森兰SB61Z系列变频节能器由高性能数字处理器DSP控制，功能齐全，操作简便，并严格按照GB/T 12668.2－2002标准研制开发。
SB61Z系列变频节能器适用于各种液压传动控制的定量泵注塑机，根据注塑机不同的工作阶段所需的压力和流量的不同，相应的调整油泵的输出功率，达到节能的目的，节能效果显著。

在能源问题上国务院提出“节约与开发并重”的方针，就是依靠技术进步，把节约能源以解决能源问题作为我国重要的技术经济政策。
据不完全统计，全国风机、水泵、压缩机就有1500万台电动机，用电量占全国总发电量的40～50%，这些电动机大多在低的电能利用率下运行，只要将这些电动机电能利用率提高10～15%，全年可节电300亿kW以上。
根据火电设计规程SDJ-79规定，燃煤锅炉的送、引风机的风量裕度分别为5%和5%～10%，风压裕度分别为10%和10%～15%。
设计过程中很难计算管网的阻力、并考虑到长期运行过程中发生的各种问题，通常总是把系统的最大风量和风压裕度作为选型的依据，但风机的型号和系列是有限的，往往选取不到合适的风机型号时就往上靠，裕度大于20～30%比较常见。
因此这些风机运行时，只有靠调节风门或风道挡板的开度来满足生产工艺对风量的要求。
风机和水泵的机械特性均为平方转矩特性，水泵运行时，靠阀门的开度调节流量来满足供水要求，工况与风机相似，靠调节风门、风道档板或阀门的开度来调节风机风量，水泵流量的方法、称为节流调节，在节流调节过程中，风机或水泵固有特性不变、仅仅靠关小风门、挡板或阀门的开度，人为地增加管路的阻力，由此增大管路系统的损失，不利于风机，水泵的节能运行。
采用调速控制装置，通过改变风机水泵转速，从而改变风机风量，水泵流量以适应生产工艺的需要，这种调节方式称为风机水泵的调速控制。
风机、水泵以调速控制方式运行能耗最省，综合效益最高。
交流电机的调速方式有多种、变频调速是高效的最佳调速方案，它可以实现，风机水泵的无级调速，并可方便地组成闭环控制系统、实现恒压或恒流量控制。
一、风机水泵变频调速的节电原理：如图示为离心风机水泵的风压、（水压）H-风量（流量）Q曲线特性图：n1-代表风机水泵在额定转速运行时的特性；n2-代表风机水泵降速运行在n2转速时的特性；R1-代表风机水泵管路阻力最小时的阻力特性；R2-代表风机水泵管路阻力增大到某一数组时的阻力特性。

这种控制方式虽然简单易行，但从节能的角度来看是不经济的。
统计显示，生产成本的7%～25%被消耗在挡风板或风门及其维护上，造成了大量的能源浪费和设备损耗，同时使控制精度也受到限制，影响产品质量和生产效率。
采用变频器驱动风机设备运行，通过改变风机转速来调节流量的方案，可以大大降低功率损耗，延长设备使用寿命，达到系统高效运行的目的。
1 风机变频调速的驱动机理随着变频技术的日益成熟，变频器在风机控制系统中的应用也越来越多，甚至许多厂家都生产有廉价的风机专用变频器以供择用。
交流异步电机的转速为n=(60f(1-s))/p，当磁极对数p和转差频率s恒定时，电机转速n只与电源频率f成正比，只要改变电源频率f即可改变电动机的转速。
当电源频率f在0～50Hz的范围内变化时，电动机转速就在0～nN之间调节。
变频器就是通过改变电动机电源频率来实现速度调节的，是理想高效的调速手段。

巧装报警器解决输油泵自停报警问题【摘要】超稠油区块采油站，外输机泵处于全天运转状态，由于原油粘度高物性差，输油过程中存在油段和水段变化，造成机泵运转不平稳，产生变频器故障停机，当外输泵故障停机后，由于干线压力比外输罐内高，就会引起外输泵反转，干线里的原油就会倒流回缓冲罐，如果发现不及时，就会造成冒罐事故和机泵损坏事故。
通过对变频器电路的技术改造，安装故障停机报警装置，杜绝了事故发生。

1 现场调查曙一区85#站属于超稠油区块采油站，油井产出的原油进站后，流入缓冲罐或高架罐，然后再通过机泵输送到联合站。
原油外输时，主要采用外输离心泵输送，而外输离心泵的电动机通常都是由变频器控制，这样当启泵时一是可以降低电动机起动电流，减少电网电压的波动；二是变频器拖动电动机，电动机起动时转速缓慢提升，降低了电动机由静止状态瞬间到高速状态时，对离心泵各部件的损耗；三是电动机由变频器拖动，可以根据需要灵活的调整电动机运行频率，控制离心泵的输油压力，可以平稳的控制油罐液位，减少由于罐位不稳的启、停泵次数，四是电动机由变频器拖动，电动机不是在50hz额定频率下运行，运行频率通常在35hz —45hz之间，降低了电机功率，减少了电能损耗，达到了节电的目的。
由于该站所产原油粘度非常大，面脱气粘度（50℃）418800mpa·s。
当原油进入高架罐时，由于原油粘度高物性差，使原油在高架罐形成油段和水段，高架罐是敞口的，靠原油的自压进入离心泵，输水段时离心泵运转正常，当输到油段时，高架罐上层油温较低，原油粘度增大，使得离心泵在输油过程中，运转不平稳，电动机负荷增大，变频器保护动作灵敏，使得变频器故障停机，电动机停止运转，外输离心泵停止，由于外输干线上的压力比高架罐内的压力高，就会造成离心泵反转，外输干线里的原油就会倒流回高架罐，如果发现不及时，就会造成冒罐事故和机泵损坏事故，造成严重的污染事故及重大的经济损失。

In a large pot, combine whole chicken leg quarters, water, quartered onion, Old Bay, 2 bay leaves and 1 whole clove garlic.Cover and bring to a low boil. Simmer stock until chicken is falling off the bone. Remove the chicken and set aside. Discard the onion, bay leaves, and garlic, reserving the liquid.2. In a heavy saucepan, heat 1 Tbsp of the oil on medium high heat and brown the andouille until it is cooked through. Setaside sausage for later.3. In the same saucepan, add and heat remaining oil. Slowly add flour 1-2 Tbsp at a time, stirring continuously. Continuecooking and stirring the roux until it is a dark brown (it should look like melted dark chocolate). Be careful to not to get the oil too hot or the flour will burn and you’ll have to start over.4. Once roux has reached the correct color, add diced onion, celery, green pepper, and minced garlic. Cook until vegetablesare very tender. Do not cover.5. Slowly add 1 quart of chicken broth and bring to a low boil, stirring constantly.6. Transfer roux mixture to a soup pot and bring to low boil. Do not cover, the roux will settle on the bottom of the pot and burn.7. Add remaining chicken broth, bay leaves, and thyme. Simmer for 30 minutes.8. While gumbo is simmering, debone and shred chicken and slice the andouille.9. Add chicken and andouille to gumbo and return to a simmer. Simmer for 30-45 minutes.10. Stir in frozen okra and parsley and bring to a rolling boil.11. Optional: Crack one egg into a teacup and quickly pour into the boiling gumbo. Repeat with the other eggs being carefulnot to cluster them too closely. After all the eggs have risen back to the surface, reduce heat and simmer.12.
