Section B(1a-1e)部分进一步拓宽了本单元的话题内容。
主要是探讨如何通过各种活动来减轻压力，如何面对学习压力，听说训练的目的是在巩固前面所学的语言项目。
要求学生学会描述困难，表达建议。
同时还输入了新的词汇和短语。

二、学情分析授课对象为八年级的学生，由于他们已经有了一年半的学习英语的经历。
在学习英语方面有一定的基础。
所以他们愿意积极表现，乐于参与小组活动。
总的来说，一部分学生对学习英语保持着比较高的热情。
学生本身具备一定的自主学习的能力并具备一定的分析问题和解决问题的能力。
但存在着两极分化的现象。
一部分的学生底子差，信心不足。
因此在教学过程中要以予鼓励又要因材施教。
三、教学目标（1）语言知识目标：能掌握以下单词：member, pressure, compete；指导学生掌握并熟练运用重点短语:play sports,hang out with friends ,spend time alone ,give sb a lot of pressure ,have enough time ,have a fight withsb ,compete with sb ；熟练掌握句型Why don’t you do...?Why not ...? I think Wei Ming should…。
