什么是白炭黑?白炭黑在橡胶中的重要指标应用很多朋友们都知道白色的二氧化硅粉体有个俗名叫白炭黑,但你是否知道它这个称呼的缘由是什么呢?白炭黑与炭黑的关联在了解白炭黑“WhiteCarbonBlack”之前我们应该了解一下与它的名称来源密切相关的炭黑“CarbonBlack”。
人们早在3000多年前就掌握了烧烟制墨技术,但长期以来炭黑的生产技术发展缓慢,直到1872年,世界上才首次出现了炭黑工业的规模生产,同时产生了“CarbonBlack(炭黑)”这一术语,这就是近代炭黑工业的开端。
1912年英国人莫特(Mottee)发现了炭黑对橡胶的补强作用,特别是显著提高轮胎耐磨性能以后,自此炭黑的需求量迅速增长,并逐渐成为橡胶工业不可缺少的原材料。
炭黑作为橡胶工业的补强材料已有百来年历史在第一次世界大战期间,由于生产炭黑的能源材料紧缺,德国开始使用沉淀法生产的白色二氧化硅替代炭黑,而白色的无定型二氧化硅因物性及用途与炭黑相似而得名白炭黑(WhiteCarbonBlack)。
再后来,由于汽车及其运输业的高速发展、炭黑生产用原料的涨价和节能减排的要求,又使白炭黑成为橡胶行业补强材料的佼佼者。
目前,白炭黑用在彩色橡胶制品中可以完全替代炭黑进行补强,满足白色或半透明产品的需要。
轿车“绿色轮胎”及冬季轮胎的制造是白炭黑的拿手好戏,白炭黑用于轮胎,使其获得更低的滚动阻力和改善轮胎的抓地力,从而提高汽车燃油效率。
这些具有高燃油效能等的节能型轮也被称作“绿色轮胎”。
如今我们所说的白炭黑已经不单纯是一种在橡胶配方中用作炭黑的替代品,而是一种X-射线无定形的硅酸和硅酸盐的白色超细粉体的总称,这类粉体材料具有非常广泛的应用,根据制备路线不同,主要分为沉淀法白炭黑及气相法白炭黑两大类。
一.白炭黑的制造白炭黑的制备多采用两种方法,即煅烧法和沉淀法。
煅烧法制备的白炭黑又称为气相法白炭黑或干法白炭黑,它是以多卤化硅(SiClx)为原料在高温下热分解,进行气相反应制得。
沉淀法白炭黑
一、产品特性:
沉淀法白炭黑(简称白炭黑)是橡胶工业常用的补强剂,它的化学名称是水合二氧化硅(Si O₂)或称胶体二氧化硅。
因为它在橡胶中有类似炭黑的补强性而且是白色粉末或细小粒子。
所以人们又称它为白炭黑。
目前白炭黑的制法大多数是采用硫酸溶液与硅酸钠溶液进行化学反应的方法。
因此法制得的白炭黑性能优良、成本也较低廉。
二、使用范围:
白炭黑在橡胶工业中应用最广,在制作胶鞋中它是彩色橡胶或透明鞋底的最佳补强剂。
在轮胎制作中常用它提高胶料对骨架材料或纤维的粘性。
在胶辊制作中它不仅能提高硫化胶的硬度和耐磨性,而且能提高胶料与金属辊芯的粘着力。
白炭黑绝大部分用于橡胶工业,只有一小部分用于其它工业,例如作农药辅料,还有油墨、油漆、塑料、日用化工产品也常用白炭黑,但用量不大。

气象法白炭黑产品介绍气相二氧化硅(俗称气相白碳黑)是得用氯硅烷在氢氧火焰中高温水解而制得。
本品遇水润湿,能够在水中分散,是一种白色、无毒、无味、无定型的无机精细化工产品。
由于气相二氧化硅具有粒径水、比表面积大、表面活性高的特性,在硅橡胶、涂料、胶粘剂、油漆、油墨、塑料、化妆品以及农业、医药等领域有着广泛的应用,具有良好的补强、增稠、触变、消光、杀菌、抗紫外线等多种作用。
