影响箱式电炉温度均匀性的因素和处理方面
对于工业中使用的箱式电炉来说,温度均匀性是指箱式电炉炉膛使用时空间内的最大温度差值。
由于它对工件质量的影响特别大,因此找到引起箱式电炉温差大的原因并进行解决就显得尤为重要。
1.电热元件断路,功率分配不合理;
2.炉子密封不良,局部散热量过大;
3.炉底温度偏低,加热电源缺相,保险丝断;
4.炉子结构不合理导致局部散热过大;
5.热电偶安装位置或插人深度不能反映真实温度;
6.带风机的炉子气体循环不均匀或风力不足。
对此也有相对应的处理措施,大家可以了解下。
1.重新计算改进功率配置;
2.检查炉子密封,消除密封不良因素;
3.增大炉底加热功率;
4.改进炉子结构或冷却方法;
5.合理选择热电偶安装位置或插人深度;
6.合理安放工件,增大风机的风力。

炉温均匀性测量方法
1. 升温前将柔性偶的测温端固定在测量位置上。
注意:
4测温端应指向炉内中心,且整个柔性偶不得影响炉子的正常运转。
5应确保测量结束后,柔性偶能从炉子内顺利抽出。
2. 待炉子升到工作温度且保温一定时间后便可进行测量了。
UJ33a型直流电位差计使用方
法如下:
11调零。
第一步,先把“倍率(K1)”旋钮扳到测量档(根据炉温选择用多大的倍率)然后调节“调零”旋钮,将“检
流计”的指针调零。
第二步,将“K2”扳到“标准”档,然后
先后调节“工作电流调节”的“粗”和“微”,将“检流计”的
指针调零。

将“K2”扳到“未知”档,将“K3”扳到“测量”档,然后将测量钳的一端分别接到“未知”的“+”“—”接线柱上,
另一端夹在柔性偶的正负极上,调节“×10”、“×1”、“×
0.1”三档,使“检流计”的指针指零。
记录mv值即可。
mv值=(“×10”示数+“×1”示数+“×0.1”示数)ד倍率(K1)”
注意:
测量钳的正负不要颠倒,且测量时两测量钳之间要确保绝缘。
24测量完成后将“K2”档扳到“K2”,将“倍率(K1)”扳到“断”
档,若长期不用应取出电池。
25该电位差计使用6节1号电池和3节9V电池

炉子有效长度:13580mm有效宽度:12700mm。
加热炉供热系统沿炉长方向分为均热段一段供热。
供热段炉顶为全平炉顶结构,预热段炉顶为压下结构,加热炉燃烧控制分为均热段上(左/右共6个500Nm/h脉冲烧嘴)、均热段下(左右共6个600Nm/h脉冲烧嘴),采用炉内悬臂辊辊道侧进侧出,在出料悬臂辊道下方沿炉宽方向均匀分布五根排渣管。
采用引风机进行强制排烟。
在两座加热炉投入生产后发现,钢坯的头部温度比温度低了40度左右。
因此我厂技术人员对加热炉炉温分布及操作进行观察,并采取相应的试验。
2、炉温现状轧侧下均温度为1086℃、上均热为1160℃。
非轧侧下均温度为1150℃、上均热为1160℃。
由炉温分布可以看出,钢坯的头部温度比尾部温度低,主要是由于轧侧下均温度严重偏低造成的,而此时下均热烧嘴脉冲断火时间为零,即持续燃烧供热。
上均轧侧和非轧侧烧嘴基本处于不供热状态,为此我方技术人员便提出猜想:在下均热烧嘴处于持续供热的状态下,温度仍然偏低,极有可能是下部吸冷风造成。

5.5.1测试仪表校准的准确度要求±0.6℃(1.0℉)或读数的± 0.1%,两者取较大者,最大校准周期不超过12个月。
5.5.2测试用廉金属热电偶在第一次使用前进行校准,校准的准确度要求±1.1℃(2.0℉)或读数的±0.4%,取较大者。
最大允许使用次数180次,如果缺少使用次数的记录,应于6个月后更换。
