摘 要 无底柱分段崩落法的回收指标随着结构参数、分段数的不同而不同。在鲁中矿山公司小官庄铁矿大间距工艺参数研究攻关中,进行了分段实验室放矿实验。模拟实验选取7种进路间距、3种放矿步距、5个分段,共105个方案,得到了各组试验的岩石混入率、纯矿石回收率、回收率。对实验数据采用Matlab编程进行了回归分析,得出了随着分段数的增加,纯矿石回收率和总的矿石回收率都增加,岩石混入率减小的结果,但增加与减小的比例逐步降低,最佳回收率指标出现在进路间距B=16~17m,放矿步距L=5~6m的方案。关键词 无底柱分段崩落法 回收率 纯矿石回收率 岩石混入率 分段数

Abstract Recoveryindexofpillarlesssublevelcavingisvariedwiththestructuralparametersandsublevelnumber.Intheresearchoftheparametersofwide2spacingtechnologyofXiaoguangzhuangIronMine,LuzhongMineCo.,thelab2oratorytestofsubleveloredrawingwasmade.Inthesimulationtest,105schemeswereadoptedwithselectedsevendriftintervals,threedrawingpacesandfivesublevelsandtherockdrop2inrate,undilutedorerecoveryandtotalorerecoveryofvarioussetsoftestwereobtained.RegressionanalysiswasmadeofthetestdatabyMatlabprogramming.Itwasconclud2edthat,withtheincreaseofsublevelnumber,boththeundilutedorerecoveryandthetotalorerecoveryincreasedwhiletherockdrop2inratedecreased.However,boththeincreaseanddecreaseratesweregraduallyreduced.ThebestrecoveryindexoccurredinthetestschemewiththedriftintervalB=16~17mandoredrawingpaceL=5~6m.Keywords Pillarlesssublevelcaving,Recovery,Undilutedorerecovery,Rockdrop2inrate,Sublevelnumber
无底柱分段崩落法上一分段损失的矿石可由下一分段来回收,因此,无底柱分段崩落法的优劣不能只看一个分段的回收指标,而应从多分段回采后总的累计指标来评价[1,2]。特别是在对不同结构参数进行采矿方法试验时,由于时间的限制,往往只能采一两个分段,结果看不出方法的长期效益,而否定所采用的方法。本文以鲁中矿山公司小官庄铁矿为模拟条件,进行多分段实验室放矿实验,求出在不同结构参数下,矿石回收指标与分段数的关系,定量证明长期指标与短期指标的不同,也为多分段的总回收指标推断提供依据。1 实 验模型实验采取几何相似比1∶100,分段高度H取15m、进路间距B取15~20m、放矿步距L取4~6m。矿石与岩石平均粒径分别为0.46cm、0.61cm。采用截止品位放矿方式,截止品位为20%,据此求得截止放矿的岩石体积混入率。根据实验室放矿与现场放矿岩石体积混入率相等的要求,得出实验室截止放矿时岩石混入率为64.31%,实验结果见表1。2 实验结果回归分析选择密函数为回归方程模式[3,4],即
