摘 要
在我国的北方每年冬天会持续较长的时间,而且降雪量也颇大,所以导致道路积雪严重。尤其是一些比较狭小的道路不适合采用大型除雪设备,导致积雪堆积严重影响交通出行以及人们的日常生活。为此,研制小型除雪设备,有很高的实用性和使用价值。
本文不仅分析了路面积雪的特性,而且通过阅读国内外现有除雪机的资料;设计采用汽油机作为动力源,由输出轴及链传动将动力输出与传递,从而使除雪机正常运行。除雪机的工作原理是利用绞龙旋转将积雪粉碎收集,再通过抛雪筒中的叶轮旋转将积雪由抛雪筒弯管抛出以达到清除路面积雪的问题。
此次扫雪车的设计原理是,由原动机提供动力,经过链传动将动力传递给输出轴,输出轴又带动抛雪叶轮高速旋转,利用离心力将雪抛出。同时利用减速器来减速带动搅龙传动轴和螺旋搅龙叶片旋转来实现集雪作业。而其他的动力则由变速器传输给车轮轴来带动扫雪机前进,实现清雪工作。
本说明书中对小型手推式扫雪车进行了深刻的理论分析和结构设计计算,并采用UG绘图将扫雪车的三维实体造型和二维平面图形绘制出来。

Abstract
In the north of our country every winter lasts for a long time, and the snow
is quite large, so lead to serious road snow.Especially some narrow roads are
not suitable for using large snow removal equipment, cause the snow accumulation
is seriously affect the transportation and People's Daily life.Therefore, to
develop small snow removal equipment, has a high practicality and use value.
This article not only analyses the characteristics of the pavement of snow,
and domestic and foreign existing snow blower from reading data;Design USES
gasoline engine as power source, the output shaft and chain transfer power output
and, so that the normal operation of snow blower.Snow blower's work principle
is to use the heave snow dragon rotation crush collection, again by throwing snow
cone rotation of the impeller by throwing snow snow tube bend thrown to clear
the road snow.
Design principle of the tractor is powered by a prime mover, a chain transfer
power to the output shaft, output shaft and driven snow high-speed rotating
impeller, throw the snow use of centrifugal force.At the same time using reducer
to decelerate drives the stirring shaft dragon and spiral dragon blade rotation
to achieve the set snow job.While other power by gearbox transmission shaft to
drive the car snow blowers, realize clear snow job.
In this manual for small hand push type tractor has carried on the deep theory
analysis and structure design calculation, and USES the UG drawings will
snowploughs three-dimensional entity model and two-dimensional plane figure.
