但微创手术也有出血、切破皮肤、感染以及病灶残留等相应并发症，可通过术中加入止血药物或者改良手术方式来减少并发症的发生几率。
而针对麦默通微创旋切术后残留的热点问题，超声引导下残腔注水试验或者微创旋切术附加小切口均可有效降低病灶残留率。

方法：回顾性分析2022年1—9月在福建医科大学附属闽东医院诊断和治疗100例良性乳腺肿块患者临床资料，按照手术方法将所有患者分为对照组（n=34）和观察组（n=66），对照组行传统手术切除，观察组行超声引导下麦默通真空辅助微创旋切术，再按照切除结节距表皮深度将观察组分为表浅微创旋切组（结节距表皮深度<10 mm，n=32）和深部微创旋切组（结节距表皮深度≥10 mm，n=34），对比三组术中出血量、住院天数、手术时间、术后疼痛状况、术后瘢痕状况及术后并发症。
结果：表浅微创旋切组和深部微创旋切组患者术中出血量及术后24、48 h视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、温哥华瘢痕量表（VSS）评分均明显低于对照组，手术时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组，三组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），但表浅微创旋切组和深部微创旋切组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、术后24、48 h的VAS评分及VSS评分比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05），三组术后并发症比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。
结论：与传统切除术相比，超声引导下麦默通真空辅助微创旋切术对乳腺良性浅表结节和深部结节均有较好的治疗效果，且安全性较好。

Method： A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 100 patients with benign breast masses diagnosed and treated at Fujian Medical University Affiliated Mindong Hospital from January to September 2022. All patients were divided into the control group （n=34） and the observation group （n=66） according to surgical methods. The control group underwent traditional surgical resection， while the observation group underwent ultrasound-guided MMT-assisted minimally invasive rotational resection. The observation group was further divided into superficial minimally invasive rotational resection group （nodule to epidermis depth <10 mm，n=32） and deep minimally invasive rotational resection group （nodule to epidermis depth ≥10 mm， n=34） based on the depth of the excised nodule to epidermis. The intraoperative bleeding volume， hospital stay， surgical time， postoperative pain， postoperative scar status， and postoperative complications of the three groups of patients were compared. Result： Theintraoperative bleeding volume， postoperative 24 h VAS scores， postoperative 48 h VAS scores and VSS scores of patients in the superficial minimally invasive rotational resection group and deep minimally invasive rotational resection group were significantly lower than those in the control group， and the surgical time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group， the differences among the three groups were statistically significant （P<0.05），but there were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss， operation time，hospitalization time， VAS scores at 24 and 48 hours after operation and VSS score between superficial minimally invasive rotational resection group and deep minimally invasive rotational resection group （P>0.05）， and the difference in postoperative complications among the three groups was not statistically significant （P>0.05）.
