New Off-Campus Housing Will Open This Fall
Jefferson University has decided to establish a second student housing location off-campus
for this coming fall. We believe this action will help alleviate school parking tension and free up
more space outside of school for students to park. Additionally, this outside location will
encourage students to be more active in the local community, thus giving them a different
environment for after-school entertainment.

Reference:
The school decided to free up some spaces outside off campus for students’ living.
Because the parking situation at school is really tense. They want the students to park outside
of school if they were to live outside of school. And also they want the students to get in touch
with the local town and to participate in the local community activities. The woman is obviously
disagrees with this opinion. Because she thought firstly that living off-campus will give the
students more reasons to start to drive and it will only make the parking situation worse. Also,
as she mentioned that the school is already complaining about the low participation for the
school events. If the outside of campus events started to compete with the school events, the
school events will enjoy even less students’ participation. So she obviously is disagreeing with
this opinion.
