摘要:心力衰竭是大多数心脏疾病的严重或终末阶段。近年研究表明,心力衰竭过程中存在细
胞凋亡的现象。心肌细胞的凋亡在心力衰竭的发生发展机制中起重要作用。肿瘤坏死因子d(TNF・
d)通过外部凋亡通路即死亡受体通路和内部凋亡通路即线粒体通路介导心肌细胞的凋亡,同时
TNF.d又可激活核因子KB、AKT抑制心肌细胞的凋亡,说明TNF—d介导的心肌细胞凋亡具有双向效
应。此与细胞转导通路有关。

胱抑素C在心血管疾病中的作用

【摘要】 小而密低密度脂蛋白(sdLDL)为低密度脂蛋白亚型,是一种运输胆固醇进入外周组织细胞的脂蛋白颗粒。鉴于sdLDL较其他血脂成分有更强的导致动脉粥样硬化的能力,其被列为心血管疾病的新兴危险因素,已成为降血脂和抗动脉粥样硬化的药物研发新靶点。本文就sdLDL致动脉粥样硬化的分子机制及其与心血管疾病相关性进行系统综述,展望sdLDL作为降脂治疗靶标的潜能。【关键词】 小而密低密度脂蛋白; 心血管疾病; 药物干预靶点基金项目:国家自然科学基金(91957208、82260176);中央引导地方科技发展专项资金(ZYYD2022A01)
