小组建设模式及其职能小组建设的意义是:让每个学生都成为管理者和被管理者,让每个学生都积极参到学习活动中去,让每个学生都能体验成功的快乐;同学之间,各小组之间展开竞争,互帮互学,共同进步。
一、分组与结对模式将每个教学班按课桌朝向纵向分成四个行政组,即自然组,组序为一、二、三、四;每个行政组相邻两张课的四个人构成一个学习小组,组序为A、B、C……;每个学习小组结成两个学习对子(按成绩搭配)。
二、小组职能行政小组具有双重职能,即行政职能和学习职能。
1、行政职能配合班主任和班长完成各项日常工作。
2、学习职能配合各科教师完成学习任务。
在高效课堂上,学习对子在学习的各环节进行自主交流和探究,学习小组进行自主讨论和探究,当遇到难题时,行政小组里的各学习小组可以进行组际合作与交流,共享学习的成果。
三、角色任务在高效课堂里,每个学生都应有自己的角色任务,每个学习对子都是一帮一的关系。
每个学习小组都有一个组长,其职责是组织讨论,监督和安排本组成员的学习和实验活动;展示学习成果、负责组际交流及提交发现的问题。
行政组长在学习活动中的职责是,当遇到难题时,组织组际交流,调动一切积极因素,与其他组展开竞争,最大限度地发挥本组优势。
四、课堂评价在高效课堂里,各科教师应充分调动各组的学习激情,使之形成竞争态势,并及时对各组的表现予以差异性评价:或直接给分或等级评价,并由班长做好统计。
五、定期考评班主任对各行政组的各方面的表现,每两周定期组织考评。
考评方式为:1、班长甲或乙述职,公布前两周各组得分情况,及存在的问题,提出改进的措施。
2、各行政组组长述职,总结经验,并代表本组表示决心。
3、班主任评讲,并对下一阶段工作提出要求。
六、成绩公布班委会将每一期考评结果在公布栏中公布,期末时进行一次总评。

作为改革的实施者,我认真学习和贯彻课堂教学改革的理念,集体研究杨晓冰成都东辰外国语学校摘要:教育教学的尝试改革已有二十多年,而反反复复的课堂教学变革和轰轰烈烈的课堂改革形式到现在为止经过实践证明基本尘埃落定了,那就是导学案教学模式。
作为改革的实施者,我认真学习和贯彻课堂教学改革的理念,积极进行指导自主学习的教改实践,同时也真正体会到了提高自我的机遇与挑战同在,从而促使我们多思多学,多想多问问,面对新课改,本文将简要分析,通过我对导学案的认识,在课堂中对导学案的时间及我的收获与反思四个方面来论述导学案对提高英语课堂效率的相关内容,旨在促进初中英语教学水平的进一步提高。
导学案是用于指导学生自主学习、主动参与、合作探究、优化发展的学习方案它需要经教师集体研究、个人备课、再集体研讨制定,并且要以新课程标准为指导、以素质教育要求为目标编写。
导学案以学生为本,以“三维目标”的达成为出发点和落脚点,是学生学会学习、学会创新、自主发展的路线图。
导学案是学生自主学习的方案,也是教师指导学生学习的方案。
它将知识问题化,能力过程化,情感、态度价值观的培养潜移化,在充分尊重学生主体地位的前提下,积极发挥教师的主导作用,通过科学有效的训练,达到课堂教学效率的最大化。
导学案遵循学生的学习规律,按照学生的学习全过程设计,将学生的重心前移,充分体现课前、课中、课后的发展和联系,主要依据五大环节:课前预习导学一课堂学习研讨一课内训练巩固一当堂检测评估一课后拓展延伸,在先学后教的基础上实现教与学的最佳结合。
1.导学案是在新课程改革和我校531课堂模式背景下,针对素质教育的要求,面向全体学生,为大面积提高教学质量而提出的,它是课堂教学改革、提高课堂教学质量和效益的有效载体。

1、什么是圆的周长?
围成圆的曲线的长叫做圆的周长。
2、测量圆周长的方法:

5、认识圆周率:
⑴小组同学做好分工,测量、计算、记录、填写好表格。

结论:一个圆的周长总是它的直径的3倍多一些。
教师说明:其实,早就有人研究了周长与直径的关系,发现任意一个圆的周长与它的直径的比值是一个固定的数,我们把它叫做圆周率,用字母“π(读pài)”表示。
他是一个无限不循环小数,π= 3.1415926535……但在实际应用中一般只取它的近似值,即π≈3.14。
6、圆周长的计算公式推导:
圆的周长÷圆的直径=圆周率

绕线展开法:用绳子、线条绕圆一周,然后测量绳子、线条的长度;滚动法:在圆形物体上做个记号,与直尺的零刻度对齐,在直尺上滚动

7、简介数学家祖冲之
约1500年前,中国有一位伟大的数学家和天文学家祖冲之。
他计算出圆周率应在3.1415926和3.1415927之间,成为世界上第一个把圆周率的值的计算精确到7 位小数的人。
他的这项伟大成就比国外数学家得出这样精确数值的时间,至少要早一千年。
与直径的比值(即周长除以直径的商),得数保留两位小
数。

古希腊欧几里德《几何原本》(约公元前3世纪初)中提到圆周率是常数,中国古算书《周髀算经》(约公元前2世纪)中有“径一而周三”的记载,也认为圆周率是常数。
历史上曾采用过圆周率的多种近似值,早期大都是通过实验而得到的结果,第一个用科学方法寻求圆周率数值的人是阿基米德,他在《圆的度量》(公元前3世纪)中用圆内接和外切正多边形的周长确定圆周长的上下界,从正六边形开始,逐次加倍计算到正96边形,得到(3+(10/71))<π<(3+(1/7)),开创了圆周率计算的几何方法(亦称古典方法,或阿基米德方法),得出精确到小数点后两位的π值。
中国数学家刘徽在注释《九章算术》(263年)时只用圆内接正多边形就求得π的近似值,也得出精确到两位小数的π值,他的方法被后人称为割圆术。
他用割圆术一直算到圆内接正192边形。
南北朝时代著名数学家祖冲之进一步得出精确到小数点后7位的π值(约5世纪下半叶),给出不足近似值3.1415926和过剩近似值3.1415927,还得到两个近似分数值,密率355/113和约率22/7。
他的辉煌成就比欧洲至少早了1000年。
其中的密率在西方直到1573才由德国人奥托得到,1625年发表于荷兰工程师安托尼斯的著作中,欧洲称之为安托尼斯率。
阿拉伯数学家卡西在15世纪初求得圆周率17位精确小数值,打破祖冲之保持近千年的纪录。
德国数学家柯伦于1596年将π值算到20位小数值,后投入毕生精力,于1610年算到小数后35位数,该数值被用他的名字称为鲁道夫数。
无穷乘积式、无穷连分数、无穷级数等各种π值表达式纷纷出现,π值计算精度也迅速增加。
1706年英国数学家梅钦计算π值突破100位小数大关。
1873 年另一位英国数学家尚可斯将π值计算到小数点后707位,可惜他的结果从528位起是错的。
到1948年英国的弗格森和美国的伦奇共同发表了π的808位小数值,成为人工计算圆周率值的最高纪录。
电子计算机的出现使π值计算有了突飞猛进的发展。
1949年美国马里兰州阿伯丁的军队弹道研究实验室首次用计算机(ENIAC)计算π值,一下子就算到2037位小数,突破了千位数。
1989年美国哥伦比亚大学研究人员用克雷-2型和IBM -VF型巨型电子计算机计算出π值小数点后4.8亿位数,后又继续算到小数点后10.1亿位数,创下最新的纪录。
至今,最新纪录是小数点后25769.8037亿位。
