1.0 Scope适用范围 This procedure provides the minimum standard required for liquid penetrant examination for detecting surface discontinuities in all ferrous and non-porous) materials in compliance with the referencing code. 3.0 Qualification of Personnel人员资质 Non—Destructive Testing personnel shall be qualified to NDT Level II in accordance with ZPMC Written Practice established in compliance with SNT—TC—1A. 依照SNT-TC-1A 制作的书面的ZPMC措施,非破坏性检验人员需获得NDT二级认证。

4.0 Testing Media检验介质 4.1 Penetrant Material渗透材料 The following colour contrast(visible)一solvent removable testing media shall be used (Aerosol spray type)e.g. MARKTEC (SUZHOU SHANGHAI) CO.,LTD/DPT-4 Penetrane Remover. MARKTEC(SUZHOU SHANGHAI)CO.,LTD/DPT-4 Visible Red dye Penetrant. MARKTEC(SUZHOU SHANGHAI)CO.,LTD/DPT-4 Non—aqueous Developer Or any equivalent brand can be used 以下所列颜色比对(可视的)-需使用的溶剂移除检测介质(喷雾型)例如, 中日合资美柯达探伤器材(苏州上海)有限公司/ DPT-4 清洗剂 中日合资美柯达探伤器材(苏州上海)有限公司/ DPT-4 可视红色染色渗透剂 中日合资美柯达探伤器材(苏州上海)有限公司/ DPT-4 无水显影剂 或者其他牌子等效的介质

4.2 Special Requirements特殊要求 When using Penetrant inspection materials on austenitic stainless steel, titanium or nickel alloys ,total Chlorine, Fluorine content and Sulphur content shall be controlled. The Chlorine plus Fluorine content shall be limited to 1%of the residue by weight when potential use includes application to austenitic stainless and titanium alloys. Similarly, Sulphur content shall be limited to1%of the residue by weight where potential use includes application to nickel-base alloys.Intermixing of penetrant material from different manufacturer is not permitted. 当在奥氏体不锈钢,钛或者镍合金材料上采用渗透检验时,氯、氟及硫的总的含量需严格控制。包括在奥氏体不锈钢、钛合金上推广应用时,氯和氟的含量按重量计不得超过残留物的1%,相似的,包括在镍基合金上推广应用时,硫的含量按重量计不得超过残留物的1%。来自不同厂家生产制作的渗透材料不可混合使用。

5.0 Surface Condition表面条件 In general,satisfactory result may be obtained when the surface is as welded or as rolled condition.Surface Shanghai ZhenHua Heavy Industry Co., Ltd Process Specification of Liquid Penetrant Testing Page 4 of 9 preparation by grinding,machining or other methods may be used where surface irregularities could mask indications.The surface to be examined and all adjacent areas within at least 25 mm(1 inch) shall be dry and free of all dirt,paint,grease,oil,dust,lint,scales and spatters etc.which could obscure surface opening Or otherwise interfere with the examination.The intensity of light at the examining area shall be a minimum of 1000 Lux(100 foot candles).The temperature of the test part surface shall not exceed 125 deg F (52 deg C)or below 50 deg F(1 0 deg C) throughout the examination process. 通常,要想获得理想的检测结果,待检测面一般为焊接或滚压表面。通过打磨、机加工或者其他方法处理过的表面可能因表面不规则的形状掩盖掉缺陷。待检测表面以及周边小于25mm(一英寸)的区域必须干燥且没有污物、油漆、油脂、汽油、灰尘、麻布、鳞屑和飞溅物等等会模糊表面或影响检验的杂质。待检区域的光照强度不得低于1000Lux(米烛光)。检测过程中,待检测表面温度不得超过125华氏温度(52摄氏度)也不得低于50华氏温度(10摄氏度)。
