部件和控制位置特性离心离合器(适用类型)当发动机转速增加至约 2,900转/分以上时,离心离合器自动接合并传输电力。
怠速时,离合器分离。
未将发动机安装在配有离心离合器鼓和壳体的设备上时,不要运行发动机,否则离心力会使离合器蹄块碰到并损坏发动机箱。

操作前检查发动机是否已准备妥当?出于安全考虑,务必遵守环境条例,并尽可能延长设备的使用寿命,操作发动机前花一些时间检查工作条件是很重要的。
务必注意发现的问题,或在操作发动机前请维修经销商进行修理。

190系列柴油机操作规程发--完整版190系列柴油机操作规程1 柴油机起动前准备1.1 柴油机所有零件齐全完整,安装、调整及各管路连接正确,底盘及输出端联接牢固。
1.2 燃油箱安装位置应高于气缸盖,加够足量的清洁燃油。
夏天用0号柴油,冬天用一10或一35号柴油。
1.3 打开燃油供给系统所有通路,使燃油在静压下充满输油泵、滤清器和喷油泵。
并排除燃油系统内空气。
1.4 油底壳加注清洁CC40柴油机(冬夏通用),直至液面达到油标尺上刻线位置。
1.5 喷油泵、调速器内注入清洁CC40柴油机,液力偶合器注入清洁22号透平油。
1.6 冷却箱内加入软化清洁水,直至水位达到水标指示位置。
并加入适当比例的防锈乳化液。
首次加入乳化液为2%,补充时为l%。
1.7 用预供泵供油,使主油道内油压达到98kPa(1kgf/cm2)以上。
并打开气缸盖上罩壳,检查摇臂轴承处是否上油。
1.8 采用气动马达时,检查气源压力为588~882kPa(6—9kgf/cm2)。
1.9 采用电动马达时,检查蓄电池电解液应高出极板10-15ram,密度为1.28—1.30g/cm3。
1.10 扳动调速器上的停车手柄,齿条应移动灵活,不得有卡滞现象,转动油量操纵装置应轻便、灵活。
1.1l 将气缸盖的放气塞旋开少许,用人力盘转曲轴两圈以上,不准有卡碰和其它异响声。
(盘车前用预供泵泵油)。
1.12 冬季使用时必须先将机油、水加热使机体温度达40℃左右。
2 柴油机起动2.1 完成上述检查并确认无误后方可进行起动。
2.2 起动时机油温度和冷却液温度不低于20℃,可采用电动马达或气动马达起动,严禁采用车带车等强制方式起动。
2.2.1 用气动马达起动时,起动前先将油压低自动停车装置板杆按下,使喷油泵齿条位于供油位置,然后按动气开关,带动柴油机着火,气动马达每次连续运转不准超过15S。
2.2.2 动马达起动时,首先按手动或电动预供油泵,使油压大于98kPa(1kgf/cm2)以上,方可将起动开关打开,按下起动按钮进行起动,电动马达每次连续运转不准超过15S,每次间隔不低于1rain,若三次起动不成功,应查明原因排除故障再起动。

1、新车磨合期为2000公里。
新车200km公里内最高时速
40km;1000公里内,时速不宜超过50公里/小时;2000公里内,时速不宜超过80公里/小时,偶尔跑一下高速。
磨合期忌长时间定速行驶,请常常变换速度,使摩托车磨合到最佳状态。
2、行驶前或重新启动发动机时,要带一点点油门,让机油泵上来再放手。
冷车刚启动时,怠速往往会低很多,机油是泵不上的,机器也是干摩擦,这时车车就需要你的帮忙,加一点点油,让机油泵上来就可以了。
这很简单吧,但真的很重要。
如果在冬天,你还可以利用脚踩启动杆是机油泵上来后再启动,你知道的,那样效果会更好。
应有充分的怠速预热时间,以使机油流到发动机所有润滑部位。
预热好了就可以骑行了。
但这里大家一定要注意:发动机上半部是预热好了,下半部还是凉的,不信你下次你摸摸看,那是传动系统还没预热了。
如果你快跑,机器传动系统温度没跟上,磨损也不正常。
为了骑行的愉快,最好慢行一至两公里。
温度平衡后才高速。
3、机油的更换,新车首次更换机油为300km、600km、1000km 换油,也就是我们经常说的:磨合期换三次机油。
1000km以后可以按正常里程换油,一般矿物油是1000km更换一次。
4、空气滤清器的清洁,空滤器是把进入发动机气缸的空气进行过滤,因此空滤器的滤芯很容易变脏,如不及时清洁,会造成进气不足、混合气过浓,从而引起发动机功率下降、油耗增多,时间长
了还会造成烧机油。
因此,空滤器一定要及时清洁,特别是灰尘大的地方。
5、齿轮油:每行驶4000公里更换一次。

二、安全驾驶
1.起动发动机之前,一定要作好驾驶前的检查,以防事故发生和避免零部件损坏。
2.摩托车驾驶人员需经过交通管理部门考试合格并取得驾驶执照后才允许驾车,不准把车借给没有驾驶执照的人驾驶。
3.为了避免其它机动车辆对您造成的伤害,您驾车时尽量做到引人注目,为此请注意:穿鲜明的服装、不得过分靠近其它的机动车辆、严禁争道抢行
4.严格遵守各地的交通规则:超速行驶是造成许多事故的原因,故行驶超速不能超过条件许可的范围转弯或改变车道时要发出信号,以引起其它驾驶员的注意。
5.在交叉路口、停车场进出口和停车道上要特别小心驾驶。
6.驾驶时应双手紧握方向手把,双脚踩在脚蹬上。
7.行李货架主要是用于携带轻量物品,并应使货物固定牢靠,以避免行驶时产生移动。
三、安全装置
1.为了保证人身安全,在行驶中应戴上安全帽、防护面罩、防尘眼镜以及手套等防护用具。
2.在行驶中,摩托车的排气消声器温度较高,为避免接触烫伤,乘坐人员应穿上长筒靴或遮盖住腿都的服装。
3.不得穿松散的服装,它可能钓住操纵杆、起动臂、脚蹬杆或轮子。
