1、迎客是说:“您好,欢迎光临”、“早上好”、“xx节日好”、说话的时机应是顾客开始关注商品或进入自己的辖区时。 2、不能立刻接待顾客时应说:“对不起!请稍等。” 3、当顾客进入自己的辖区浏览商品时应说:“请随便看”、“请慢慢看”等。 4、对顾客表示感谢时说:“谢谢您”、“谢谢您的帮助”等, 5、接受顾客吩咐时说:“听明白了”、“清楚了”、“请您放心”等。 6、对在等候的顾客说“对不起,让您久等了”。 7、当顾客向你致歉时说:“请别客气”、“很高兴为您服务”等。 8、当未听清楚顾客的问话时说:“很对不起,我没听清楚,请重复一遍好吗?” 9、拿商品给顾客看时应说:“是这个吗?好!请您看一看。” 10、介绍商品时应说:“我想,这个比较好,您试试看。” 11、将商品交给顾客时应说:“让您久等了”、“这是您的,请拿好。” 12、送客时应说:“谢谢您,请慢走。”、“请再次光临,谢谢。”、“请慢走,欢迎您下次光临”。 13、询问顾客姓名时应说:“对不起!请问贵姓?” 14、询问顾客地址时应说:“对不起,请您留下地址好吗?” 15、当发现顾客掌握的商品知识比自己多时,应报市赞扬和肯定,如“您说得对!”等。 16、替顾客退换有问题商品时应说:“实在抱歉!马上为您退换(马上替您修理)。” 17、当顾客想换另一种商品应说:“请问您需要哪一种。” 18、向顾客致歉时应说:“实在对不起!这是我工作上的失误!”、“给您添了许多麻烦,实在抱歉,请多多原谅!”等。 19、当要打断顾客的谈话时应说:“对不起,我可以占用一下您的时间吗?”等。
收银员服务标准用语 1、顾客来到收银台时应说:“您好!欢迎光临.” 2、接到顾客的货款时应说:“您拿的是XXX钱”/“您拿的钱正好”/“对不起!因为您使用的是信用卡付款,请稍等一会。” 3、找补货款时应说:“应找补您XXX钱,请清点一下。”/“谢谢!请收回您的信用卡/票据。” 4、当顾客指出找补货款有差错时应说:“对不起!我立刻核查一下,请稍等。” 5、确定没有差错时应说:“让您久等了,我们经过核查,收您XXX钱,已找补XXX钱,没有错,请您再仔细回忆一下好吗?” 6、确定是自己找补货款出错时应说:“实在抱歉,是我的失误,耽搁您的时间,请您原谅!” 7、收银出现繁忙时应说:“对不起!请大家依次排队,我尽量把收款速度加快点,谢谢合作!” 8、收银系统出现问题时应说:“请原谅!现在收银系统出现故障,我们立刻派人修理,请大家到XX收银台去付款好吗?” 9、顾客离去时应说:“这是找补给您的钱和票据(双手托付),欢迎再次光临。 服 务 英 语 1、迎宾语:“您好”、“欢迎光临”、 Hello!
