Werecommend a manual inspection after potting to avoid these effects. Storage Conditions:• A storage of Würth Elektronik products for longer than 12 months is not recommended. Within other effects, the terminals may suffer degradation, resulting in bad solderability. Therefore, all products shall be used within the period of 12 months based on the day of shipment.•Do not expose the components to direct sunlight.•The storage conditions in the original packaging are defined according to DIN EN 61760-2.Packaging:•The packaging specifications apply only to purchase orders comprising whole packaging units. 1LE0 系列电动机适用于连续工作制(S1)、恒转速或一定速度范围内的变频调速应用。
1LE0001系列电机为高效电机,满足GB18613-2012 标准能效等级3 级和IEC 60034-30 标准IE2能效等级。

1.1负载特性根据电机应用场合所对应的负载特性,选择电机需要的冷却方式。
1.平方转矩负载在各种风机、水泵、油泵中,随着叶轮的转动,空气或液体在一定的速度范围内所产生的阻力大致与转速n的二次方成正比。
随着转速的减小,转矩按转速的二次方减小,即随着转速的降低,平方转矩负载所需的转矩以平方的比例减小,所以低频时的负载电流很小,电动机也不会发生过热现象。
2.恒转矩负载恒转矩负载的静负载转矩在任何转速下总保持恒定或基本恒定,如:•传送带、搅拌机、挤压机等摩擦类负载•起重机、提升机等重力负载。
•气压缩机、罗茨鼓风机、球磨机、注塑机、往复式注塞泵等。
