第49卷第12期2021年6月广州化工Guangzhou Chemical IndustryVol.49No.12Jun.2021浅谈往复泵管道设计要点敬文娟(新地环保技术有限公司,河北廊坊065000)摘要:从现场出现的泄漏、断裂、振动这三种情况出发,分析了出现这些问题的可能原因,提出往复泵管道设计时的一些注意问题。
并给设计者提出部分设计注意事项,例如:往复泵前后需要设置相应的缓冲罐、优化管道走向设计,避免不必要的弯头等、关注小支管的支架、确保主管支吊架刚度足够,管道稳定性加强、避免共振的发生等。
设计时关注这些方面,可以很好地避免现场类似情况发生,从而确保现场安全稳定运行。
