Unit 3 Is this your skirt?
Lesson 1
Teaching aims:
1.Students can master the new phrases：white sweater, green
skirt, brown jacket, blue dress, yellow T-shirt, and red shirt.
2.Students can listen and do the actions: put on your T-shirt,
take off your jacket, wash your shirt, hang up the skirt, fold your dress and put away your sweater.
Key points and difficulties:
1. Master the new phrases about clothes.
2. Students can understand the usage of noun. about clothes and adj. about colors.
3. Students can know the usage of with in the sentence “I like the white sweater with the green skirt.”
Preparation：
ppt, word cards, pictures.
Process:
1. Warm-up
⑴. Listen and do
clap your hands stamp your foot wave your arms
drink some tea eat noodles snap your fingers
⑵. Listen and sing a song: Colour song.
⑶. Review the words about colours.
⑷. Ask and answer: What colour do you like? I like…
2. Preview
⑴. Watch cartoon (Know the content about this unit)
⑵.Look at the picture (a brown jacket) and answer the questions:
What colour is it? It’s brown.
What’s this? It’s a jacket. It’s a brown jacket.
3. Presentation
⑴. Show the picture (a red jacket), and ask: What’s this? It’s a red jacket. Then read the word.
⑵. Show the picture about thermometer, say and do:
It’s hot. Take off your jacket. Put on your T-shirt.
Let’s chant and do:
It’s hot. It’s hot.
Take off your jacket. Take off your jacket.
It’s hot. It’s hot.
Put on your T-shirt. Put on your T-shirt.
Read and learn “T-shirt”.
⑶. Look at the picture, ask and answer the questions, learn
the new word “shirt”.
Let’s chant and do: shirt shirt shirt, wash your shirt.
⑷. Teach other words like this way. Then chant and do: Skirt skirt skirt, hang up the skirt.
Dress dress dress, fold your dress.
Sweater sweater sweater, put away your sweater.
⑸. Listen and read.

三、巩固练习、创新练习：根据所给情境两人一组编对话。

Unit3 At the zoo教学设计第一课时完成人：陆陆一、设计理念本节课的设计考虑学生的语言水平、认知程度和心里需求设计切合实际的课堂操作步骤；设计思想主要体现在树立学生说英语的自信心，由于我们的学生来自农村，95%学生在三年级之前没有接触过英语，但他们好奇心强，因此我们在开始学习就是要树立学生的自信心，让他们觉得“我能说英语”。

所以本节课设立的目标很简单，在能力上要求学生掌握一个句型，四个单词，并能够用这个句型和词汇完成实际的任务，让他们学习后有一种成就感。

二、教学背景分析1.教学内容分析：本教材选自人教版小学英语三年级下册Unit3 At the zoo中part ALet’s learn和Let’s do。

主要围绕学生感兴趣的动物园的小动物展开句型、词汇的学习和操练。

在此之前学生已学习过what’sthis?It’s......Look at.....等简单句子的表达。

因此在导入部分，我们使用这两个句型引导学生进入新单词tall,short,fat,thin的学习,使学生能动物园这个情景中灵活运用词汇及句型Lookat.....It’s......来描述动物，并通过let’ do在来巩固词汇。

2.学情分析：学生为郊区农村学校的学生。

95%学生在三年级之前没有接触过英语，其余的在幼儿园或者电视，哥哥姐姐们学习中无意听过。

刚上三年级时，多数学生充满好奇心学习。

经过一个学期的学习，他们基本能听懂课本简单日常口语的句子。

三、教学内容框架设计教学目标: 1. 知识目标（预设）词汇:学生能认读，听懂词汇tall,short,fat,thin句型：Look at.....It’s......2. 能力目标：能听懂有关动物园的动物描述;能听懂Let’s do指令并做正确的反应。

3．情感态度与价值观：通过活动，培养学生学习英语兴趣，享受学习过程中的快乐。

教学重点：1、能听、说、认读几个形容词tall fat thin short。
