招商的谈判技巧篇一:招商谈判技巧厂家与经销商之间的关系是互惠互利,相互支持共同进展的,概而言之,就是一种“经济利益共同体”的关系。

1、基本技巧(1)、坚持原则不让步。
对客户提出的不合理要求,特殊是损害公司根本利益的要求,应一口回绝,态度要坚决语气要严厉,绝不留任何余地。
实际上一些客户在提不合理要求时也是半真半假,只是摸索一下,并无深化或坚持的决心。
坚持原则,不仅不会影响厂家与客户之间的关系,而且在大部分时候,会赢得客户的敬重和认可,无形中树立了公司和个人形象,为双方的长期友好合作打下人格基础。
(2)、避实就虚,转移(话题)。
在谈判过程中,客户常常会对厂家的政策、合作、诚意等表示怀疑或不信任,厂家应准时避开,以另外一些更加实际、有吸引力的话题来代替,以避开在一些无关大局的条件上谈来谈去,陷入一种尴尬局面。
(3)、站在客户的角度上谈判。
为客户着想,这是客户永久都欢迎和感谢的谈判切入方式。
厂家在谈判的过程中,关心客户分析利弊得失,以客户的立场和心态替客户端详产品,必要时,关心客户计算经销利益,出一些销售点子,这些对客户而言是特别(爱)听的,他们会对你所表现出来的诚意感谢不尽,使谈判得以更为顺当进行。
(4)、要以己之长,攻人之短。
在谈判前必需娴熟把握自己产品的特点、文化内涵、品牌写真、以及竞争产品的优缺点,市场状况,才能在谈判中处于主动位置,使客户信服自己产品在市场上的地位。
(5)、要让客户确信经销风险低。
在经营中一般客户都想尽量避开操作高风险的产品,此时我们必需让客户确信我们与客户在市场中使共担风险的,而不是把产品给了客户后就(什么)也不管了,令客户在心理上有(平安)感,使其更有信念去经销我们的产品。
