三、加强反思，及时总结教学得失。

反思本学年来的工作，在喜看成绩的同时，也在思量着自我在工作中的不足。

不足有以下几点：1、个别学生的不良的学习习惯还有待进一步引导改正。

2、教研方面，本学期加大了学习力度，但在教学实践中的应用还没到位，没到达自我心中的目标；本学期参加了了中心小组织的教研活动，收获不少，我们组长组织成员进行优质课评选，取得了必须的成绩，教师间互相汲取经验。

回顾小结，及时反思手段，努力创设英语情景，让这种英语的氛围感染他们，从而全面提高学生的英语本事。

经过这些活动，有力地促进了我们英语教师业务本事的提高。

同时，在日常教学中，我努力做到在教中研，研中教，教研相长。
