劳动关系概论劳动关系一、劳动关系的概念和特征(一)劳动关系的概念广义:与劳动有关的一切社会关系;狭义:劳动者与用人单位之间在实现劳动过程中形成的劳动力与生产资料相结合的社会关系,强调财产和隶属性。
劳动法律法规调整的劳动关系:狭义的劳动关系法规链接在中华人民共和国境内的企业、个体经济组织(以下统称用人单位)和与之形成劳动关系的劳动者,适用本法。
