装卸时间事实记录_sof装卸事实记录装卸时间事实记录是订有滞/速计算的船舶在干装卸作业的实际状况记录。
它反映船舶从抵港之装卸完毕的全面状况,是船、租、港、货各方计算装卸时间与结算速遣/滞期费的重要依据,是外勤业务员现场工作中的一项重要内容。
工作须知(一)熟识租约/买卖合同/协议书等规定。
缮制事实记录,要求实事求是,有理有利,兼顾管家经济利益切实熟识把握有关规定,特殊要留意不同租约的不同规定。
例如:“作业期间的开仓盖”、“装货前的铺垫舱:、”“允许两次移泊”等常常有异的时间计算。
(二)具体记录,分清责任(1)记录的时间必需逐日时连贯,中间不得有空隙或省略,防止计算装卸时间的无法确定其是否属于应予计算的装卸货时间。
(2)船舶抵达锚地,联检后在等泊过程中遇有不良天气,应同时注明“等泊”和“不良天气”,以便按合约不同规定扣除或不扣除。
(3)装卸开头前及装卸过程中,留意等泊/等工人/等货物期间的一般公认的坏天气,或不适合货物装卸的坏天气,应按“坏天气”记录,不作“装卸货时间”计算。
等泊期间的坏天气,可参照当地气象台或其他习惯饮用的资料。
(4)在港作业过程中消失的坏天气,大浪日(SURF DAY),雨、雪天、雪后清扫船上积水,积雪所用去的时间必需做好记录。
(5)与港方订有滞/速计算的船舶,同一舱口的两对吊杆中一对损坏,应把舱口号数,损坏时间记载清晰。
(6)属船方缘由造成装卸停工(如纹车故障,货灯熄灭,索具更换,船电中断等),记录中必需注明“由船方某某缘由熬成停工”以明责任。
纹车动力不足,影响装卸,亦应具体记载缘由和时间。
(7)因工人损坏纹车造成停工,并为港方确认,可以把损失的时间和缘由记载清晰,也可以照旧记载为“装卸”,记为装卸时间。
(8)移泊时间:1.移泊前,从停止装卸至等候移泊所占去的时间,可并入移泊时间,按“移泊”登录,或记录为“预备移泊”; 2.如等候移泊时间较长,超过正常所需时间,属港方缘由,应按“等候移泊”记录;属船方缘由,“船舶预备移泊”记录;属潮小缘由,按“候潮移泊”记录,绝不能用“停工”或者“候装卸”等缘由不明的记录。
装卸时间和滞期费/速谴费的计算一、合同规定:WWDSHEX 装货2天,卸货4天,滞期费率为USD4000/天,速遣费率是滞期费率的一半。
1、根据事实记录编制装卸港的装卸时间表(一)如下:表(一)USD4000/天*4天=USD16000;本航次承租人应付给船方:USD14000。
2、按装卸时间平均计算原则:用装货港速遣时间1天去冲减卸货港滞期时间4天,总滞期时间为3天,滞期费为USD12000。
3、按装卸时间调剂使用原则(合并一张时间表),如表(二)装卸两港共产生滞期费:USD8000。
二、已知某轮船航次出租,并知:1.航次租船合同规定:(1)装货时间和卸货时间分别为3个和4个(WWDSHEX);(2)如果在上午12:00以前递交装卸准备就绪通知书,装卸时间从下午13:00时起算;如果在下午18:00时以前递交,装卸时间则从次日上午08:00时起算;(3)滞期费USD800/天,速遣费为滞期费的一半。
2.装货港和卸货港港口的规定:星期日和节假日前一日下午18:00时以后及次日上午08:00时以前的时间不工作。
租船合同规定该时间不计入装卸时间。
3.该轮船在装货港和卸货港的装卸时间事实记录资料如表(3)和表(4)表(3)装货港装卸事实记录表(4)卸货港装卸事实记录计算表格装货港卸货港按可调剂方法计算装卸时间:即在实际计算装卸时间时,可将装货港所节省的时间与装卸港所超过的时间或节省的时间相调剂。
装货港所节省的时间可用于卸货,所超过的时间应从总的允许卸货时间中或允许卸货时间中减去,如表(7)。
表(7)装卸合一表问题1:按“一旦滞期,永远滞期”原则,分别计算两港滞期时间和速遣时间。
问题2:按装卸时间平均计算原则,计算总滞期费用装货港滞期时间3天减去卸货港速遣时间2天4小时,总滞期时间为20小时,总滞期费为USD667。
问题3:按调剂使用装卸时间原则,计算滞期费、速遣费。
装卸两港共产生速遣费:(7-6.75)*400=USD300。
