1. 总体发展情况:2019年,天津港集团货物吞吐量超过5.1亿吨,成为继上海港、宁波港之后中国第三个5亿吨级别的港口。

天津港资料4.1 ⼯程位置本⼯程位于天津港南疆港区规划的26#泊位处,东侧为⼤型⽯化码头区,天津港主航道⾥程约12+000。
4.2 ⾃然条件根据天津塘沽海洋站2000-2006年实测值进⾏特征值的统计与分析。
4.2.1 ⽓温年平均⽓温 13.1℃年平均最⾼⽓温 16.4℃年平均最低⽓温 10.9℃极端最⾼⽓温 40.9℃极端最低⽓温 -13.5℃(注1953年1⽉17⽇曾出现最低⽓温-18.3℃)4.2.2 降⽔年平均降⽔量 363.7mm年最⼤降⽔量 491.1mm年最⼩降⽔量 196.6mm⼀⽇最⼤降⽔量 157.2mm(注1975年7⽉30⽇曾出现⼀⽇最⼤降⽔量191.5mm)降⽔强度≥⼩⾬平均每年65.2个降⽔⽇降⽔强度≥中⾬平均每年9.7个降⽔⽇降⽔强度≥⼤⾬平均每年3.7个降⽔⽇降⽔强度≥暴⾬平均每年1.0个降⽔⽇本区降⽔有显著的季节变化,⾬量多集中于每年的7、8⽉份,该两个⽉的降⽔量为全年降⽔量的58%,⽽每年的12⽉⾄翌年的3⽉降⽔极少,4个⽉的总降⽔量仅为全年降⽔量的3%左右。
4.2.3 雾能见度<1km的⼤雾平均每年为16.6个雾⽇,雾多发⽣在每年的秋冬季,每年12⽉份⼤雾⽇约为全年⼤雾⽇的30%左右,最长的延时可达24⼩时以上。
按⼤雾实际出现时间统计,平均每年为8.7天。
4.2.4 相对湿度年平均相对湿度 67%4.2.5 风风是⽓象要素中不稳定的⼀个要素,年与年之间观测统计值有⼀定的差异,为了更真实地反映天津港的风况,我们统计1996~2005年(共计10年)每⽇24次风速、风向观测资料:统计表明港区常风向为S向,次常风向为E向,出现频率分别为9.89%、9.21%。
强风向为E向,次强风向为ENE向,≥7级风出现的频率分别为0.32%、0.11%。

造成本海区的⼤风天⽓过程,主要是冬、春季的寒潮和夏、秋季的台风(⽓旋),根据塘沽⽓象站资料统计,寒潮⼤风较为频繁,台风(⽓旋)⼤风出现频率较少。
天津港推介词天津港的历史最早可以上溯到汉代,自唐代以来形成海港,1860 年对外开埠。
建国后经过三年恢复性建设,天津新港于1952年10月17日重新开港通航。
天津港是世界等级最高的人工深水港,位于海河入海口,处于京津城市带和环渤海经济圈的交汇点上,是首都北京和天津市的海上门户、我国北方重要的对外贸易口岸,是连接东北亚与中西亚的纽带。

ANCHORAGES: Da Gu Kou anchorage has a depth of 10 – 13 m. and can accept vessels up to 50,000 g.r.t. The anchorage is unprotected and providesno shelter from wind, sea or swell. With a N W’ly or westerly wind the sea is slight but when the wind is strong the tide is greatly reduced. Ships shouldtake great care in selecting a suitable anchorage position. 当时,中国政府决定将天津市和蓟县的港区整合为天津港,以推动国家北方地区对外贸易的发展。
随着开放的深入推进,天津港逐渐形成了集装箱码头作为核心的港口体系。
在过去的几十年里,天津港集装箱码头经历了快速发展的阶段。
根据统计数据,天津港集装箱吞吐量稳居中国第四位,国际排名在世界前十位之内。
2024年,天津港集装箱吞吐量达到了1200万标准箱,同时也接待了大量国际货轮和航线,连接了世界主要港口,形成了丰富多样的贸易网络。
然而,天津港集装箱码头也面临了一些挑战和问题。
首先,天津港目前的集装箱吞吐能力仍然有限,需进一步提升其处理能力以应对不断增长的需求。
其次,港区内设施和设备的老化也是一个亟待解决的问题。
在未来发展过程中,天津港需要加大对基础设施升级和技术创新的投入,提高码头的吞吐效率和服务质量。

目前,天津港共有一港六区(北疆、南疆、东疆、海河、临港工业、北塘)。
规划形成北疆港区、东疆港区、南疆港区、大沽口港区、高沙岭港区、大港港区、海河港区和北塘港区八个港区,并将独流减河北岸规划为预留发展区。
另外,原“一港九区”规划中的汉沽港区(中心渔港)虽然没有列入最近发布的天津港总体规划,但其已计划编制单独的规划报备市交港局,报滨海新区政府批复。
目前,中心渔港已全部完成18平方公里规划面积的吹填造陆。
滨海旅游区临海新城(属北塘港区)规划面积28.11平方公里,目前已完成造陆20平方公里;东疆港区规划面积31.9平方公里,目前已基本完成全部造陆;大沽口港区规划面积80平方公里,目前已完成造陆约75平方公里;高沙岭港区规划面积120平方公里,目前已完成造陆26平方公里;大港港区规划面积200平方公里,其中162平方公里陆域,38平方公里水域,目前已完成造陆约65平方公里,其中38平方公里已获国家海洋功能规划批复。
规划新增港区陆域面积440平方公里(不含南疆),已完成吹填造陆235平方公里。
(二)港区规划根据新修订的《天津港总体规划(2011~2030)》,“十二五”期间,天津港以集装箱、煤炭、铁矿石、石油运输为主,应加快发展现代物流和现代航运服务等功能,促进临港产业发展,逐步发展成为能力充分、功能完善、服务优质、绿色环保、港城协调的现代化、综合性港口和物流枢纽,具备装卸储存、中转换装、运输组织、通信信息、旅游客运、临港产业、现代物流、保税加工、航运服务等功能。
本次规划利用港口自然岸线56.8公里,可形成码头岸线约183公里。
天津港划分为北疆港区、东疆港区、南疆港区、大沽口港区、高沙岭港区、大港港区、海河港区和北塘港区八个港区,并将独流减河北岸规划为预留发展区。
北疆、东疆、南疆港区是建设天津北方国际航运中心的核心港区,主要服务于腹地物资中转运输;大沽口、高沙岭、大港港区服务于临港工业发展,兼顾发展腹地物资中转运输功能。
独流减河北岸预留发展区是天津港未来进一步发展的主要储备资源,以服务腹地物资运输为主,预留集装箱运输功能。

东疆港区:以集装箱运输为主,兼顾客运的大型集装箱港区,是天津北方国际航运中心的核心功能区。
依托东疆保税港区和滨海新区综合改革配套试验区的政策优势,大力发展国际物流、国际贸易、保税仓储、出口加工、航运服务等功能。
南疆港区:煤炭、铁矿石、石油及制品等大宗散货中转港区。
大沽口港区;服务于临港工业开发建设,重点发展临港工业配套码头设施,以钢铁、建材、重大件、液体化工品运输为主。
高沙岭港区:近期服务于装备制造业等临港工业发展,以杂货运输为主。
预留集装箱运输功能。
大港港区:近期服务于南港工业区石化产业发展,以石油及制品运输为主。
预留大宗散货运输功能。
海河港区:服务于海河下游临河产业发展和城市建筑物资运输,兼有旅游客运功能。
近期保留港口功能,今后根据城市发展和产业布局情况,经批准后,逐步调整功能。
北塘港区:以客运为主,兼顾城市建设物资运输。
(三)航道天津港目前共有主航道(含北航道)、大沽沙航道、海河航道、北塘航道、大港航道等5条航道,各航道数据如下:1、主航道(1)现对外公布主航道等级:等级为25万吨级,全长44公里。
里程7+100~13+470段设计底标高为-18.5m,底宽325m;里程13+470~44+000段设计底标高为-19.5m,底宽315m。
天津港口门位置在16+000 处,口门宽度1100m。
主航道主要参数(旧)(2)主航道沿革1952年天津港主航道开通,航道为单向航道,底宽60m,水深-6.5m。
1965年,在新港第二期扩建中,航道水深加深至-7.0m。
从1977~1984年,历时8年新港航道浚深、拓宽至双向航道,共分为两期工程实施:一期工程航道底宽120m,水深-8.0m;二期工程航道底宽150m,水深-11.0m,1984年底竣工。
1997年和1998年为满足第四代集装箱船运营的要求,对第四代集装箱船靠泊码头(东突堤33#泊位全部和32#泊位的部分岸线)以东主航道进行了浚深至-12.0m和拓宽至180m的航道整治;2000年进行了十万吨级航道一期工程,继续浚深为-13.9m,航道宽度不变;2001年进行了十万吨级航道二期工程的建设,航道底宽210m,设计底标高在航道里程5+0~15+0为-14.8m,15+0以外为-14.6m,航道全长28.8km;2002年进行了十五万吨级航道一期工程的建设,航道底宽260m,设计底标高与十万吨级航道一致;2005年完成了十五万吨级航道二期工程建设,航道底宽234m,设计底标高在航道里程5+0~15+0为-17.4m,15+0以外为-17.2m,航道全长35km;2006年完成了二十万吨级暨二十五万吨级航道一期工程建设,航道里程7+100~14+0段航道底宽221m,设计底标高-18.5m,14+0~44+0段航道航道底宽211m,设计底标高-19.5m,航道全长44km。
2007年完成了天津港二十五万吨级航道二期工程建设,航道里程13+470~44+0段航道底宽315m,设计底标高在为-19.5m,航道全长44km。
2009年,为解决船舶交叉和提升航道利用率问题,天津港进行了复式航道建设,主要包括四期航道拓宽工程,其工程范围为航道里程7+100~36+000, 拓宽后航道里程7+100~12+200段,宽430m,水深-18.5m;航道里程12+200~36+000段,宽420m,水深-19.5m。
航道里程36+000~44+000段,宽315m,水深-19.5m。
2011年,天津港30万吨级航道一期工程开始建设,2012年5月完工。
该工程包括以下两部分:航道里程12+200~36+000段:在现有25万吨级航道(有效宽度420米,设计底标高-19.5米)基础上保持航道轴线不变,沿已有边坡继续浚深至设计底标高-21.0米(通航底标高-20.4米),航道有效宽度407米。
航道里程36+000以外段:在现有25万吨级航道(有效宽度315米,设计底标高-19.5米)基础上将航道轴线向南平移14米,即航道单侧向南拓宽浚深,浚深加宽后航道有效宽度330米,设计底标高-21.0米(通航底标高-20.4米)。
航道起点里程由44+000延长至45+500,达到-20.4m天然水深。
天津港航道拓宽工程中30 万吨级航道一期工程竣工后,天津港航道将由主航道和两侧万吨级航道共同组成复式航道,主要参数如表2.2-2所示。
复式航道主要参数一览表(新)目前,正在进行天津港30万吨级航道二期工程通航安全影响论证。
方案如下:航道里程12+200~36+000段保持一期工程航道轴线不变,沿已有边坡继续浚深至设计底标高-22.0m,通航底标高-21.4m,航道有效宽度397m。
航道转向后,航道里程36+000以外段,在一期工程基础上继续浚深,浚深后航道有效宽度320m,设计底标高-22.0m,通航底标高-21.4m。
航道起点里程由45+500延长至47+500,达到-21.4m天然水深。
2、北航道:由北港池航道段和北支航道两部分组成,全长约9.1公里,共设有灯浮标14个。
北港池航道段长度约为6.7公里,宽度390米;北支航道段长度约为2.4公里,宽度为320米,设计底标高均为-15.5米。
3、大沽沙航道:全长29.5公里,为5万吨级单向航道,底宽190米,设计底标高-12.5米。
目前已浚深为10万吨级航道(未正式公布),底宽375米,设计底标高-14.5米。
4、北塘航道:目前为永定新河天然航道,水深-3米左右。
根据北塘发展规划,其规划航道设计底宽190米,设计底标高-7.0米。
5、海河航道:自新港船闸至二道闸,全长39.5公里。
自船闸西口至海门大桥之间为5000吨级船舶航道;海门大桥到二道闸之间为3000吨级船舶航道。
6、大港航道:目前为5000吨级,航道全长19公里,航道有效宽度100米;设计底标高-6.5米,通航底标高-5.7米。
规划2万吨级航道:航道里程1+796~5+497,设计底标高为-9.2米,有效宽度为110米。
5万吨级航道:航道里程5+497~38+000,设计底标高为-12.5米,航道有效宽度为180米。
(四)锚地天津港目前共有1~6#和大港临时锚地共7个锚地。
天津港数据统计(二)(2013.1.25)一、港口吞吐量天津港吞吐量呈现跨越式发展:从1952年重新开港时年吞吐量仅为74万吨到1974年吞吐量突破1000万吨用了22年;从1000万吨到1988年突破2000万吨用了14年;从2000万吨到2001年突破亿吨用了13年;从亿吨到2004年实现2亿吨仅仅用了三年时间;2007年吞吐量突破3亿吨,成为我国北方第一个3亿吨大港;2008年天津港吞吐量达3.559亿吨,同比增长15.2%;2009年,天津港克服金融危机的不利影响,完成吞吐量 3.811亿吨,同比增长7.08%;2010年天津港吞吐量突破4亿吨,集装箱吞吐量突破千万TEU;2011年天津港吞吐量达4.53亿吨,其中集装箱吞吐量达到1159万TEU。
2012年,天津港完成货物吞吐量4.77亿吨,其中集装箱吞吐量1230.3万TEU,同比分别增长5.3%和6.15%。
2011年,载运危险货物进出天津港的船舶共计10180艘次,与2010年同比增加6.6%。
载运危险货物共计5171.86万吨,与2010年同比下降7.7%,其中出口船舶4883艘次,出口货物1698.60万吨;进口船舶5297艘次,进口货物3473.27万吨。
2012年载运危险货物进出天津港的船舶共计10344艘次,与2011年同比增加1.6%。
载运危险货物共计4708.93万吨。
