句中be going to do sth. 意思是“打算、计划做某事”。

句中will be planted 意思是“将会被种植”，“will be +

动词的过去分词”是一般将来时的被动语态。

一．Teaching aims and demands：

八年级第一学期我们将继续本着团结一致，多沟通，多研究，重探索，重实效的原则，在总结上学期经验教训的前提下，出色地完成初二英语组备课任务。

一、总方向

根据新教材大纲的要求和中考的要求，初二英语组以全面提高学生的英语综合能力素质与交际能力为目标，以____“以学生为主体”的原则为首任，抓住基本理念和核心，为学生的终身可持续发展打下坚实的基础。

二、总目标

1.搞好英语教学研究，组织好教师按照学校要求进行集体备课的研究工作。

2.深入学习《英语课程标准》，认真进行教材分析、教学模式探讨及教法、学法的研究工作。

3.加强信息技术与英语学科教学的整合，努力以教学的信息化带动英语教学的现代化，充分发挥整合的优势，大力优化教学过程。

4.努力提高英语教学质量，争取期中期末成绩突破去年，取得更加优异的战果。

三、具体工作

加强英语教师队伍建设，提高全组英语教师业务水平，要求教师做到四多三研二写一学。 第2页共10页 1.四多即多听课文录音或配套的英语光盘、多看教学参考书、多向有经验的英语名优教师请教、多写教育教学论文。多看教学参考书，细心体会揣摩教参编写意图，结合自己的体会，写出初步的教案；然后再在本组集体备课时做主备辅导，其他教师提出修改意见，最后再由主备教师写出详细教案，分发给其他组员。另外，利用空课的时间向有经验的英语教师请教，或请他们来听课；课后把上课的心得体会随时记下来，全面分析，然后纠正教学中的不足。

2.三研即研究教材、研究教法、研究学生。研究教材就是要通览全册教材，对各单元、各课的课时分配做到心中有数，同时根据本单元本课所要求的教学内容，研究教学方法。对学生也应注意各种方式。

3.二写即写经验总结、写教学反思。要求教师随时对自己的教学效果写反思，教学完几个模块后，要求教师有意识、有目的地总结自己的心得体会，进行经验总结。

4.一学即学习《英语课程标准》。每位英语教师都要树立教育科研意识，从理论上更新自己，积极转变已有理念，接受新理念，就必须认真学习《英语课程标准》，以课改指导思想和基本理念指导教学实践。
