陕西法士特Fuller(富勒)双中间轴系列变速器的使用保养和注意事项:一、使用保养:▲1、润滑油牌号变速器内须加注85W/90车辆齿轮油。
2、正确的油面位置要确保油面与注油口平齐。
油面高度由壳体侧面的锥形注油孔检查,油面注至孔口处出现溢出即可。
3、工作温度变速器在连续工作期间的最高温度不得超过120℃,最低温度不得低于-40℃,工作温度超过120℃时,会使润滑油分解并缩短变速器的寿命。
4、换油周期新变速器在行驶2000-5000公里时,必须更换润滑油;每行驶10000公里应检查润滑油的油面高度和泄漏情况,随时进行补充;每行驶50000公里应更换润滑油。
5、拖行或滑行变速器在工作时,变速器的轴和齿轮不停地转动,可以为变速器提供充分的润滑。
但当车辆在后轮着地传动系连接的情况下被拖行时,主箱的中间轴齿轮和主轴齿轮并不旋转,而主轴却被后轮带动着高速旋转,这样将会引起变速器的严重损坏。
变速器挂空档滑行时也会产生相同的恶果。
当车辆需要拖行时,可抽出半轴或脱开传动轴,也可使驱动轮离地拖行。
1二、注意事项:▲1、换档时,离合器必须彻底分离,变速杆应挂档到位。
2、变速杆有高档和低档两个空档位置。
即高档区的5—6档空档位置,低档区的3—4档空档位置。
停车时,变速杆应置于低档区的空档位置..................。
3、车辆挂低档(爬行档)或倒档时,应先停车,再挂档.......................,以免损坏变速器内部的零件。
挂倒档时,需使用较大的换档力以克服倒档锁的阻力。
4、由4档换5档(或由5档换4档)时,应有意识地稍停片刻,以利于副变速器完成高低档位区间的转换。
5、当变速器从低档区向高档区(或从高档区向低档区)换档时......,否则将影响副..........................,不要跳档操纵箱同步器的使用寿命。
6、禁止行驶换档时使用中间轴制动器...............。
●如何从汽车型号获取车辆信息大家看到自卸车都会仅仅从外观来区分车型大小,但是要深入了解一辆车就首先是了解车辆型号,根据车辆型号,厂家自定义产品代码等判定车辆基本信息。
车辆型号的组成1、长安自卸车为例子:SC3043JD32自卸车SC代表四川是长安代码,此代码区分生产厂家。
“3”代表自卸车,为车型分类代码。
具体车辆分类为:全挂半挂的区别,半挂只有后面车桥与车轮,全挂前面也有车桥车轮。
“04”为主参数代码。
主参数代码的意义为:①在载重车中(载重汽车、越野车、自卸车、牵引车、特装车、全挂车、半挂车),这两位数表示的是车辆总质量(车辆自重和载重量之和)(单位:吨)。
②在轿车中这两位数表示的是汽车的排气量(单位:升)。
③客车中这两位数表示的是车身长度(单位:m)注:主参数不足规定位数时,在参数前以“0”占位。
“3”为企业产品发展代码,产品序号或代数代码。
具体意义为用0、1、2分别表示车型的改动及改型情况。
如0代表第一代产品,1代表第二代产品。
以此类推。
“JD32”企业自定义代码,由字母或者数字组成。
企业自定代号位于产品型号的最后部分,同一汽车结构略有变化而需要区别时,例如:汽油、柴油发动机,轴距长、短,单、双排座驾驶室,平、长头驾驶室等,可用汉语拼音字母和阿拉伯数字表示,位数也由企业自定。
2、解放为例解放CA5310XXYP21K2L11T4。
CA—一汽。
5—箱式货车,1—载货车,2—多功能车,3—自卸车,4—牵引车。
31—车辆总质量。
0产品发展代码。
XXY—箱式货车,CLX—仓栅式。
P—平头,P1—顶双卧,P11—高顶双卧,P2—FP或J5P 平顶双卧,P21—FP或J5P高顶双卧。
K—柴油,K1—大柴道依茨,K2—大柴或锡柴同功率发动机。
L—车身长度代码,由于取消单桥7.6米以上车型,目前保留有L2、L3、L4、L5、L7、L11,2—11为货箱长度代码。
T—多驱动代码,T1—6Л4(三轴后双轴驱动),T2—6Л2(前单轴,三轴后单轴驱动),T3—6Л2(前双轴,三轴后单轴驱动),T4—(四轴后双轴驱动),T5、T6已经取消为5、6轴车辆后双轴驱动。

图为解放车系●整车型号我们以解放CA5310XXYP21K2L11T4为例,对各个参数含义逐一解读。
CA—一汽5—箱式货车,1—载货车,2—多功能车,3—自卸车,4—牵引车。
310—车厂内部编码大多为功率、马力或车辆总质量。
XXY—箱式货车,CLX—仓栅式。
P—平头,P1—顶双卧,P11—高顶双卧,P2—FP或J5P平顶双卧,P21—FP或J5P高顶双卧。
K—柴油,K1—大柴道依茨,K2—大柴或锡柴同功率发动机。

●发动机型号解放车型中常见的发动机型号有:CA6DE,CA6DF,CA6DL,CA6DM,BF6M1013ECP等等,它们的具体含义如下:CA—解放6—6缸、4—4缸D—第2代发动机代码E—大柴F—锡柴L—奥威、M—11升机BF6M1013—道依茨机、ECP—265除以上编码,后面的“—XX”代表马力。
如“—26”代表260马力,26为缩写,以次类推。
E3为欧3代码。
●变速箱型号目前解放车型装配的变速箱有:一汽变速箱厂(6-10档),哈齿、杭齿(6、7档),富勒(7-12档)。
具体型号如CA6—75,CA7—90、100、110、120,FS10209,伊顿系列等。
