川式取芯工具

TP204井取芯情况汇报TP204井是一口开发井。

设计井深6385m，设计井身结构660.4mm×50m+444.5mm×600m+311.2mm×4704m+215.9mm×6316m+149.2mm×6385m。

该井于2009年7月22日20∶00一开，2009年7月28日19：00二开。

2008年8月15日17：30钻至井深3926.87m，录井冲孔见气测异常，请示开发处后，要求井队取芯。

井队充分循环确保井下正常后起钻，起钻完后在地面对取芯工具认真检查，并制定了详细的取芯措施。

取芯钻具组合：214.4mmDC585取芯钻头+川8-4取芯筒+215.9mmDC*2根+311mmSTB+215.9mmDC*1根+177.8mmDC*8根+127mmHWDP*15根+127mmDP，8月17日9:00下取芯钻具到底，充分循环清洗井底，11：00开始树芯，到8月18日7:20取芯至3935m割芯，进尺8.13m，23:00起钻出芯完，出芯结果：芯长6.2m，收获率76.26%。

（设计取芯进尺≥6m，收获率≥90%）取芯收获率未达到设计要求，分析原因如下：1、根据TP204井取芯专报、地质分析，最后1.93m取芯段钻时加快，出筒未捞获岩芯。

地质推测该段岩芯岩性为棕色细砂、粉砂岩，由于该段岩芯滴水即渗，水敏性强，岩芯不成型，割芯起钻后部分岩芯逐渐脱落掉芯（由余芯芯头岩性、钻时、地质层位通报综合分析）。

2、根据取芯专报，3929.13-3933.07m井段岩性为棕色泥岩，且其中部分为塑性软泥岩，该井段钻时150-327min/m不等，根据出筒岩芯情况，塑性软泥岩段成型岩芯外径磨细，进岩芯筒后因泥浆浸泡而软化不成型，出芯时与泥浆一起垮落，因该段岩芯成型后外径磨细，出筒垮落，又无法清洗，只能根据软泥的体积估算岩芯长度，近6m的慢钻时泥岩段仅出筒3.94m，可能导致吃芯。

常用的打捞工具有公锥、母锥、打捞筒、打捞矛、打捞篮、磁铁打捞器、磨鞋、安全接头等，本章着重介绍常用打捞工具的种类、规格、结构、工作原理、常用规范、民技术参数、现场检查、操作使用方法及注意事项等。

第一节铅模一、作用铅模是在打捞作业中用来打印落鱼形状和了解鱼顶偏离井眼中心的情况用的。

第二节公锥一、公锥的作用公锥是内打捞工具是内捞工具，用来打捞钻铤、接头和钻杆加厚部位。

常用尺寸为3-1/2"和4-1/2"，多为国产，技术规格参见附带说明。

第三节母锥一、母锥的作用母锥是外捞工具母锥是外捞工具，用来打捞钻杆本体。

用爆炸松扣方法配合倒扣时，可用它来打捞钻杆接头或钻铤。

第四节卡瓦打捞筒一、种类Bowen150系列卡瓦打捞筒分为高强度型与小井眼型两类，按内装打捞配件的不同分为螺旋卡瓦打捞筒与篮式卡瓦打捞筒两种。

落鱼直径接近最大打捞尺寸时选用螺旋卡瓦和A型盘根。

苏北盆地溱潼凹陷帅垛区块取芯技术浅析摘要：苏北盆地正处于增储上产的关键时刻，定向井、水平井日益增多，稳斜井段的取芯次数明显上升。

通过分析帅垛区块地层特点，总结了在该类地层定向井取芯过程的技术难点。

针对该地区的实际生产情况，对取芯钻头、取芯参数进行了优选，对取芯参数进行优化并对相关操作进行了分析，在实际应用中取得良好的效果。

关键字：取芯；地层特点；钻头选型；参数选择；技术措施帅垛构造位于苏北盆地溱潼凹陷中部斜坡，西北部为茅山油田，西南部为边城油田，南部为角墩子油田，构造低部位为戴南油田，构造位置十分有利，是油气运移的指向区。

经构造分析，发现其中构造层具有较为良好的含油气前景。

为探索溱潼凹陷中构造三垛组、戴南组以及阜四段、阜三段的含油气性，华东石油局先后在该区块布署了四口探井，以研究该区块的控藏因素及油气富集规律，控制含油面积，同时检验溱潼三维连片地震资料的可靠性，为储量计算提供参数。

1 取芯层段地层特点该地区部署取芯井四口，共涵盖层位11个，取芯地层岩性特点如表1所示：2 取芯主要技术难点2.1 地层、岩性复杂2.1.1 软硬交互层影响该取芯井段位于井眼稳斜段，其地层软硬交错，地层倾角大，用牙轮钻头配合强稳钻具正常钻进时，井斜方位经常偏离靶心。

取芯作业时，该地层对取芯钻具下部组合稳定性也有比较高的要求。

另外，该区块部分取芯井段夹火成岩、黄铁矿等岩层，其研磨性较强，可钻性较差，所用钻头必须能灵活调节钻压来适应不同地层的变化。

2.1.2 岩芯的破碎该地区的某些地层，有时会出现较破碎的岩块被挤入岩芯筒和岩芯柱之间环空的现象，这种现象被称为卡芯，泵压忽高忽低，无进尺。

会造成岩芯钻进变慢以及岩芯筒内岩芯的磨损。

另外，由于岩芯在取芯筒可能会出现横向或者是纵向的振动，这将导致岩芯的破裂，甚至是破碎，导致它无法顺利上行，将内筒卡住，下部岩芯无法正常进入造成磨芯，没有进尺[1]。

2.2排量的优选该区块盐城组易塌，三垛组易缩径，戴南组易掉块，阜宁组易垮，且井深普遍在2500米以上，取芯井深在2200米以上，都存在2000米左右的裸眼段。
