其中，高压本体法一般采用管式法和釜式法。

由于乙烯和乙酸乙烯酯（VA）在高温、高压条件下不稳定，乙烯在350 ℃以上会发生分解反应［2］；与低密度聚乙烯（LDPE）的生产过程相比，EVA生产过程中VA的引入，降低了乙烯分解反应温度，更易发生分解反应［3］。

乙烯可以分解为碳、氢气、甲烷等，并伴有热焓的变化，且多数的分解反应是放热反应［4］，一旦发生分解反应，体系中就会产生大量的反应热，温度会快速上升，进而加剧反应，发生爆炸，这对反应器损害极大。

如果发生爆破膜破裂，高温的乙烯与VA混合气体在管道内高速排至大气中，此过程产生静电，可能产生破坏性更大的二次爆炸，而且分解反应会在很长的时间里影响以后的产量和产品质量，危害极大。

本工作分析了EVA生产过程中发生分解反应的原因，并提出相应的解决措施。

1 生产工艺概述北京某化工厂EVA装置始建于二十世纪九十年代，引进意大利埃尼蒙特化学公司釜式法生产技术，是我国首套EVA生产装置。

1995年2月正式高压釜式法EV A生产过程中分解反应原因及对策高 健（中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司有机化工厂，北京 102500）摘要：乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物（EVA）生产过程中有发生分解爆破的风险，分析了高压釜式法EVA生产过程中反应温度、压力、引发剂浓度、引发剂注入量以及原料成分等对聚合的影响。

结果表明：采用加强原辅料质量、备品备件质量管理，严格控制工艺参数等措施后，长周期运行平稳，分解反应概率大幅下降。
