【摘要】 目的 分析本院Ⅱ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物预防使用情况，评价其合理性，为医院制定抗菌药物相关管理措施提供参考。方法 采用卫生部抗菌药物监测网病历抽样方法，抽取本院2014年Ⅱ类切口手术病历600份，对其抗菌药物的应用进行统计分析。结果 600例病例中，有效病历数554例，预防使用抗菌药物548例，使用率98.92%，平均用药时间5.38天，联合用药率5.29%，其中520份病历存在问题，主要包括：品种选用不当79.69%，给药剂量不当4.50%，联合用药不当4.34%，用药时机不当11.47%。结论 内江市第一人民医院Ⅱ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物预防使用问题较多，医院应该制定相应措施进行规范。 【关键词】 Ⅱ类切口；抗菌药物；合理用药；预防使用 Investigation and Analysis of Prophylactic Antimicrobials for Type Ⅱ Incision Operatin in the first people's Hospital of Neijiang

[Abstract] Objective :Analyse the use of antimicrobial drug for prevention of incision operation in perioperative period in our hospital, evaluate the rationality of antibacterials, provide reference to formulate the relevant management measures for hospital. Methods: The Ministry of health medical antibacterial drug monitoring network sampling method, selected from our hospital in 2014 of 600 medical records of operation incision, application of the antibacterial drugs were analyzed. Results: In 600 cases, 554 effective cases of medical records, the prophylactic use of antibiotics in 548 cases, the use rate of 98.92%, the average treatment time of 5.38 days, the combination rate of 5.29%, of which 520 copies of medical problems, including 79.69% varieties of improper selection, 4.50% improper dosage, 4.34% inappropriate combined medication, improper medication timing 11.47%. Conclusion: The first people's Hospital of Neijiang City of operation incision perioperative antimicrobial prophylaxis use more problems, the hospital should formulate corresponding measures to regulate.
