其中,Topic 1 Plants and animals are important to us.通过让学生们学习用英语谈论和描述自然界的一些动植物,学习和掌握形容词比较级的用法。
SectionA的内容是为本单元的比较级的进一步学习起导入和铺垫的作用。
(二)教学目标:课程标准对八年级学生的总体技能目标要求有以下几个方面:能听懂简单的故事,理解其中的主要人物和事件;能听懂谈论自然、现代科学和历史遗迹的对话或短文;能从所听的语言材料中获取信息,补充短文、对话或回答问题;能用一些简单的英语语句描述和谈论自然;能在教师的指导下参与角色扮演等活动;能准确的认读本单元的生词、短语和准确的模仿所听对话的语音语调,并能连贯、流畅地朗读课文。
根据新课标要求,制定如下教学目标:知识与技能:1、认读单词:sky, clear, nature, cow, horse, hen, sheep, goose(geese),thin2、能使用简单的英语比较级的语句描述和谈论自然。
3、能够运用关键词复述对话。
