FIT2D使用简介

如果退出后重新启动FIT2D程序，开始 下一个样品的数据转换，如果测试条件 同前，则找中心时可直接输入前面的中 心坐标，进行PROJECTION操作时也同 前。
本文件所介绍的方法仅使用Fit2D完成image到 一维data[相对位置(mm)~强度(a.u.)]的转换， 而不做其它任何计算。然后接着用另外软件如 s1、s2、s3、s4等完成散射中心点评估与修 正、数据取舍、散射矢量标定文件建立、散射 矢量~强度数据导出、归一化、背底扣除等初 级处理。

方法二：直接输入法
(直接输入直通光中心点的坐标，通过算出直通光斑“重心”的坐标或读出 直通光斑最强点的坐标得出，并注意坐标在探测器和Fit2D里的换算）

点击KEYBOARD
输入中心点的X坐 标像素值(比如991) (Mar165 CCD和 Fit2D里的像素X坐 标均是从左到右逐 渐增大)，然后回车 或点击OK。
中心点出现。左上 角显示中心点坐标 及强度。
找光束中心点

用鼠标直接点击 beamstop或光束的 中心点（近似估 计）
对于beamstop或直 通光中心明显偏离 探测器中心的图 像，如还选择中心 点于beamstop或光 束中心上，则有可 能使随后导出的有 效数据不全，甚至 可能含有好多零强 度点数据。
本文件所介绍的方法仅使用Fit2D完成image到data[相 对位置(mm)上的强度(a.u.)]的转换，而不做其它任何计 算。真正的散射矢量换算、标定、归一化、扣背底将用 其它方法和软件（如s1、s2、s3、s4） ，依赖于应用 标准样品对角度的标定或对能量和样品至探测器距离的 标定。 Fit2D+s1~s4的方案特别适合于用标样标定散射矢量的 情形，甚至无需知道样品至探测器距离和X射线波长。 根据实验需要，可选择把直通光和beamstop置于探测 器中心或边上甚至是探测器外，本方案均适用。 本方案还适当考虑了光斑不稳带来的中心移动问题。

Lab3 geometric correction and projection transformation of remotely sensed dataObjective :The purpose of the current lab section is to adequately understand the mathematic principles and methods of geometric correction (co-registration) and projection transformation . In addition,you guys need to gain hands-on experience or skill to perform them in ENVI and ERDAS environments.实验过程：一、envi中图像配准1、根据控制点的坐标对图像进行配准1）加载中山陵地形图2) 选择map 菜单下的registration菜单，选择select gcps:image to map设置投影信息：基于经纬度的投影(geographic lat/lon)，选择基准面为WGS—843）开始配准依次移动一级窗口中的光标到四个图廓点的位置，在三级放大窗口中把十字司放在经纬线的交点的中间位置，输入该点的经纬度于编辑对话框中：点击add point，完成对控制点的编辑4）选择option菜单下的wrap file将配准好的地图生成一幅新的影像修改生成图像信息，改为50带的UTM投影，基准面为WGS-84，保存2、图像到图像的配准1）加载全色波段影像作为待配准的影像将配准好的地形图作为基准图，全色影像作为要配准的图像在两幅图像上选择5个同名地物点进行配准点击show list 查看误差，不断调整误差直至所有误差在1以内二、erdas中的配准1、打开erdas,将zsl.tiff格式的数据导为erdas.img2、viewer中打开刚刚保存的图像，选择data preparation中的配准image geometric correction点击select viewer，点击下图层，选择polynomial多项式模型点击ok,修改投影Set projection from GCP tool,选择手动输入“keyboard”将4个图廓点的坐标输入表格display，保存图像，并加载，对配准后的图像进行投影修改3、图到图的配准以刚刚配准好的地形图为基准，加载多光谱图像选择data preparation中的配准image geometric correction选择地形图作为基准面，多光谱图像为待配准影像将相同点的坐标输入表格，并调整误差4、图像裁剪创建感兴趣区域，AOI下Tools创建一个任意形状的区域后，双击保存区域。

GISAXS数据处理（软件fit2d）-V1上海光源小角散射站制作人：杨春明2015.11.06 1) 以下是用于GISAXS数据2D图象积分的简单介绍：-打开fit2d软件，点击“I accept”,进入一个新的页面。

-输入"first dimension of arrays" 和"second dimension of arrays"值-OK-点击SAXS/GISAXS-点击input，输入标样的.tif数据文件-点击“Z-scaling”-若要把图像放大请点击zoom in找直通光斑中心-点击“BEAM CENTER”-CIRCLE COORDINATES: 在散射图案等强度处找4-10 个点以确定光束中心, 点击下方中部黄色区域，确定beam center, 并记录下来(964.9130, 229.4208)返回到主界面，-点击SAXS/GISAXS-点击input，输入样品的.tif数据文件选择要积分区域的y值，例如y=788,确定新的积分中心为x0=964.9130, y0=788确定要积分的几个关键点，水平方向x1（964.9130-300，788）, x2（964.9130+300，788）; 垂直方向y1（964.9130，788-10）, y2（964.9130，788+10）;-点击beam center, 选Keyboard并输入(964.9130, 788)-点击PROJECTION, -点击KEYBOARD,水平方向-点击PROJECTION x1（964.9130-300，788）, x2（964.9130+300，788）;垂直方向-点击PROJECTION y1（964.9130，788-10）, y2（964.9130，788+10）;-点击yes-在新出现的界面上点击SIZE OF HORIZONTAL PIXEL输入相应的值-点击SIZE OF verticle PIXEL 输入相应的值-点击S-D DISTANCE输入相应的值-点击WA VELENGTH 输入相应的值-点击OK-在新出现的界面上输入相应的积分参数-点击OK-exit-output （输出积分后的曲线）-CHIPLOT-输入积分后曲线的文件名(change the directory if necessary) -点击OK。

Projection keyboardFrom Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaA projection keyboardA projection keyboard is a form of computer input device whereby the image of a virtual keyboard is projected onto a surface: when a user touches the surface covered by an image of a key, the device records the corresponding keystroke.HistoryAn optical virtual keyboard was invented and patented by IBM engineers in 1992. It optically detects and analyses human hand and finger motions and interprets them as operations on a physically non-existent input device like a surface with painted or projected keys. In that way it can emulate unlimited types of manually operated input devices (such as a mouse, keyboard, and other devices). Mechanical input units can be replaced bysuch virtual devices, potentially optimized for a specific application and for the user's physiology, maintaining speed, simplicity and unambiguity of manual data input.In 2002, Israeli start-up company Canesta developed a projection keyboard using their proprietary "electronic perception technology".The company subsequently licensed the technology to Celluon of Korea.A proposed system called the P-ISM combines the technology with a small video projector to create a portable computer the size of a fountain pen. A sensor or camera in the projector picks up fingermovements[1] Software converts the coordinates to identify actions or characters.Some devices project a second (invisible infrared) beam above the virtual keyboard. The user's finger makes a keystroke on the virtual keyboard. This breaks the infrared beam and reflects light back to the projector. Thereflected beam passes through an infrared filter to the camera. The camera photographs the angle of incoming infrared light. The sensor chip determines where infrared beam was broken. Software determines the action or character to be generated.The projection is realized in four main steps and via three modules: projection module, sensor module and illumination module. The main devices and technologies used to project the image are a diffractive optical element, red laser diode, CMOSsensor chip and an infrared (IR) laser diode.Template projection (Projection module)A template produced by a specially designed and highly efficient projection element with a red diode laser is projected onto the adjacent interface surface.The template is not however involved in the detection process and it is only used as a reference for the user. In a fixed environment, the template can just as easily be printed onto the interface surface. [Reference plane illumination (Micro-illumination Module)An infra-red plane of light is generated on the interface surface. The plane is however situated just above and parallel to the surface. The light is invisible to the user and hovers a few millimeters above the surface. When a key position is touched on the surface interface, the light is reflected from the infra-red plane in the vicinity of the key and directed towards the sensormodule.Map reflection coordinates (Sensor Module)The reflected light user interactions with the interface surface is passed through an infra-red filter and imaged on to a CMOS image sensor in the sensor module. The sensor chip has a custom hardware embedded such as the Virtual Interface Processing Core and it is capable of making a real-time determination of the location from where the light was reflected. The processing core may track not only one, but multiple light reflections at the same time and it can support multiple keystrokes and overlapping cursor control inputs.Interpretation and communication (Sensor module)The micro-controller in the sensor module receives the positional information corresponding to the light flashes from the sensor processing core, interprets the events and then communicates them through the appropriate interface to external devices. By events it is understood any key stroke, mouse or touchpad control.Most projection keyboards use a red diode laser as a light source and may project a full size QWERTY keyboard. The projected keyboard size is usually 295 mm x 95 mm and it is projected at a distance of 60 mm from the virtual keyboard unit. The projection keyboard detects up to 400 characters per minute.The keyboard unit works on lithium-ion batteries and offers at least 120 minutes of continuous typing. The projection unit sizes vary but normally is not bigger than 35 mm x 92 mm x 25 mm.ConnectivityProjection keyboards connect to the computer either through Bluetooth or USB.The Bluetooth projection keyboard is a pocket-size device that projects a full-size keyboard on any flat surface.Bluetooth dongle technology enables the projection keyboard for point to multi-point connectivity with other Bluetooth devices, such as PCs, PDAs and mobile phone.How the Bluetooth projection keyboard connects to devices depends on the specific tablet, phone or computer.The connection between the USB keyboard and the device is made through a USB port, which is available on every computer and (via an adapter) other devices.UsesMost systems can function as a virtual mouse or even as a virtual piano.[No words can adequately describe quite how breathtakingly cool this i.Tech Virtual Keyboard is.
