An Advertisement of a New Apartment in My Town
The newest 5 star apartment in my town, The Victory enjoys prime location in my
town, Shantou District, close to some shopping centers, some restaurants and our
prosperous city. Elaborately designed by some skilled architects, this 10-storey
building has been thought highly of by our governments. It also enjoys a great
convenient transportation because a clean road is in front of it and a subway is about
ten miles away. Cars can be parked in the negative layer of the apartment, where our
guards will be on watch and provide you with help in time.
Facing southeast, the apartment’s 300 spacious rooms enjoy a pleasant view of a
large leaping square with a fountain in the middle nearby and verdant hills in the
distance. In the square stand some distinctive statues, such as a big stone fish and a
boy feeding some ducks, showing to us that Shantou is a coastal city of vitality in a
degree.
Inside every bright room consist of a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a
kitchen with some necessary equipment like air-conditions and fridges. Some
classical paintings on the wall, the wooden house furnishings and delicate vases on
the table make this apartment feel like a home. You can take a rest and easily fall into
sleep in a soft bed with light blue window curtain hanging. When you want to enjoy
the sunshine, you can walk into the balcony in your room and sit down.
Apart from the heavenly surroundings with the highest quality in the room, 24-hour
courteous service is available including some excellent food and fresh fruits, such as
some yummy Chaoshan snacks and Gongfu Tea, which are known in Chaoshan area.
