常见电路故障排除方法1.problems with the slow motion clutch (有关慢动离合器的故障)Functiong(功能)The slow motion coil is excited by pressing one of the slow motion push-button.(通过慢车按钮来激发慢动线圈)The slow motion claw discs engage by the excitation of the slow motion coil.(慢动齿盘的吸合依靠慢动线圈的激发)When the slow motion claw discs are engaged ,PXSM is coverd ,After PXsm has been covered ,the slow motion motor is started . The slow motion coil can also be manually excited by meams of code 28.(当慢动齿盘吸合后,慢车接近开关被遮住,慢动接近开关被遮住后,慢车马达启动,慢动线圈的激发也能通过code 28来实现)The slow motion does not work and a message concerning the alow motion clutch is displayed.(慢车不能动作并且显示有关该动作的信息) Posslbilities:(可能是:)The slow motion clutch does not move:(慢动离合器不能动作)—replace the PWRGS-board.(更换PWRGS电路板)—Measure on cable 41 between wire 1 and 8 if the 24Vdc supply for the motion coil is present. If not check the 24Vdc circuit (see chapter connection diagrams)(测量41号电缆的1号线和8号线之间的电压,正常时应为直流24V,如果不是,则检查+24V的供电线路)(详见连接图表部分)—The slow motion coil is defective (resistance should be +/-6 o and infinite with regard to ground)(慢动离合线圈有问题)(线圈电阻应该为6欧姆或对地电阻为无穷大)—If the slow motion clutch does not move whereas the coil is excited ,this indicates a mechanical problem.(假如慢动离合器不能动作,但线圈已经激发,这表明织机有机械故障)Note: the slow motion coil can be excited by meams of code 28 (利用代码28来激发慢动离合线圈)The slow motion clutch moves but PXsm is not covered.(慢动离合器动作但慢动接近开关未被遮住)—The mechanical setting of PXsm is not covered.(慢动接近开关没有被遮住,调整接近开关的机器位置)—PXsm is defective .(慢动接近开关故障)—The CPUX-board is defective(CPUX电板故障)—There is a failure in wiring of PXsm (cable 41)(慢动接近开关的连线故障(41号电缆))—There is a mechanical problem.(机械故障).The slow motion does not work and message ―295 MOVERMENT TOO SLOW‖ is displayed.、(慢车不能动作并且显示“295:动作太慢”故障代码)This means that the slow motion clutch works but the machine does not turn 20 in a period of 1/2 sec after excitation of the slow motion motor.(该方法适合于慢动离合器动作,但慢车马达启动后在1/2个周期内机械不能运转2度)—The thermal safety F15 has become active(热保护器F15动作)—Contactor K5 is not excited when a slow motion push-button is pressed.(当按下慢车按钮时交流接触器K5没有吸合)When the machine does not turn 20in a period of 1/2 sec after excitation of contactor K5 ,this contactor is immediately swithed off.(当交流接触器K5吸合后织机在1/2外周期内不能运转用2度,该接触器立即脱开)—Replace the PWRGS-board(更换PWRGS电路板)—Check the wiring of the 24Vdc (see chapter the connection diagrams)(检查24V直流供电连线)Contactor K5 is excited.(交流接触器K5吸合)—Check the wiring between the slow motion motor and X1 UVW-7.(检查慢车马达与X1之间的连接线)—Check the wiring between the slow motion motor and the clutch disc.(检查慢车马达与离合盘之间的连接线)—Eventually replace the slow motion motor.(最后更换慢车马达)2.P roblems with the pickfinding clucth(关于寻纬离合器的故障)When the pickfinding coil is excited,the pickfinding clutch is disengaged . The disengagement of the pickfinding clutch is detected by PXpf.(当寻纬线圈被激发后,寻纬离合脱离,这种脱离状态是由寻纬接近开关探测到的)The pickfinding coil can be excited during 1 sec. By means of code28.(利用code 28代码能够激发寻纬线圈1秒钟)2.1.When the pickfinding coil is excited ,the pickfinding clutch is not disengaged.(当寻纬线圈被激发后,寻纬离合器没有脱开)Possible causes:(可能原因)—The pickfinding coil is defective (+/-33o and infinite with regard to ground)(寻纬线圈有问题)(线圈电阻应为33欧姆并且对地电阻为无穷大)—The PWRGS-board is defdctive(PWRGS电路板故障)—The supply voltage is missing, check the fuses on VDGS-board and eventually replace this board(供电电压太低,检查VDGS电板上的保险丝,最终更换该板)— A failure in the wiring between the PWRGS-board and the coil(cable 41)(PWRGS电板与寻纬线圈之间的连接线有问题)— A mechanical problem(机械方面的故障)2.2. When the pickfinding coil is excited, the pickfinding clutch is disengaged but the microprocessor receives no signal from PXpf .(当寻纬线圈被激发后,寻纬离合器脱开微处理器没有接收到来自于寻纬接近开关的信号)possible cause:(可能原因:)—A wrong PXpf setting(接近开关调整不当)—A defective CPUX-board(CPUX电板有故障)—A failure in the wiring between the CPUX-board and PXpf (cable 41)(CPUX电板与寻纬接近开关之间的连线有问题)(41号电缆)—A mechanical problem(机械方面故障)3 . Problems with the filling detector(有关纬纱探测器的故障)3.1. The machine does not stop after a filling breakge(断纬后织机不停车)—If the machine is equipped with an electronic dobby and a cable filling present ,first check the comfiguration under code 45:―NUMBER OF CHANNELS =0‖ must be entered.(如果是装备有电子多臂和纬纱引入装置的,首先检查计算机内的code 45:“NUMBERS OF CHANNELS=0”(通道数目)必须输入)—Are the filter value and the sensitivity setting of the filling detector not too high(see microprocessor manual)(过滤值和纬纱探测器的灵敏度是不是设定的太高)(见电脑操作说明)—Replace the filling detector(更换纬纱探测器)—Switch off the aspirator motor and check again.The dust of the LH side may influence the filling detector(关闭吸风马达并再次检查,纬纱探测器左边的灰尘可能会有影响)—Check the connections between the KISG-board and filling detector.(检查KISG电板与纬纱探测器之间的连接)The 24Vdc and the sensitivity of the filling detector can be measured on the plug of the cable or on the plug of the filling detector. Take the ground of the plug as reference .The sensitivity depends on the unmber which has been entered in the micreprovessor.(24Vdc和纬纱探测器灵敏度能在电缆上的插座或纬纱探测器上的的插头上被测量,接地同样也在这个插座上,灵敏度是靠数字键输入到微处理机内的)The used 24Vdc comes from the VDGS-board.(使用的24V直流电压来自VDGS电板)+24Vdc connections:from the VDGS –board through cable 22 wire 6 VS1-26B VS2-24Z KISG-20B KISG—14Z.(+24Vdc连接:从VDGS电板到22号电缆的6号线,VS1-26B,VS2-24Z,KISG-20B,KISG-14Z)Ground connections:SMPSS---24B KISG---32Z KISG ----28Z (地线的连接:SMPSS-24B,KISG-32Z,KISG—28Z)3.2 false stops (continuous or from time to time)(错误的停车)(断续的或者有时的)—the sensitivity is too low(灵敏度太低)—The filter value is too low(过滤值太低)—The filling detector zones are wrongly set(see microprpcessor manual)(纬纱探测器区域设置错误)—The filling yarns make bad contact with the sensors of the filling detector(纬纱使纬纱探测传感器损坏)—The KISG-board is defective(KISG电板有问题)—The filling detector is defective(纬纱探测器有问题)—A failure in the wiring between the filling detector and the KISG—board.(纬纱探测器与KISG电板之间的连线有问题)4.Procedure for testing the brake andclutch system(刹车与离合系统的测试程序)Fuse F5 (1.6AT) on the VDGS-board is defective.(VDGS电板上的F5保险管熔断)4.1.measure the resistance of the beake coil and the clutch coil on the terminals on the clutch. The resistance of both coils must be between 9o and 14 o.(测量刹车终端上的刹车线圈和离合线圈的阻值,两者的阻值必须在9到14欧之间)Also measure the resistance between the connection wires and the ground of the machine in order to trace eventual insulation errors.(还要测量连接线与机器的地线之间的电阻,以便检测绝缘是否被破坏)If the coil is defective or if there are insulation errors, replace the brake or clutch coil and check the correct working of the PWRGS-board.(如果线圈损坏或者绝缘破坏,更换离合和刹车线圈并检查PWRGS电板是否工作正常)4.2. Disconnect cable 22 from the VDGS-board by means of terminal X22.(从VDGS电板上的接线端子X22上拨下22号电缆) The fuse still blows:(保险丝熔断)—replace the VDGS-board .(更换VDGS电板)—check and eventually replace capactitor C3(检查并最终更换电容器C3)—check and eventually replace transformer T2(检查并最终更换变压器T2)4.3 Connect cable 22 to the VDGS-board and remove the PWRGS-board(插上22号电缆到VDGS电板上并抽出PWRGS电板) If the fuse still blows,check cable 22 wires number 2-3-4-5(see connection list)(如果保险丝熔断,检查22号电缆的第2,3,4,5号电线)4.4.Put the PWRGS-board back and disconnect the terminal on the clutch.(插上PWRGS电板并断开刹车连线)If the fuse blows , replace the PWRGS-board and check cable 7 (如果保险丝熔断,更换PWRGS电板并检查7号电缆)4.5 Replace the brake-and /or the clutch coil andeventually the PWRGS-board .(更换离合和/或刹车线圈,最终更换PWRGS电板)A short circuit in the brake- clutch coil or the connection cable may cause a failure to the PWRGS-board.(刹车,离合线圈和连接电缆短路可能是PWRGS电板损坏的原因)5. Problems with the +12Vdc supply(+12Vdc供电故障)5. 1 The message ―310 12V MISSING ‖ is displayed(显示310故障信息)5.1.1 The 12V LED on the SMPSS—board is out.(位于SMPSS电板上的12V指示灯熄灭)Check the 12V circuit on short circuit(see chap ter ―the connection diagrams‖)(检查12V电路是否短路)Remove all boards from the rack except for the SMPSS—board . If the 12V LED lights up again , check which board causes the short cricuit by putting the boards one by one back in the rack.(从底板上拨出除PWRGS电板以外的其它所有电板,如果12V指示灯重新亮起来,再一块一块地将板插入到底板上以判断是哪一块板短路)—Rrplace the short—circuited board.(更换短路的这块板)If the short cricuit occurs in the TIK , KISG or the CPUX-board,check if the short circuit cannon be found at the 12V outputs of these boards.(如果短路位置在TIK,KISG或者CPUX电板上,如果不能找到短路的位置,请检查这些板的12V输出线路)If the short circuit remains after the removal of the boards,remove the VS1-strip(如果拨下这些板并拆除VS1电板之后短路还存在) —Measure the resisrance between the 12V-distribution points and the ground by means of a meansuring pin. Check the wiring and the short –circuited part.(利用测试针的方法来测量12V分配点与地之间的电阻,检查连线和短路部分)If the short cricuit remains ,check the PX of the crossing detection in the dobby and cable 24(wires green ,red).(如果短路还存在,检查电子多臂里的棕框探测器的接近开关和24号电缆)5.1.2 The 12VLED on the SMPSS—board lights up(SMPSS电板上的12V指示灯亮着)—Replace the CPUX—board(更换CPUX电板)—Check the wiring between CPUX—26B and VS1---14Band between SMPSS—14B and VS1---10B(检查CPUX—26B与VS1—14B以及SMPSS—14B和VS1—10B之间的连线)5.2 The machine stops with different messages(织机停车显示不同信息)These messages may be:(这些信息可能是:)—slow motion clutch is engaged(慢动离合器闭合)—pickfinding clutch is disengaged(寻纬离合器脱开)—let—off motor overheated(送经马达过热)—warp tension out of reach(经纱张力超出范围)—oil presssure too low(油压太低)—hand stop pressed(手停被按下)This problem may be caused by an intermittent short circuit of the 12Vdc . Check the wiring and the parts which mayeventually cause this short circuit by means of the figure. (这个故障可以导致12Vdc间歇性短路,检查连线)6.Problems with the 24Vdc(message 24Vmissing)(有关24Vdc的故障)6.1 Fuse F1 on the VDGS-board is defetive(位于VDGS电板上的保险丝F1熔断)Measure between point X22—6 of the VDGS—board andthe frame if the 24Vdc is not short—circuited.(测量VDGS电板上X22插座上的6号插针与机箱之间的24Vdc如果没有短路)If there is no short circuit ,replace the fuse.(如果没有短路,更换该保险丝)In case of short circuit, following cintrols should be carriedout:(假如短路,则进行下列操作:)—Remove all boards from the rack . If the short circuitdisappears,this indicates that there is a short circuit on oneof the boards or on the outlet of the KISG—board(fillingdetector).In order to determine the short-circuitedboard,theboards should be put back one by one in the rack and eachtime be measured on short circuit.(从底板上拨下所有的电路板,如果短路消失,这表明这些板中有一板或者KISG电板的输出电路(纬纱探测器)上存在短路,为了判断短路的是哪一块板应该将板一块一块地插入到底板上)—If the short circuit has not disappeared yet,unplug theVS1---strip and check if the short circuit cannot be foundon the VS1 plug.(如果短路还存在,如果在VS1插头上不能发现短路则拨去VS1板并检测)6.2. Fuse F1 on the VDGS—board is not defetive(位于VDGS电板上的保险丝F1没有熔断)Meansure the voltage between X22—6 and the frame . If the voltage of 24Vdc is not present ,check the connecting pointsof transformer T1,rectifier bridges V1 and V2, theVDGS—board and its wiring.(测量X22---6与机框之间的电压,如果该24Vdc电压不正常,检查变压器T1的连线,整流桥堆V1和V2,VDGS电板以及它们之间的连线)If everything is OK but the message is nevertheless displayed, replace the KISG—board and check the connectionbetween KISG---20B VS2---24Z and VS1---26DVDGS-X22—6.(如果以上的检测都是正常的但还是显示该信息,则更换KISG电板并检查KISG---20,VS2—24Z和VS1—26D,VDGS—X22—6之间的连接)7. SYSTEM ERROR 210(系统错误210)This error mostly indicates an error in the shaft encoder system .(该信息主要表明轴编码器系统有错误)—Check the stats of the ROTEX-coupling of the shaft encoder .(检查轴编码器的与主轴的连接的状况)—Check the plug of the shaft emcoder (are the contacts not loose inthe plug)(检查轴编码器的连接插头)—Replace the shaft encoder.(更换轴编码器)—Store the machine settings in the memory module ,carry out the standard setting through code 999 and load the machine setting from the memory module back in the machine.(将织机的参数存储在模块中,并将模块插入到标准底坐上,通过代码999将模块中的数据输入到织机中)—Replace the CPUX-board together with the present software (eprom X).(更换CPUX板和软件(可擦除编程器X))—Replace the BUS-print (this board is located behind the other boards and connects the boards with the CPUX-board)(更换BUS电板,该电板安装在其它板后面,用于其它板与CPUX 板连接)8. Message ―323 ERROR IN LET-OFF CONTROL UNIT‖(关于故障代码“323”的信息)This error message occurs when the protection of the frequency converter has become active for the one reason or another.(当变频器由一种或者另外的原因变成保护时出现该错误信息)8.1.The red and green LED on the frequency converter areout(在变频器上的红灯和绿灯熄灭)This indicates that the frequency converter does not obtain supply voltage(这表明变频器没有获得供电)Fig.6.1——check fuse F4 and F5(检查保险管F4和F5)——check the voltage over points DC—and DC+ of X47 of the ferquency converter.If the voltage of 310Vdc is present ,the frequency converter should be replaced(检查变频器上X47插座上的正负直流电压,假如310V直流电压正常,则需更换变频器)Carry out following controls if the 310Vdc is missing:(如果310V直流电不足则按下列的程序进行:)——Check the voltage between terminal X2-2 and fuse F5 .If the voltage is missing ,check the wiring of transformer T4.Eventually replace transformer T4.(检查热保护器X2-2和保险F5之间的电压,如果电压不足,检查变压器T4的连线,最后更换变压器T4)——Check the wiring between transformer T4 and the ferquency converter. ……(检查变压器T4和变频器之间的连线,检查电桥V3和电容C9)Message ―180 SYSTEM ERROR ※※※‖ is displayed(显示故障代码180)A system error is mostly the result of a disturbance in the microprocsssor control .(系统错误主要是微处理机控制受到干扰)The machine may eventually start without problems.(机器可能最开始没有故障)When this error occurs , following actions should be carried out.(当该住处出现,应该按下列方法排除)—Store the machine setting in the memory module ,carry out the standard setting through code 999 and load the machine setting from the memory module back in the machine.(将机器的参数存储到记忆模块中,拨出模块插入到标准插座内并用code 999将模块中的参数输入到机器)—Replace the CPUX—and SPU—board and replace the software of these boards(CPUX=eprom X and SPU=eprom 7 and 8)(更换CPUX和SPU电板,更换这些板上的软件)—Replace all other boards.(更换其它所有电板)—Replace the BUS-print (this board is iocated behind the other boards and connects the boards whit the CPUX-board).(更换BUS底板,该板位于其它电板的后面用于连接这些板与CPUX电板)。
