然而看过之后,我说不上多少喜欢它,也没有与电影中体现的所谓“女性主义”产生太多的共鸣。
后来又细细地想了一下,忽然便探到了关键的点,体现于其中的主要展现在女王米兰达身上的,或许更多只是一种传统观念主宰下的“女性主义”。
而电影视角,更多对此采取的不过是一种贬低甚至说嘲讽,这从安迪最后的回归清晰可见。
首先,从选材看,电影的主题是时尚。

我这里想摘录宋振宇撰写的影评《现代社会都市女性的选择——解析电影<穿Prada的女魔头>》里的一段话聊以达意:“美国女权主义理论学家劳拉.摩尔维从性别意识的形成这一角度,将“被看的女人”一说进行了发挥,她认为男性主体是观者,而女性则是被看的客体,“看”与“被看”也象征了权利的归属。
女人在她们传统的裸露癖的角色中同时被人看和展示,她们的外貌被编码成是具有被看性的内涵。
”女人看着她们自己“被看”,并享受“被看”的过程,这就是“被看”的快乐,一如影片所示,在时尚的装扮中,女性外表被编码为男权社会中的特殊符号,通过这样的呈现,使女性在被客体化中获得与主体的价值观和审美趣味的认同,从而产生了快乐的心理体验。
由装扮的快乐指代的“被看”的快乐,是男权秩序下的感受,有学者指出“男权文化不仅造就了‘看’的快乐,还造就了‘被看’的方式与快感。
”不过很有意思的是,创造这些“被看”对象的魔幻之手就是米兰达这类的时尚编辑,是她们决定了男人们“看”什么,女人们怎么“被看”,这就意味着,女人拥有选择“看”的内容的权利,女性意识的觉醒反传统地把女性定位为“看”的主体。

虽然正如其末尾所提,米兰达在决定“看“的内容,但不管怎么说,“时尚”一词还是附带了太多传统男权意识的符号、印记或者说色彩。

他以前所在的纽约一家广告公司是联合利华的广告代理,而万博宣伟是当时的公关代理,负责制定整体的推广战略。
“我们当时与万博宣伟纽约公司合作,共同为客户服务,在做广告的过程中,我们需要沿用万博宣伟从公关角度制定的战略。
做广告推广是有主线的,首先要在消费者心目中建立品牌的知名度,然后是消费者产生购买意向,最后是消费者做出购买决定。
公关通过一个好的大型活动能够直接做到上述三点,他们制定的战略也能直抵消费者内心,而一则广告却未必能够做到这_点。

在中国,还有一部分人对公关存在误解,这是大环境造成的。

在双方合作初期,宝碱的麻烦很简单但是也很伤脑筋,当时的小孩不太爱干净,所以几乎都不用该公司的主要产品:象牙香皂。
伯奈斯的解决方法听起来很容易:“要设法让原本视肥皂为天敌的小孩,开始喜欢使用象牙香皂。
”这个点子在一名雕塑家写信给宝碱,向他们购买大块的象牙香皂,以代替石膏来制造雕塑时开始成型。
伯奈斯逮住了这个主意所具有的宣传潜力,并且组成了一个委员会,这个委员会于1924年举行了一场全国肥皂雕塑比赛,比赛提供现金、奖品,并提供大量的媒体报道。
从那年开始,参赛的雕塑家、建筑师以及其他艺术家各显神通,把重达1000磅的肥皂转化成栩栩如生的人物,例如肥胖的塔夫特、肌肉健美的林白、梦游仙境的爱丽丝或者是纽约的帝国大厦以及中古时代的战役场景。

公共关系在中国的落地、生根、发芽悄然间已经走过了30年的光阴,在此期间,国际公关公司纷纷进驻中国,国内公关公司也如雨后春笋般迅速成立、成长。
作为最早进入中国市场的国际公关公司之一,27年前罗德公关拓展全球业务时就将第一个海外办公室设在了中国。
谈起这其中的渊源,Kathy Bloomgarden指出在她看来,中国和美国有着许多共同点,例如都富有创造力,且勇于革新。
“在这些方面,我认为中国和美国的文化、经济是可以很好的紧密联合在一起的,因此,我们很早就确定了在中国市场的发展目标——成为行业的领导者。
更重要的是,在全球众多的公关公司中,我们是唯一一个施行‘双总部’(美国和中国)概念的公司,而且两个总部的地位是并重的,这也表明了我们对中国市场的重视和信心”。
而对于30年前后,中国公关市场的变化感受,Kathy Bloomgarden表示,当下,相较于其他国家和地区,中国在互联网,尤其是在社交媒体方面的公关工作已经处于领先地位。
与此同时,中国的企业,例如“BAT”,在国际社会中已经拥有了非常强大的影响力,“包括电子商务的发展,中国双十一期间的整体销售量超过美国全年节庆日销售量的总和。
由此,我们也看到了中国大型企业的发展和力量促使在华公关企业具备更强的整合能力,并进一步加强其在互联网上的实力和能力。
比如,很多国外企业都在学习中国企业的在线沟通的方式”。
CEO发声成为企业成长的绿色通道身为罗德公关的CEO,K a t hyBloomgarden深谙提升领导力对企业高管的重要性。
由于企业CEO的特殊身份,发声的影响力和传播力更大,在为企业高管提供定位咨询服务时,Kathy Bloomgarden发现中外企业的CEO在发声方面有着鲜明的个性区别。
“我们的调研数据显示,在西方市场如果你想成为一位成功的领导人,你就必须经常出现在公众面前,同时必须和社会各方建立一个互相信任的关系,所以你需要经常‘曝光’自己,而且要展示你的个性,在一些关键的社会性事务上更要发出声量。
”KathyBloomga rden认为在这方面,中国企业的CEO与西方企业的CEO的想法是截然不同的。
大部分中国企业的CEO并不是特别希望自己被“曝光”,也不愿意在一些关键的社会性事务上发声,他们更希望自己低调、务实的做业务。
那么,Kathy Bloomgarden是如何帮助中国企业的CEO认识到发声的重要性的呢?Kathy Bloomgarden的做法是,让中国企业的CEO看到更多企业CEO发声的成功案例,这种生动且十分接近实际情况的做法令他们会产生共鸣,从而帮助其迈出发声的第一步。
“我想说马云的对外沟通就是一个非常成功的案例代表。
你会看到马云出现在全球的各个平台上演讲,他通过展示个人价值观和个人魅力,让公众更加信赖他的企业,更加愿意帮助他推动企业的发展。
从马云的身上我们看到,CEO的观念对企业的成长来说是至关重要的。
这也是为什么阿里巴巴能够在全球范围内被大众所熟知。
”此外,罗德公关的数据还显示CEO在社交类媒体上更容易建立信任感。
如同中国企业的CEO要让世界听见自己的声音一样,越来越多的中国企业开始走向海外市场,寻求更广阔的发展。
Kathy Bloomgarden认为这其中有几点关键性因素。
“如何在海外市场建立自身的可信度是首要的,因为在陌生的市场环境中初来乍到的新品牌想要扎根,第一步就是得到当地机构和民众的信任。
”Ka t hyBloomgarden笑着说:“第二点我想强调的还是CEO的表现力。
”CEO的出色表现会让社会公众感到可靠,同时公众还会把这种感受延伸到企业品牌上。
所以企业要对当地社区,或是对所投资的当地公司,充满诚意。
这就要求企业真正关心公众的感受,并力求为他们带来价值——比如对当地的经济发展和民众生活质量提升做出贡献,而不是摆出一副投资者的姿态,或是仅仅当作合作伙伴的关系。
如果能像阿里巴巴在美国硅谷创办的投资基金一样,帮助当地初创企业起步,制造市场就业机会,那么自然会受到当地的欢迎,反之,则会落入困局之中。
社交媒体带来新机遇和新挑战“社交媒体改变了整个社会的沟通方式”,在Kathy Bloomgarden看来,社交媒体实时发布的特性,改变了人和人之间的连接方式,从而让人们的对话变成是始终延续发生的,而不是说完了就“中断”了,同样,这也改变了人们寻找和确认信息的方式。
“更值得关注的是,当社交媒体和数据分析连接在一起时,能够在你还没意识到某种需求之前,就把你可能需要的内容推送给你了,因此,‘社交媒体+大数据+人工智能’的结合在某种程度上演绎了未卜先知,改变了我们的日常生活。
”正如Kathy Bloomgarden所言,社交媒体的迅猛发展让信息的交互更加便捷,公民的话语权更加富有力量,但同时也造成了信息的碎片化,加之社交媒体的及时性,企业发生危机事件的概率大大增加。
面对这样的境况,企业的危机管理工作应该如何转变呢?KathyBloomgarden 给了我这样的答案。
“第一,你必须时刻都做好准备,而不是等事情发生之后再去处理。
因为发生危机后,事件的真相调查、解决方案的研究发布等等,这个过程可能需要很长的时间,等到你公开发声,对企业品牌造成的损害已经难以挽回。
第二,必须既诚实又公开透明,企业要有愿意与公众沟通的态度,而不是关起门来缄默无言,这一点非常重要。
第三,你能否给受众,尤其是相关利益方带来价值,换句话说在对危机事件发声时你是否真心在意他们的感受。
”Kathy Bloomgarden强调说,危机的发生都是偶然的,当事实情况不能第一时间明朗的情况下,至少本着公开坦诚的原则,富有同情心地采取力所能及的行动,远好过于沉默不语,因为当你不做回应的时候,那些错误的信息已经在外流传了。
与做好应对危机事件的准备一样,如今“讲好故事”成为了市场营销和品牌传播中关键的环节,Kat hyBloomgarden认为讲好故事最重要的是,这个故事是否是情感充沛的。
只有极富情感的故事才能触动目标受众,用当下流行的话来说就是要“走心”。
同时,这个故事还要个人化和个性化,这是因为现在每一个受众群的关注点都不尽相同,小众化+触动人心的情感,这样才能讲出好的故事。
“比如在和千禧一代交谈时,你所讲述的内容必须要方便在他们的朋友之间相互传播、分享,因为他们是极富分享精神的一代;当你和投资人讲故事时,要侧重的是企业盈利等商务上的内容;当你和员工讲故事时,他的个人发展以及公司帮助员工成长的意义,是他们想要关注的重点……你会发现不同的受众所需要的故事是不同的。
”KathyBloomgarden举例说。
语音智能或将成为主流的沟通方式谈到新的全球沟通理念时,KathyBloomgarden坚信语音智能的便利性将使其成为未来重要的发展方向,类似亚马逊的Alexa或是苹果的Siri等系统将被更为广泛的应用。
无论是想了解天气、交通情况,还是想搜索问题的解决方案,不用再低头手写,只需开口发问,就能立刻得到想要的答案。
“实际上我们和亚马逊的Alexa是有合作关系的,比如当你问到和公关产业、市场沟通等内容相关的问题时,它就会提供一些解决方案。
在这方面,我们也有自己的应用频道,此外,我们也为一些公司建立了与他们产业内容相关的频道,当被询问时,就能进行语音回答。
”Ka t hyBloomgarden介绍道。
“那么未来人工智能会完全取代人力吗?”我问道。
对此,K a t hyBloomgarden不以为然。
“但人工智能会让我们的工作变得更简洁、更有效率。
比如在医疗领域,一些癌症诊断前可能会耗费医生大量的时间研究相关的资料,而如果有人工智能的帮助,诊断前期的大量工作就不需要医生来完成,针对人工智能筛选出来的结果,医生进行比对,再制定治疗方案,这样不仅节约人力时间,更为最终诊断提供了更全面的依据和判断基础。
”具体到公关行业和人工智能的结合,Kathy Bloomgarden的畅想是,媒体方面的工作或许会被人工智能完全取代,但需要创造力,或是讲故事的工作依然会由人来完成,尤其是创造触动人心的部分,这是人工智能所不能取代的。
