华中科技大学硕士研究生复试英语听力口语测试实施办法为了使研究生入学考试中英语听说考试更加符合不同招生单位及不同招生专业对生源外语能力的要求，加强复试的有效性，方便初试考务的管理，教育部从2005年起，将招生考试初试外语科目中的听力测试调整到复试中进行。

听力与口语测试的成绩均计入复试总成绩。

为做好这一工作，特制定如下实施办法：一、考试目的：英语听说考试主要测试考生听懂熟悉话题的英语演讲、讨论和报告等内容，并能比较自如地用英语表达自己的观点和态度的能力。

二、具体要求：1. 外语听力和口语测试应与专业面试分开，独立进行，由各院、系（所）组织。

2. 各院、系（所）应安排外语听力和口语能力较强的教师参加听说能力测试工作，组成听说能力测试小组。

每个小组一般由2-3人组成。

考生较多的院、系（所）可组成多个听说能力测试小组。

3. 为规范听说能力测试工作，要求各院、系（所）在听说能力测试工作开始前必须事先做好命题工作。

具体命题要求及评分标准见附件。

4. 对每名考生单独进行听说能力测试，时间为6-8分钟，当场给出测试成绩。

5. 为保证听说能力测试的公正性，考试必须全过程录音，录音资料保存期为6个月。

录音设备由各院、系自行准备。

附件：三、考试形式：研究生入学复试英语听说考试分三个部分：1. 主考老师就考生的背景提问，考生做简要回答，约1分钟；2. 考生听一段约2-3分钟的录音后，就相关内容陈述个人观点约2分钟；3. 主考就考生发言提问，双方进行交谈，约3分钟。

四、命题要求各院系根据考生的数目准备2-5篇与专业相关但专业性不强的听力材料。

并就每篇材料准备2-3个问题，以便对不同考生从不同角度提出问题。

五、评分方式：1. 考试总分为20分，按以下四方面标准对考生进行评分：分数档听力理解准确程度语音及语言准确性话语连贯性语言流利程度4-5分l 准确地把握了听力材料的主要内容，并正确理解了作者观点l 准确理解主考提问语音清晰，词汇使用准确、丰富，语法基本无误紧扣主题，观点鲜明，有逻辑地自我表达语言流畅，衔接自然3-4分l 基本把握了听力材料的主要内容，并大致理解了作者观点l 基本理解主考提问语音不妨碍理解，词汇和语法使用偶有错误，但不影响表达大意能够围绕主题较清楚地表达观点偶有停顿，不妨碍表达2-3分l 听懂了材料的部分内容，但对作者观点把握不准确l 对主考提问理解有偏差发音有缺陷，一定程度影响交际，词汇、语法使用时有错误能够做与主题相关的发言，但缺乏逻辑联系经常停顿，只能用残缺的句子表达2分以下l 基本没有听懂材料内容l 不能听懂主考提问发音妨碍理解表达混乱，离题只能偶尔说出个别单词，无法连接成句将四项得分累加即为考生听说考试总分。

TSE简介TSE简介TSE简介tse(test of spoken english，英语口语测试)是美国教育考试服务处为母语为非英语国家的学生提供的英语口语水平考试。

该考试主要是测试考生的口语能力。

tse考试分为tse(a)和tse(b)两种。

凡是打算申请美国、加拿大大学助学金的申请者都应参加tse(a)考试，申请其它类型奖学金者可以参加tse(b)考试。

tse 考试同样由我国国外考试协调处负责承办。

报名一般应该在考试日期的前两个月开始。

各个考试中心根据各自不同的情况，按照中国国外考试协调处所规定的报名开始和截止日期办理考生报名工作。

考生报名应该持有考试中心规定的有效的证件并交纳报名费。

考试当天，考生应持准考证、居民身份证肌有效合格身份证件(指本人照片加盖公章的工作证或学生证、护照、军人身份证，由单位人事部门出具并附有本人加盖公章的照片的证明)进入考场，证件不全者一律等证件合格者入场后再作处理。

考生进入考场时，除带以上证件外，其它物品一律不得带入考场。

考试全部过程约为60分钟，实际考试时间20分钟，考生答题录到磁带上的答案录音累计时间约为6分钟左右。

试题的指导说明在试题册和制好的试题磁带上，考生对试题的回答将录在空白的答题磁带上。

tse考试成绩由美国教育考试服务处负责在考试后两个月内将考生成绩寄送到考生申请的学校。

凡属下列情况之一的，将收不到成绩：(1)考生有违反考试规则的行为，如提前拆开试题、跨区做题、在考试中交头接耳、抄袭他人答案等；(2)考生在答卷上填写的姓名与报名表上所填姓名不一致；(3)考生在答卷上填写的报名注册号与准考证上的不一致；(4)考生未将附有照片的准考证交给主考；(5)考生将答题纸上的成绩取消栏的两个椭圆涂黑；(6)美国教育考试服务处对应试者的成绩的可靠性提出疑问。

在正常情况下，我国考生大约在二个半月到三个月内收到成绩报告单。

tse考试分为七部分：(1)用录音提问一些考生本人的基本情况。

新托福考试题型详解一、阅读(Reading)：有三篇文章与老托福不同的是，考生不需要在答题之前通读全文，而是在做题的过程中分段阅读文章。

每篇文章对应有11道试题，均为选择题。

除了最后一道试题之外，其他试题都是针对文章的某一部分提问，试题的出现顺序与文章的段落顺序一致。

最后一题针对整篇文章提问，要求考生从多条选择项中挑选若干项对全文进行总结或归纳。

新一代托福阅读文章的篇幅比老托福阅读文章的篇幅略长，难度也有所增加。

这部分持续时间为1小时，在此时限中考生可以复查、修改已递交的答案。

二、听力(Listening)：取消了短对话由两篇较长的校园情景对话和四篇课堂演讲组成，课堂演讲每篇长约5分钟。

由于是机考，考生在听录音资料之前无法得知试题。

在播放录音资料时，电脑屏幕上会显示相应的背景图片。

考生可以在听音过程中记笔记。

考生不能复查、修改已递交的答案。

这个部分持续大约50分钟。

听力水平无疑是新托福成功与否的关键，除阅读外，无论哪一部分都离不开“听”。

对于中国考生来说，听力却正是薄弱环节。

目前中国考生提高听力的其中一条有效途径是“听写法”，即把相关听力材料拿来精听，并把听到的内容逐句写下来。

也有专门用来练习新托福听写的软件，如新托福听写王软件。

“听写法”提高听力的一个缺点是，刚开始练习时可能比较费时。

三、口试(Speaking)：把TSE(Test of Spoken English)融合在新托福中。

1然而与现行的TSE相比又有较大改动。

这个部分共有6题，持续约20分钟。

第一、二题要求考生就某一话题阐述自己的观点。

第三、四题要求考生首先在45秒内阅读一段短文，随后短文隐去，播放一段与短文有关的对话或课堂演讲。

最后，要求考生根据先前阅读的短文和播放的对话或课堂演讲回答相关问题，考生有30秒钟的准备时间，然后进行60秒钟的回答。

例如，短文中描述了对学校体育馆进行扩建的两种方案，对话中一位同学阐述了自己的立场，即赞成哪种方案，反对哪种方案，并列举了若干理由。

TSE考试央视国际2004年04月07日14:54TSE，全称Test of Spoken English，英语口语测试，为非英语国家学生提供的英语口语水平标准化考试，主要测试考生运用北美英语口语直接进行交流的能力。

五、试题构成六、考试成绩10分制。

口试标准共分五等：优秀（9分）以上、良好（8分）、中（7分）、及格（6分）和不及格（6分）以下。

It can also come when we do not have enough money to pay for what we want.Since stress can make us sick, we have to learn how to deal with it. There are good ways and bad ways to do so.
