What should we do? Our social atmosphere is very poor,but we can not change the whole society , what we can do is to condemn them for their bad illegal activities on the Internet . I think is useless to cried out a few words in the empty slogan or a few words of mandarin,I only want to say that we should be a man with a conscience ,don not harm to our society in the future,especially people like us engaged in chemical industry.

To our ordinary people ,we contact with doctors more frequently than manufacturers ,so we think the problem are caused by doctors, and ignore to criticize the manufacturers and the middleman. They were shortsighted but good at robbery, leading to the deviation of the people's mind and values and loss of the morality ,all these due to the shortage of moral education and the defect of the system itself . 这些人目光短浅，毫无远见，以劫财为能事，导致整个社会心态、价值观 的扭曲与道德的沦丧。所有这些都是制度本身的缺陷和道德教育造成的。

There are great differences in medical conditions between Urban and rural The city which concentrate the most advanced medical equipment and technique while the medical conditions in rural area is underdeveloped. Medical fund input by our government is equal to 20% of the total national budget, but only 0.65% about 6 to 8 million people who represent the senior cadres benefit from it,they expend over 80% of the investment. 我国政府投入医疗的资金相当于全国财政预算总额的20% 左右,但真正受惠的，只是以离退高干为代表的600-800万人，消耗了这个投入的 80%以上。这就是传说中，我国80%的医疗投入被0.65%的贵族公民所消费.
Problem 4 small hospitals are everywhere but unsafity Small hospitals accounted for about 50% of the total hospitals，and about 10% are private clinics ,poor people have no chioce, they can only go to private clinics which can only cure a minor illness. but some unqualified doctors may make things worse.even many people lose their lives after misdiagnosis ever year. 占了目前医院总数的约50%， 其中约5%-10%的私人诊所。 这类医院也就是常说的社区医院 、卫生所,这能治些小病。
