在现行教育制度之下，大学课程实有重新厘订之必要。
基本科目必须增加，庶几能达到培养理智之目的。
至于训练大量之技术员或工程人员以应目前之需要，则可由高等工业、高等农业等学校或大学内另设专修班为之，不必因噎而废食。
