例析螺钉松脱成因及解决措施专用夹具(以下简称夹具)在某型号产品做力学环境试验时具有重要的作用。
特别是在研制阶段,产品存在不确定因素,会导致夹具使用范围窄小,每个研制阶段都可能设计一套夹具,但夹具在一次性设计中难免会有不足之处,在振动实验中出现异常而导致试验不能继续的情况时有发生。
另外,某型号系统内的分系统的安装方式大部分都采用径向或轴向安装形式。
轴向安装方式使用拧紧螺母紧固,很少发生螺钉松脱现象。
而径向安装常采用螺钉连接,在振动时,常存在夹具与产品的同轴度较低,时而发生螺钉的松脱现象,导致试验中断。
如果有比较合理的措施,稍作改动就能解决螺钉松脱问题,这样不仅可以避免对试验造成严重的影响,而且可以为其它分系统夹具设计提供一定的参考。
1产品与夹具连接螺钉松脱现象O表示夹具圆心,O`表示转发译码机圆心,O``表示收发信机圆心图1在随机振动试验中,其产品与夹具装配如图1所示。
产品用实线表示,产品由收发信机与转发译码机两部分组成,通过8×M6×22的螺钉把产品与夹具紧固连接,然后通过压板把夹具紧固在振动台上,分别对产品的三个方向(X、Y、Z)进行各5分钟的随机振动。
第一次振动,产品没有松脱现象。
但第二次振动,在X方向振动约两2分钟就出现松脱现象。
经过反复振动试验,发现开始是出现某一螺钉松动,松动程度越来越大最终螺钉脱落,在第一个螺钉迅速松动时,其它的螺钉也慢慢松动。
如果不停止振动,就会出现全部螺钉脱落现象。
换成Y或Z 方向,也有类似现象发生。
因此无论采用哪一个方向先振动,在达到振动时间要求之前都会出现螺钉松脱现象,最终导致试验无法完成。
2螺钉松脱分析及解决措施2.1螺钉脱落分析产品与夹具同轴度低。
如图1所示,收发信机和转发译码机都是由多个零件装配而成,加工和装配都存在一定的误差,因此对收发信机和转发译码机分别与4个螺纹孔所在安装弧面的同轴度都有较大的偏差。
转发译码机4个螺纹孔也因相同的原因存在同轴度偏低。
