摘 要

首先,我们都知道个人金融零售业务的兴起与强盛都源自于欧美国家。其次,在欧美国家银行业务中,个人零售业务占比较重,有的银行甚至已经占利润总额的百分之六十以上,从总体形势发展状况来看,欧美银行未来零售业务也将持续占据银行主营业务的主导位置。

反观我国零售业务现状,虽然近些年零售业务在开始逐渐被各个银行重视起来,并提出了银行零售业务转型战略。但在零售业务销售的战略战术上,以及产品的创新性上和客户管理分类上依旧有许多不足之处。

重庆中国农业银行虽然在个人零售业务这条路上行走了几十年,并且在十几年前都已经提出了个人零售业务转型,但是零售业务销售这一块仍旧存在一系列发展问题没有得到解决。在经济全球化以及互联网金融快速发展的当今,面对大量的同行竞争以及非银行的金融机构竞争,重庆中国农业银行又要如何在零售业务上具有强大的竞争力。我撰写本文的主要目的就是运用SWOT分析法,分析重庆中国农行内部的优势和劣势以及外部环境的机遇和挑战,提出管理者贴近客户、利用大数据、引进国内外高技术人才等战略方案来解决重庆中国农业银行零售业务存在着没有流程观念;缺乏对不同需求的客户分类;不良贷款持续上升等零售业务发展问题。

Abstract

First of all, we all know that the rise and prosperity of personal financial

retail business originated from European and American countries. Secondly, in

the banking business of European and American countries, personal retail

business accounts for a relatively large proportion, and some banks have even

accounted for more than sixty percent of total profits. From the overall situation,

the future retail business of European and American banks will continue to

occupy banks. The dominant position of the main business.

Looking back at the current status of China's retail business, although in

recent years, retail business has gradually been valued by various banks, and has

proposed a strategy for bank retail business transformation. However, there are

still many shortcomings in the retail business sales strategy and tactics, as well

as product innovation and customer management classification.

Although Chongqing Agricultural Bank of China has been walking on the

road of personal retail business for decades, and has already proposed the

transformation of personal retail business more than ten years ago, there are still

a series of development problems in the retail business sales that have not been

resolved. In the current era of economic globalization and the rapid development

of Internet finance, in the face of a large number of peer competition and

competition from non-bank financial institutions, how can Chongqing

Agricultural Bank of China be competitive in retail business. The main purpose

of writing this article is to use the SWOT analysis method to analyze the

advantages and disadvantages of Chongqing Agricultural Bank of China and the

opportunities and challenges of the external environment, and propose strategic

solutions such as managers staying close to customers, using big data, and

introducing domestic and foreign high-tech talents to solve Chongqing. There

are no process concepts in the retail business of Agricultural Bank of China;

there is a lack of customer classification for different needs; the continuous

rise of non-performing loans and other retail business development issues.
