眼外伤继发性青光眼的临床特征及防治摘要】目的：分析外伤导致继发性青光眼的临床特征，探究发病原因，并寻找有效治疗方法保护患者视功能。
方法：收集2013年5月—2015年5月期间我院五官科接诊的110例（110眼）眼外伤继发性青光眼患者作为研究对象，采用回顾性分析法对患者临床特征、治疗方法、治疗效果等进行总结。
结果：不同眼损伤患者经过治疗平均眼压从（55.89±13.46）mmHg改善到（17.76±4.66）mmHg，眼压恢复正常；出院时大多数患者视力基本都有提升；在出院时视力基础上随访两年少数病例视力有下降。
结论：眼外伤继发性青光眼的主要治疗方法有保守药物法、手术疗法以及两者相结合的方式，诊疗过程中医护人员应尽全力保护患者视功能，降低致盲率，改善预后。

Results The average intraocular pressure (IOP) was improved from (55.89±13.46) mmHg to (17.76±4.66) mmHg, and the intraocular pressure returned to normal. The majority of patients had normal visual acuity at the time of discharge. A few cases of visual acuity decreased. Conclusion The causes of secondary glaucoma in patients with ocular trauma are diverse. During the diagnosis and treatment of medical staff should make every effort to protect patients with visual function, reduce the blindness, improve the prognosis. 【Key words】Ocular trauma; Secondary; Glaucoma眼外伤是临床十分常见的疾病类型，外伤导致的继发性青光眼严重影响着患者的生存质量，外部创伤导致眼部不同程度受损，眼压增高，同时伴或不伴随有视神经损伤，是眼外伤顽固而严重的并发症之一。
