前言
在既有铁路站场改造施工方案制定前首先要做好既有设备、施工环境、运输情况等方面的调查工作；制定方案时征求运输部门的意见，合理过渡，将站场改造的线路施工工作量尽量按预定方案内完成，以减少大封锁当天的线路施工工作量，减轻通信、信号、电气化等专业施工的压力。
