What can we do to prevent eye problems?
Never rub your eyes with your hands. Protect your eyes from eye strain when using the
computer or watching TV. Keep some distance from books when reading. Don’t look at bright lights directly. Wear UV protective sunglasses. Eat more fruit and vegetables. Do eye exercises.
However, many people don’t have money for medical treatment. Modern medicine is developing quickly.
