昆仑雪菊挥发油体外抗氧化活性及α-淀粉酶和α-糖苷酶抑制作用研究

摘 要: 【目的】研究新疆昆仑雪菊挥发油的体外抗氧化活性及抑制α-淀粉酶和α-糖苷酶作用。【方法】采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取昆仑雪菊挥发油,用GC-MS法测定昆仑雪菊挥发油的成分和含量。以BHT为阳性对照,昆仑雪菊挥发油对DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基、羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力以及对α-淀粉酶和ɑ-糖苷酶的抑制作用。【结果】昆仑雪菊挥发油有清除自由基和抑制α-淀粉酶和α-糖苷酶活性的能力,昆仑雪菊挥发油对DPPH自由基,ABTS自由基,羟基自由基,超氧阴离子自由基在一定浓度范围内都有清除作用,其IC50值分别为0.7852±0.04μg/mL,0.0730±0.0214μg/mL,0.8289±0.0184μg/mL,7.9837±0.0082μg/mL;对α-淀粉酶和α-糖苷酶也有很强的抑制作用,浓度和抑制率在浓度范围内呈现正相关关系,其IC50值分别为0.1402±0.0082μg/mL、0.1538±0.0082μg/mL。【结论】昆仑雪菊挥发油有体外抗氧化作用及抑制α-淀粉酶和α-糖苷酶的作用。

Abstract:【objective】 to study the volatile oil of xinjiang kunlun snow

chrysanthemum in vitro antioxidant activity and inhibition of alpha amylase

and alpha glycosidase action.【methods】 kunlun snow chrysanthemum volatile

oil by steam distillation extraction, kunlun snow chrysanthemum by GC-MS

method, the composition and content of volatile oil. With butylated

hydroxytoluene as the positive control, kunlun snow chrysanthemum volatile

oil of DPPH free radical, ABTS free radical, hydroxyl radical and superoxide

anion free radical removal ability as well as to the alpha amylase and ɑ

glycosidic enzyme inhibition.【results】 the kunlun snow chrysanthemum

naphtha scavenging free radicals and inhibiting alpha and alpha glycosidic

enzyme activity of amylase, kunlun snow chrysanthemum volatile oil of DPPH

free radical, ABTS free radical, hydroxyl free radicals, superoxide anion free
