激光划线仪简介及其应用实例姓名马静班级 041151031.激光划线仪的产生研究数控多坐标激光划线仪是“七五”国家重点科技攻关项目和湖北省重点打算项目，由华中理工大学机一系自动化教研室与北京机床研究所、沙市机床工业公司一起承担。

它是光机电一体化高技术高难度的复杂设备，它集国内研究激光器、数控机床、数控系统、激光加工工艺等方面处于领先水平的技术为一体，以解决常规工艺无法解决的三维空间曲面不同材料和外形的壳体零件的高质量切割和大型模具划线达标等技术难题，并可大大提高划线速度和精度、切割切口光洁度和工作效率，保证切割质量。

这种划线仪可在汽车、飞机和模具制造行业普遍应用。

华中理工大学在 1991 年成功研制我国第一台数控五轴联动激光划线切割机，标志着我国在研制数控多坐标激光划线切割机方面已进入国际先进行列。

4 月 28 至 29 日这台激光切割机由国家教委和湖北省科委在沙市一起主持通过了鉴定。

2.激光划线仪的工作原理激光划线仪利用半导体泵浦激光器作为光源，通过一组透镜组合整合后能够发射出高准直度的点状光源，在通过特制棱镜打散后能够形成一条亮度均匀的光线。

由于采纳特殊设计的棱镜扩散光线，有效幸免了采纳一般柱镜扩散光线后产生光线两头光强弱中间光强的缺点，棱镜在扩散光线后能够使光线两头和中间的亮度相同(肉眼分辨)，经功率测试结果分析得出两头光强和中间光强误差在 3之内，肉眼无法分辨出亮度差。

能够在利用距离40 米的位置清楚分辨出光线，有效的解决了人工划线不直的缺点，并加大了工作强度。
