游戏之中。
但每每就在他们指挥着千军万马,即将解放全人类,实现心中梦想时,屏幕上却出现了数行的英文提示,他们全傻眼了,这时笔者就在旁边轻描淡写地给予翻译。
学生顿悟。
从此,他们渐渐地也学起了英语。
2、运用竞争竞争永远是一剂课堂兴奋剂。
形式多样的竞争比赛是激活课堂行之有效的方法。
竞争好胜心理驱使学生乐于参与比赛活动,在培养学生灵活运用所学知识方面有很大的作用。

所谓”形散神不散”的英语口语教学法,”形散”,指的是在英语课堂教学中,教师可以采用多种方法,通过多种途径,引导和激励全体学生的主动参与,让课堂教学变得生动有趣。
”神不散”,指的是在学生活跃参与的过程中,教师一定要做好调控,让学生的活动始终围绕课文中心和话题,突出关键问题。
具体操作方法大致有以下几种:1.小组讨论——共同达到学习的目标细心的教师不难看出,大部分学生对于众目睽睽之下回答教师的提问有着本能的惧怕心理,但在进行小组讨论时,他们却能侃侃而谈,而且兴致很高。
所以小组讨论能够培养学生团结合作的精神,克服以自我为中心、胆怯等不良心理品质。

探其原因,教师的课堂地位没有认清,更主要的是设计的活动没有在学生的“可发展区域(zone of proximal development)”,也就是说,活动的难度没有体现出学生跳一跳才能达到的高度,任务太过机械性和简单化。

初中英语课堂教学活动要素主要包括教学目标、教学内容、教学方法等板块,这些板块之间如果可以合理地进行配置,就可以更好地实现英语课堂的建构,学生在这样的英语学习环境中,可以更好地理解对应的英语知识,锻炼对应的英语技能,发展对应的英语素养。

浅谈高中英语课堂“聚”“散”法教学根据我多年从事英语教学的教学经验得出:几乎所有的语言知识的学习,句型操练等等都可以在合乎情景和十分自然的语言氛围中进行。
因此,无论教材如何,学生如何,我都坚持使用“聚”——集中教学,“散”——分散复现的方法。
尤其在教学实践中,从实际出发,大胆使用“聚”“散”法,运用全面、到位,效果颇好。

我们提倡教学过程中,教学目标、内容、知识传授的深度和广度既应以教材为主要依据,又应结合教师实际和学生现有的知识、技能、思维水平、学习心理等实际,灵活地、创造性地使用教材。
英语课堂,绽放精彩实施目标教学,优化教学过程,培养具有创新能力的人才,是当今教育改革的主旋律。

所以无论在课堂教学过程中还是在课外,我总是努力营造着这种友好的、宽松的氛围,并且根据语言点设计一些孩子们所喜欢的游戏。
比如有一个知识点是: is this your …?(这是你的…?),在这里,我设计了一个做动作猜物体的竞赛游戏。
请一部分学生看卡片运用自己的想象力做出动作,再请另外一部分学生看动作,分析、判断并抢答。
在猜的过程中,一位学生一旦猜对,旁边的同学就会像拥抱冠军一样的拥抱他,这位同学也是兴奋不已。
这时教师如果板着脸,要求学生安静,不能大声喧哗,保持课堂安静等等条例,课堂气氛马上会降温,导致胆小的同学就不敢举手发言。
而我在这里早已没有了师长们所惯有的威严,宛如他们的伙伴一样,为猜对的人高呼呐喊,为稍为落后的一队大声打气,随着他们的喜悲呼吸,融入这一个群体。
看到教师如此的仗义,无形当中,学生便不用担心训斥、指责、挨骂,心理、生理都得到安全和自由,开开心心地进行着语言游戏,大声地用英语说出他们心中所想的,一个个高举着手,惟恐轮不到自己。

窃以为不妨从以下几点着手。
一、建立民主、和谐的师生关系教育事业是爱的事业,是奉献的事业。
教学又是教与学的双边关系,只有师生关系融洽,老师爱学生,学生敬老师,教师的传道、授业、解惑才有好的效果,学生亲其师而信其道,才爱教师的专业,才爱听老师的课,这是打造高效课堂的首要条件。
一棵树的成长需要肥沃的土壤,合宜的气候,良好的环境是至关重要的。
作为英语教师,要善于营造高效课堂,为学生创设良好的情境,使学生在和谐的气氛中愉快地学习。
二、树立全新的教育理念教育有理想,只有教师有理想,教育才有希望,因为理想的高度决定一个人发展的程度,也决定一个人生命的档次。
理想、信念是人们对未来的向往和追求,一旦形成,就会成为支配和左右人们活动的精神动力。
鉴于英语已成为世界许多国家非比母语莫属的发展趋势,执教者必须认真审视当前英语教学的状况。
不可把课堂教学与生活严重分割,使教学缺少生活情景,缺少学习英语的环境,要让英语教学回归生活,让学生时常处于英语的情景之中。
比如我每期新接的班级,第一节课我就把学生带到英国,首先把制作的课件:伦敦图片“泰晤士河”风光图,让学生领略英国的古老建筑,美丽的景色,教师像导游一样介绍画面示意,一面书写着“shop”、“hospital”、“river”等名词,一面介绍英国的风土人情,而后告诉学生此刻我们已到了英国,一位英国的小学生给你打招呼,向你问好:“how do you do?”“how are you?”你该如何回答?于是,因势利导,学习这类常用语。
新课标要求突出学生的主体地位,把课堂还给学生:1. 还给学生时间。
克服填鸭式教学,“满堂灌”,让学生自主学习,老师当好导演,巡回点拨、辅导,让学生充分阅读、思考,体验学习的愉快和成功的幸福,提倡手脑并用,积极思维,如此坚持,积以时日,成效自见。

每位教师都为之绞尽脑汁,使出了浑身解数,以期自己的课堂教学效果更高效。
可是,一些教师在进行教学活动的设计时,教学活动形式过于花哨,只注重形式,甚至偏离了教学活动的真正目的。
笔者认为,如何设计真正有效的课堂教学活动是我们教者亟待解决的问题。
无论教学活动多么丰富多样,都必须紧扣主题,一以贯之,做到教学活动看似松散,却于漫不经心处凸显一节课的“神”,这样才能真正地实现课堂的高效。
笔者以一节高效研讨课为例,通过对一些读写教学活动片断的反思,来探讨如何“形散神聚”地设计英语阅读课堂的教学活动,力争实现课堂的高效,进而最大限度地达成教学目标。
2. 课例回眸这节课是一节高三英语阅读教学课,教学内容为《牛津高中英语(译林版)》Module 11 Unit 3中的Reading部分Sir Clive Sinclair—the man who brought the technology to the man in the street。
全文围绕Sir Clive Sinclair的生平及发明创造而展开,介绍了他非凡的童年,开办自己的公司以及他所取得的伟大成就,等等。
要求学生通过阅读文本,了解Sir Clive Sinclair,并能总结出促使他成功的优秀品质,继而让学生从中获得成功经验,培养学生的成功意识与品质。
授课教师为了帮助学生理解文本,设计了形式多样的读写任务。
但笔者在聆听了该教师的授课之后,感到这节课的读写教学活动的设计仍囿于传统教学模式的思维框架,没有从宏观上来整体把握文本,因而整个设计显得较为松散,流于形式。
笔者认为qualities of successful people是整个文本的“神”,应据此串联所有教学活动的环节。
基于此,笔者进行了一些思考,尝试性进行了些许修改,力图让教学活动的设计“形散神聚”、合理高效。
How to Create a Lively English Class?How to stimulate our students' interest in learning English in class? How to create a positive, active classroom atmosphere from the beginning to the end? During the whole teaching progress ,teachers should keep a spirit with love, enthusiasm, patience and compassion. At the same time, our teachers should learn to search creativity and novelty. We should always remember that we are not only to teach the language, but also to teach students the teaching methods and teach them how to be a person. That’s a good way to reflect the flexibility about teaching method.⒉teachers should strive to create a harmonious teacher-student relationship, which is a lubricant to make the English class active. However, how to create a harmonious relationship? "The secret of success lies in respecting students." Teachers should learn to respect students, learn to understanding students and learn to inclusiveness students. Furthermore, teachers also learn to know students’needs and suggestions about the English language teaching. During the process that touching with students, teachers should pay attention to understand the student's lifetime. At the appropriate time, teachers can also try to listen to students’ favourite songs, watch students’favourite televisions. In the English teaching progress, according to the student's level of knowledge of different ages, interests, hobbies, emotions. Teachers should feature other aspects and adopt flexible and diverse teaching methods to stimulate students’ ent husiasm for English learning. At the same time, Teachers should know that the whole teaching process is between teachers and students, between students and students. It is a muti-directional process. This "Immersed in emotion" way to teach English can actually bring subtle personality changes, it is an emotional culture, which can make students open-mind, honest and more self-confident at showing themselves.⒊ Teachers should create a good English environment for students to speak language well, which is an effective way to invigorate class atmosphere. In English teaching teachers should organize activities as much as possible in English. Such as try to explain grammars in English, try to ask questions in English, try to comment and arrange homeworks in English. So that students can truly feel English which they are learning is a living language. Furthermore, In this kind of English class, the students’ attention will be more focused, the spirit will be more exciting, and the communication with teachers wil l be more complex understanding. Students’ observation and perception can exercise a more detailed and sharp, Students’ imaginations can develop even more comprehensive and rich, and their thinking ability can also have a new development by the progress of using English all the time. English teaching should not just ask students listening and taking notes in the process, but should ask students to take part in the progress actively, to use English achieve their goals and reach aspirations, experience success. Feel happy and meaningful progress of communicate activities. Teachers should try their best to strive to create enough opportunities in the classroom for students to have more communicate activities, organizing a variety of English extra curricular activities which is suitable for students language skills and age characteristics. Everything we do should focus on the students and teaching students by different activities. Our teaching way should be actively and our actions should be communicatively.4. G uide students to master the correct method of learning. It’s also a very important part of teaching.learning the right way, students can have a multiplicate effect. Contrary. Students not only consume time and can not receive the desired effect, but also lose the confidence and the worse is abandon their studies. Therefore, teachers should guide student to learn based on the general rules of learning and special laws. As we know,learning is a gradual process, teachersshould guide students’ learn content in accordance with their abilities. During the study,the coordination actions of sensory helps to improve the sensory memory. Teachers should guide students by combination of watching, listening, reading and writing to memory words. Furthermore, teachers should ask students to review regularly and timely. English is a phonetic system, teachers should guide students to remember vocabulary by a combination of sound, form and meaning. Of course, behind the appearance of the language has some rules, teachers also should guide students to think hard and diligent summary, asking the initiative to find and master the language law. Only by allowing students to master the general method of learning. Change them form the “guided learning “gradually to the “independent study”. Students will become the true learning subject and can take the initiative to acquire knowledge5. Teachers should know how to grasp the psychological characteristics of students, which will play a huge role in promoting the classroom’s atmosphere. Interest is not only the cause of success but also the results of success. Students are the true masters of the English learning progress. The most important thing that teachers should do is to do everything possible to attract the students into teaching “magnetic” and make them feel that the progress of learning English is a kind of pleasure. The students can maintain a very high passion for learning English and can take part in learning language activities consciously. Let the students play the main role of the whole teaching progress can truly make the classroom come alive.6 Enhance students' confidence in learning English. Competition is a common form of teaching English class. the content of competition has a lot that can be knowledge, it can be capabilities, and a variety of forms: Team Tournament, boys and girls challenge Cup, personal championship race, the word solitaire game... no matter what kind of form, students are willing to participate into this competition, and the classroom atmosphere could be more active than ever. Through competitions, teachers can train the students ability of thinking, responsiveness, cultivate a sense of competition, the sense of participation and collective sense of honor. Students in the excited state is very easy to accept new knowledge and to improve efficiency in the classroom.4. Active the classroom with the game. Teaching with game is a concrete manifestation of “edutainment”.When teachers prepare some well-designed games during the English learning, the atmosphere of classroom could be more lively and fresh.Furthermore, the students in laugher can fascinate to learn new knowledge and the impression profound.For example, when we teach students the English letters,we can create a game like “find a friend” for students. Before class, we write down the 26 uppercase and lowercase English letters on the cards. Then we can divide the students into two groups. 用英语组织教学,营造良好的课堂气氛,让学生在真实的情境中应用英语接受和传递信息,让学生在使用语言中巩固知识,在学习知识中感悟语言,让学生在轻松愉悦的环境中学习知识,掌握技能。
二、了解学生,驾驭课堂现在学生都了解到英语学习不能仅仅表现为工具性语言学习动机,还应该包含内隐性语言学习。
也就是说,学习外语不能仅表现为学好外语去升学、求职、出国等工具性学习动机,更应该表现为在学习中去了解异国风情的精彩,开拓视野,以及包容文化为特征的内隐学习动机,这样的学习过程是愉快的、幸福的,学生就有学习英语的兴趣。
而兴趣是一种学习的动力,学生学习英语的兴趣越浓,学习的积极性就越高,学习的效果就越好。

如何创设“形散而神不散”的英语课堂“形散而神不散”是散文最主要、最基本的特征,它与英语课堂是风马牛不相及的两件事情,怎么联系在一起呢?
“形散而神不散”指在散文创作过程中围绕一个确定的中心,任意选材,运用多角度多侧面的材料和丰富多样的表现手法去表达中心,抒发情感或阐述哲理。
“形散”是外在表现,“神不散”是根本前提。
“形散而神不散的英语课堂”指的是教师调用全部所知,创设和利用多种知识传授方式、多种有益于开启学生心智的手段和多种探究获取知识的组织活动,从而使学生在一种既欢快活泼又严而有序课堂氛围中充分掌握课堂所学。
其“形”指教师的教育教学手段与方式,其“神”指每堂课所要达到的知识目标、能力培养目标和情感态度价值观的培养目标。
如何创设“形散而神不散”的英语课堂呢?
要创设“形散而神备”的英语课堂,教师在设计课堂活动时应遵循以下几点:
一、课堂活动设计要“形”散
“形”指教师的教育教学手段与方式。
“形”散是要求课堂活动形式多样化。
教师在设计课堂教学活动时应充分考虑活动形式的多样性对保持学生的注意力的作用,采用灵活的教学手段和方法,创设丰富多彩的教学情景,以激发学生的学习兴趣,调动学生学习英语的积极性。
教学活动可分为竞赛类活动,游戏类活动和欣赏类活动。
竞赛类活动生动活泼,能调动学生的参与兴趣,可有词汇竞赛、
短剧表演、英语辩论赛、每日英语新闻播报等。
游戏类活动没有压力和竞争,只是寓教于乐,完全用生动活泼的情景来调动学生的学习兴趣。
例如:将be动词喻作魔怪,变化多端;have动词喻作活雷锋,哪里需要,就去哪里;形容词、副词分别喻为男人的领带和女人的发饰等。
此外,还用大量的歌曲、顺口溜等编串知识点,使学生读来琅琅上口,便于记忆。
欣赏类活动大家只需要全身心地放松观摩就可以了。
比如“英文影片推介”这种活动要求学生在课外挑选感兴趣的英文电影,在班上用英语向老师和同学推荐,以提高英语听说水平,也可以使学生感受到学习的快乐和趣味。
二、课堂活动的设计要“神”聚
“神”指每堂课所要达到的知识目标、能力培养目标和情感态度价值观的培养目标。
教学目标是教学活动的出发点和归宿,它支配、控制和调节着整个教学过程。
任何教学活动都要围绕某个教学目标展开。
教师在设计课堂活动时要围绕着某个教学目标,并考虑所设计的课堂活动是否生动、富有情趣和吸引力。
下面以初中英语7a unit 16中的food and drink为例。
首先我们需要分析教材。
本单元的功能项目是“食物”(food),涉及的话题有:谈论最喜欢的食物、饮料、水果;进而可以了解中外饮食习惯和文化方面的差异,为之后reading中的有关food and life styles内容做好准备。
在此基础上,再用“what would you like for
breakfast/lunch/supper? ”来引训练词汇。
这是学生的难点,必须通过足够使学生明了意思的实物或图片以及大量有真实意义的
操练来训练学生准确流利地学会表达,包括口头、笔头表达。
最后还可用“how many …”句型来强化这项技能。
三、课堂活动更要“形”“神”兼备
散文的“形散而神不散”其实质是“貌离神合”。
“形散”是其外观,其“形散”的目的也无非是想多个角度、多个侧面、多种方法地去表现一个中心,去抒发一种感情,去表明一种思考。
英语课堂亦是如此。
无论教师运用什么方式方法,其目的也同样在于课堂知识的传授与引导。
发散的思维必将归结凝聚到知识的传授、思维的训练与能力的培养提高上来。
因此,设计某一活动时,不仅要考虑所设计的课堂活动是否生动有情趣和吸引力,能否顺利进行;考虑学生知识水平和生活经验能否适应活动内容,活动难度是否适中;更要考虑是否紧扣教学目标。
教学活动的设计切忌“貌合神离”。
在改变了传统的以教师为中心的“chalk and talk”的局面后,许多教师从一个极端走向另一个极端——为活动而活动。
当前英语课堂教学常出现“活动搞满堂”、“形式搞花哨”、“气氛搞热烈”,的现象。
但是细心观察思考会发现许多课堂活动与教学内容关系不大,偏离了课堂教学目标。
因此,教师在教学中一定要“胸中有丘壑”。
博闻广识,丰富自己的教学经验,提高自己的教学组织和调控能力,设计教学活动要注重“形”“神”兼备。

教育教学论坛上说:“教师要提高自身的素质,不仅要‘钻进去’,更要‘跳出来’。
所谓‘钻进去’就是要深刻领会教材的精神实质,
