At the beach这个话题对于生活在海边的深圳孩子来说是比较熟悉的，他们大多参加过各类沙滩活动，学生的主要困难在于不知如何用英语表达相应的专业术语，对于现在进行时的用法仍然比较生疏。

在这之前，同学们已经学习过相关Activities，Places，Hobbies。

一、教材分析本课选取的是牛津英语小学五年级上册Module 3中的Unit 7 At the beach。

Module 3的主题是Out and about，该主题是五年级新的主题，但是却和Book 1A, Book 2A, Book 3A, Book 4A的Module 3 Places and activities 密切相关，这四册书的第三模块都在介绍地点和活动，让学生充分理解有关地点的单词，比如forest, farm, playground, park, zoo等等，并且熟练运用相关句型。

在此基础之上，拓展了本单元的主题At the beach, 可以说本单元是承上启下的作用，既延续了前面的知识点，又为接下来Unit8 An outing 和Unit 9 Around the city做了铺垫。

单元教材由Listen and say Look and learn Say and act Listen and enjoy Learn the sounds组成，以对话、故事、歌谣等形式呈现。

2．通过Listen and say的短文，帮助学生巩固现在进行时及学习现在进行时的一般疑问句。

3．通过Listen and enjoy活跃气氛，操练核心句型。

【教学重难点】1．词汇：beach, enjoy, collect, sea, on holiday, have a good time.2．句型：Is Paul collecting shells? Yes, he is.【教学准备】音频【教学过程】Ⅰ. Pre-task preparations1．出示一些海滩及大海的照片，学习Look and learn的词汇，并导入主题。

T: Look at these photos. It's the beach. It's the sea. What can you do at the beach?S1: We can swim in the sea.S2: We can make sandcastles.S3: We can collect shells.S4: We can play beach volleyball.2．用多媒体呈现相关的歌谣及图片，挖空有动词的部分。

播放歌谣，让学生根据录音完成填空。

Module 3Unit 7 At the beach教案一、教学目标：1.认知目标：1）能听得懂、会说、会读和会拼写单词collecting，shell，doing，writing。

2）能听得懂、会说、会读和会写句型。

Is she doing homework?She’s writing.Are they doing homework?They’re talking.2.能力目标：能用英语告诉大家谁正在做什么，部分同学能用英语流利地进行现在进行时的动作交流。

3.情感目标：通过活动，游戏使学生产生学习英语的兴趣，让学生敢于开口，乐于开口，积极参与交流。

并让学生在学习的过程中，培养他们的合作意识。

二、教学重难点：1.教学重点：也就是认知目标里的两点，不再重复。

2.教学难点：现在分词的读音及构成。

对现在进行时的理解和运用。

三、课前准备：教学卡片，多媒体教学的设施、课件及教学中需要用到的实物（钢笔）。

四、教学过程Step1: 热身Follow me通过跟老师做Follow me里的动作伸展肢体，达到课前热身的目的。

Step2:学习collecting，shell，doing，writing。

并通过句型操练来巩固。

Step3: 导入创设灰太狼想捉羊的情景，灰太狼用望远镜偷看羊村里的小羊正在干什么同时引出他们正在上课。

这样增添学生学习知识的积极性和趣味性。

Step4: 新授单词教学：利用灰太狼窥探羊村引出小羊们正在学习的情景，从而看到美羊羊，懒羊羊，喜羊羊，小灰灰的上课情况。

在教授单词时我主要先让学生听录音学习，尝试让他们自主学习，通过提问的方法检查他们的学习情况，发现发音不正确的立刻纠正，同时还采用了教师带读，学生跟读，小组齐读，个别学生提问等方法去操练单词。

另外，我运用了全身反应法来教学。

坚持在学中玩，在玩中学的原则。

我利用剪刀石头布的游戏来让学生巩固四个单词。

虚设Gogo和Jenny也来到羊村，我让学生听听他们正在讨论什么。
