《精通英语》Unit 6 We’re watching the games.一、教学内容分析本局部通过Zhou Pei 和Peter 观看跳高、跳远、跑步比赛的场景，引出要学习的目标语言。
二、教学对象分析五年级学生慢慢的变得内向，心里有，不爱表达了，因此，教师在设计这节课教学时从学生的角度出发，贴近学生的生活，从学校准备组织校运会这个主题出发，边学边练，充分调动学生的积极性。
三、教学目标及教学重难点〔一〕教学目标：1、知识与能力目标：通过师生之间，生生之间sports show等活动，鼓励学生主动感知、模仿，学习体验，引导学生在真实语境中进行交际。

教学设计
一、教学目标
1.通过读背，能够正确使用本节课的重要词汇。
如：eat dinner， read a newspaper，talk on the phone，watch TV，make dishes do homework,等。
2.通过对话练习，学会谈论人们正在做的事情。
3.通过听力练习，提高听力能力。
二、教学重难点
1.现在进行时态的基本结构：
be (is /am/ are) + V- ing
2.正在进行时的特殊疑问句及答语
3. 重要句型：
-- What are you doing? -- I'm/We are playing ping-pong. .
-- What are they doing? -- They're playing badminton.
-- What's he/she doing? --He's/ She's playing volleyball. What are you doing?
三、教学方法.
1. 教法分析
1）现在进行时是学生刚刚接触的一种新的语法项目，而本单元的话题源自生活，立足这一点，我充分利用学生已有的知识和生活经验和网络资源，创设生活化的真实情境（或半真实情境）引导学生在运用语言中学习语言，然后在学习新的语言知识后创造性地运用语言（为用而学，在用中学,学了就用）。
2）借助多媒体开展多种类型的任务型活动，如小组表演、游戏、做报告、编歌曲等提供给学生合作交流的空间和时间，促使学生为完成任务和同学进行合作，为完成任务进行探究性学习。
2. 学法指导
新制定的《英语课程标准》把“培养学生学习英语的兴趣，树立自信心，培养良好学习习惯和形成有效策略，发展自主学习和合作精神”放在了首位。
依据课改的精神，我从以下几个方面对学生进行学法指导。
1）学习方法的指导
培养学生观察力，想象力，记忆力以及思维能力。
用生动的多媒体课件调动学生的感官进行听说读写的训练。
2）学习积极性的调动
我在教学过程中创造一种开放的，和谐的，积极互动的语言氛围，把课堂变成有声有色的舞台，让学生在乐中学。
3）学习能力的培养
通过连贯的听说读写，游戏竞赛等，培养学生的交际能力，发展他们的思维能力。
4）学习策略的指导
本节课将在课堂活动中让学生围绕着课堂任务在小组中分工合作，在活动中相互探讨、相互交流、相互合作，从而获得知识、技能和情感体验，发展他们的能力。
创建开放式，探究式的课堂，有意识渗透学习策略的训练。
四、教学用具

熟知世界上的主要球类运动，养成热爱体育的品质。
五、教学过程
1.热身/复习（Warm-up/ Revision）
1）教师将画有球拍、球场、球员的奖励小卡片展示给学生，告诉学生如果他们积极参加活动，发音准确，表演真实，将获得一张作为奖励，并在游戏活动中使用。
2）教师让学生之间互相交流自己最喜爱的运动。
2.新课呈现（Presentation）
教师展示本课四组动词短语的图片或PPT，让学生认真观看。
然后教师针对每幅图片问学生，启发学生真实回答。
3.趣味操练（Practice）
1）创设激情，操练新知。
教师请每组选派一名学生站到教室前方围成一圈，完成教师小声告诉他们要做的动作，并回答其他同学的问题。
2）动作竞猜，巩固新知。
教师呈现教材Let’s play部分小朋友们进行运动的半幅图片，引导学生通过所看到的半幅图片所传递的信息，猜测途中的人物正在做什么动作，巩固句型。
4.语言运用(Language use) 创设情境，编演对话。
场景设置：国外小学体育代表团和Gao Wei学校的体育友谊赛拉开了帷幕，比赛正在进行中。
根据这一情境引导学生模拟动作、运用语言。
5.拓展活动（Extended activities）
各小组成员分工搜集世界各国开展球类运动的历史、传统等信息，用英文记录在本子上，进行信息交流。
六、Homework
1.背诵课文内容和新单词。
2.预习Lesson 35。
