一、活动背景为了提高学生的口语表达能力，培养学生的团队协作精神，增强学生的自信心，我校于2022年3月15日开展了小学口语实践课活动。
本次活动以“快乐口语，自信表达”为主题，旨在为学生提供一个展示自我、锻炼口语的平台。
二、活动目标1. 提高学生的口语表达能力，培养学生的自信心；2. 增强学生的团队协作精神，提高学生的沟通能力；3. 培养学生的创新思维，激发学生的学习兴趣；4. 增进师生之间的互动，营造良好的校园氛围。
三、活动准备1. 教师准备：提前设计好活动方案，准备好活动所需的道具和材料；2. 学生准备：要求学生提前准备好自己的口语展示内容，如自我介绍、故事讲述、话题讨论等；3. 场地准备：选择宽敞、安静的教室作为活动场地，布置好活动所需的背景音乐和道具。
四、活动过程1. 开场致辞活动开始，由班主任进行开场致辞，对本次活动进行简要介绍，并强调了口语表达能力的重要性。
2. 口语展示环节（1）自我介绍：每位学生上台进行自我介绍，时间控制在1分钟内。
要求学生自信大方，声音洪亮，表达清晰。
（2）故事讲述：学生分组进行故事讲述，每组选派一名代表上台讲述。
要求故事内容积极向上，富有教育意义。
（3）话题讨论：围绕一个主题进行讨论，如“我的梦想”、“环保行动”等。
每组选派一名代表进行总结发言。
3. 团队协作游戏为了培养学生的团队协作精神，组织了一系列团队协作游戏，如“找朋友”、“传球接力”等。
学生在游戏中相互配合，共同完成任务。
4. 互动环节教师组织学生进行互动游戏，如“你画我猜”、“猜谜语”等。
在游戏中，学生充分发挥自己的想象力，提高口语表达能力。
5. 总结与表彰活动结束后，班主任对本次活动进行总结，并对表现优秀的学生进行表彰。
同时，鼓励学生在今后的学习和生活中，继续努力提高自己的口语表达能力。
五、活动成果1. 学生的口语表达能力得到了明显提高，自信心得到了增强；2. 学生在团队协作游戏中，学会了相互配合，提高了沟通能力；3. 活动增进了师生之间的互动，营造了良好的校园氛围；4. 学生在活动中充分展示了自我，激发了学习兴趣。
