一、说教材本单元的主题是“比较事物”，主要围绕“选择电影院”这一话题展开，引导学生学习形容词和副词的最高级形式，并能够运用最高级进行比较和描述。

Sectio n A 1a-1c 是本单元的第一课时，是整个单元的基础和导入部分。

1a 部分通过表格的形式呈现了一些选择电影院时考虑的因素，让学生根据自己的想法进行分类，初步感知比较级和最高级的概念。

1b 部分是听力练习，通过匹配的方式训练学生听取关键信息的能力，并进一步熟悉最高级的用法。

1 c 部分则是基于听力内容的口语练习，让学生能够运用所学的语言知识进行交流和表达。

二、说学情八年级的学生已经有了一定的英语基础，具备了一定的听说读写能力。

他们对于新鲜事物充满好奇心和求知欲，喜欢参与课堂活动。

但是，对于形容词和副词的最高级形式，学生可能还存在理解和运用上的困难，需要通过多种教学方法和练习来加以巩固。

三、说教学目标基于对教材和学情的分析，我制定了以下教学目标：1. 语言知识目标学生能够掌握以下词汇和短语：comfortable, seats, screen, close, worst, cheaply, song, choose, carefully 等。

学生能够理解并正确运用形容词和副词的最高级形式，如：the best, the b iggest, the most comfortable 等。
